Abstract

Abstract: KIP-K is a scholarship program launched by the Indonesian government to support underprivileged students in accessing higher education. This research applies a qualitative approach with a case study design to examine the implementation of the KIP-K policy at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation, then analyzed using four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study shows that the KIP-K policy at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is already equipped with established procedures, criteria, and requirements that must be met by prospective recipients. The student affairs staff responsible for KIP-K management carries out rigorous assessments, including surveys and direct verification, to ensure the accuracy of data and the eligibility of applicants so that the program benefits those who truly need it. Nevertheless, the implementation still faces several challenges, such as document forgery by students attempting to qualify, secret marriages that affect recipient eligibility, and students transferring study programs without informing the KIP-K management staff. Another issue encountered is the late submission of academic grades, which often hampers the timely disbursement of KIP-K funds. These problems not only create administrative difficulties but also potentially undermine the effectiveness and credibility of the scholarship program. Therefore, this research suggests the need for more intensive socialization efforts targeted at both students and lecturers. By improving awareness of the regulations, responsibilities, and possible consequences of violations, the university can build a more transparent and accountable management system. Such measures are expected to minimize irregularities and ensure that KIP-K continues to achieve its primary goal, namely to provide equal opportunities for underprivileged students to pursue higher education and to contribute to the development of human resources in Indonesia. Keywords: Education, Policy, KIP-K Abstrak: Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) merupakan program beasiswa yang diluncurkan pemerintah Indonesia untuk membantu mahasiswa kurang mampu dalam memperoleh akses pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengkaji implementasi kebijakan KIP-K di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui empat tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan KIP-K di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang telah dilengkapi dengan prosedur, kriteria, serta persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh calon penerima. Pihak kemahasiswaan selaku pengelola KIP-K menerapkan seleksi yang ketat melalui survei maupun verifikasi langsung untuk memastikan keabsahan data dan kelayakan mahasiswa sehingga bantuan dapat diberikan tepat sasaran kepada mereka yang benar-benar membutuhkan. Meskipun demikian, implementasi program ini masih menghadapi beberapa kendala. Beberapa mahasiswa diketahui melakukan pemalsuan dokumen untuk dapat lolos seleksi, adanya pernikahan siri yang memengaruhi kelayakan penerima, serta kasus perpindahan program studi tanpa sepengetahuan pengelola KIP-K yang menimbulkan persoalan administratif. Selain itu, keterlambatan penginputan nilai akademik juga kerap menghambat proses pencairan dana KIP-K. Permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya menimbulkan kesulitan administratif, tetapi juga berpotensi melemahkan efektivitas serta kredibilitas program beasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sosialisasi yang lebih intensif kepada mahasiswa maupun dosen mengenai aturan, kewajiban, dan konsekuensi dari penyalahgunaan program. Dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran, diharapkan terbangun sistem pengelolaan yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Upaya ini penting untuk meminimalisasi penyimpangan sekaligus memastikan KIP-K tetap berjalan sesuai tujuan utamanya, yaitu memberikan kesempatan yang adil bagi mahasiswa kurang mampu untuk menempuh pendidikan tinggi serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasing cases of moral degradation of students in adolescence which is marked by the emergence of cases of juvenile delinquency. This phenomenon increasingly encourages educational institutions, especially schools, to be able to provide appropriate guidance so that the problem of moral degradation can be immediately addressed. One strategy that can be an alternative in dealing with cases of moral degradation in schools is through student development. This is what the Deputy Head of Student Affairs at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang did in dealing with the problem of moral degradation that occurred among students. Based on this background, this research aims to describe and provide explanations regarding student development strategies at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. The type of research used by researchers is a case study with a qualitative research approach. Data from this research was collected through data collection techniques such as non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model analysis techniques. This technique includes the stages of data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, testing the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the student development strategy in overcoming moral degradation at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang was carried out through three development strategies, namely; (1) academic development of students, which includes development of academic, arts and sports achievements, development of literature and culture, and development of ICT and English; (2) non-academic student development which includes fostering creativity and entrepreneurship, as well as fostering physical health; (3) attitudinal and spiritual development of students which includes moral development, personality development, as well as democracy and tolerance development. Keywords: student development, moral degradation, strategy Abstrak: Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh maraknya kasus degradasi moral siswa di usia remaja yang ditandai dengan kemunculan kasus kenakalan remaja. Fenomena ini semakin mendorong lembaga pendidikan terutama sekolah untuk dapat memberikan pembinaan yang tepat agar permasalahan degradasi moral ini dapat segera tertangani. Adapun salah satu strategi yang dapat menjadi alternatif dalam menangani kasus degradasi moral di sekolah yakni melalui pembinaan kesiswaan. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh Waka Kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang dalam menangani permasalahan degradasi moral yang terjadi di kalangan para siswa. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang inilah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memaparkan penjelasan terkait strategi pembinaan kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yakni studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi non partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Teknik ini meliputi tahap kondensasi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggukan teknik triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa strategi pembinaan kesiswaan dalam mengatasi degradasi moral di SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang dilakukan melalui tiga strategi pembinaan, yakni; (1) pembinaan kesiswaan secara akademik yang mana meliputi pembinaan prestasi akademik, seni, dan olahraga, pembinaan sastra dan budaya, serta pembinaan TIK dan bahasa inggris; (2) pembinaan kesiswaan secara non akademik yang meliputi pembinaan kreativitas dan kewirausahaan, serta pembinaan kesehatan jasmani; (3) pembinaan kesiswaan secara sikap dan spiritual yang meliputi pembinaan pembinaan akhlak, pembinaan kepribadian, serta pembinaan demokrasi dan toleransi. Abstract

Abstract: The use of social media in education opens up new pedagogical spaces for content creator teachers in instilling character education values in students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to understand the experiences of content creator teachers in utilizing social media at SD Negeri 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of school social media content documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, maintaining data validity through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that social media is used consciously and deliberately as a medium for instilling character values through visual, participatory, and contextual content. Dominant character values include religiosity, discipline, cooperation, social care, national spirit and love of the homeland, good manners, and self-confidence, which are integrated into students' daily activities and the school's flagship programs. Despite facing internal and external challenges, content creator teachers demonstrate adaptive efforts in managing social media pedagogically. These findings confirm that the use of social media by content creator teachers plays a significant role in supporting the internalization of character education values and strengthening school culture in the digital era. Abstrak: Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pendidikan membuka ruang pedagogis baru bagi guru konten kreator dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman guru konten kreator dalam memanfaatkan media sosial di SD Negeri 3 Lemba Kabupaten Soppeng. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi konten media sosial sekolah, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan menjaga keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dimanfaatkan secara sadar dan terencana sebagai media penanaman nilai karakter melalui konten visual, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Nilai karakter yang dominan meliputi religius, disiplin, kerja sama, peduli sosial, semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air, adab sopan santun, serta percaya diri, yang diintegrasikan melalui aktivitas keseharian peserta didik dan program unggulan sekolah. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal, guru konten kreator menunjukkan upaya adaptif dalam mengelola media sosial secara pedagogis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial oleh guru konten kreator berperan signifikan dalam mendukung internalisasi nilai pendidikan karakter dan penguatan budaya sekolah di era digital.
