Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work stress management skills on employee performance at the Takalar Regency Education and Culture Office. The study uses a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between three independent variables leadership style, motivation, and work stress management skills and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 76 employees. The results showed that leadership style did not significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient B = 0.135 and a significance of 0.00, so this variable was not able to explain changes in performance partially. The motivation variable also did not significantly influence performance, with a regression coefficient B = –0.88 and a significance of 0.351. The negative coefficient cannot be generalized because it is not statistically significant. Conversely, work stress management skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient B = 0.442 and a significance of 0.000, which indicates that the better an employee's ability to manage stress, the higher the resulting performance. Based on a simultaneous test, the three independent variables significantly influenced employee performance, with an R² value of 0.396 and an F value of 15.730 (p < 0.05). This finding underscores the importance of strengthening stress management programs in the workplace and the need for organizational support to help employees cope with work pressure to optimally improve performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kemampuan manajemen stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hubungan tiga variabel independent: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kemampuan manajemen stres kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 76 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi B = 0,135 dan signifikansi 0,00, sehingga variabel ini belum mampu menjelaskan perubahan kinerja secara parsial. Variabel motivasi juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan koefisien regresi B = –0,88 dan signifikansi 0,351. Koefisien yang bernilai negatif tidak dapat digeneralisasikan karena tidak signifikan secara statistik. Sebaliknya, kemampuan manajemen stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan koefisien regresi B = 0,442 dan signifikansi 0,000, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan pegawai mengelola stres, semakin tinggi kinerja yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan uji simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai R² = 0,396 dan F = 15,730 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan program pengelolaan stres di lingkungan kerja serta perlunya dukungan organisasi dalam membantu pegawai menghadapi tekanan kerja agar kinerja dapat meningkat secara optimal. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of the management of the Merdeka Curriculum (Independent Curriculum) at SMKN 1 Sungai Tabuk through a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation analysis involving the school principal and two teachers at SMKN 1 Sungai Tabuk. The results indicate that the cycle of planning, development, monitoring, and evaluation operates responsively, based on the principles of link and match and human resource empowerment. Planning involves analyzing the needs of students, local potential, and the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) for curriculum relevance. Development engages teachers actively through internal training, external upskilling, and industrial collaboration, enhancing a sense of ownership and improving pedagogical-technical competence. Continuous monitoring employs tiered frequency with participatory supervision, building a reflective culture supported by visionary leadership. Comprehensive evaluation integrates theoretical exams, practical assessments, industrial projects, and feedback from the business sector for accountability and continuous improvement. These findings represent a best practice in overcoming limitations such as inadequate facilities, varying teacher comprehension, and resource imbalances through flexible innovations, including rotational fieldwork (PKL) schedules, elective subjects, and structured character building. This approach successfully produces vocational graduates who are competent, creative, disciplined, and job-ready.. Hasil menunjukkan siklus perencanaan, pengembangan, monitoring, dan evaluasi berjalan responsif berbasis prinsip link and match serta pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia. Perencanaan menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik, potensi lokal, dan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI) untuk relevansi kurikulum. Pengembangan melibatkan guru aktif melalui pelatihan internal, upskilling eksternal, dan kolaborasi industri, meningkatkan rasa kepemilikan serta kompetensi pedagogik-teknis. Monitoring berkelanjutan berfrekuensi berjenjang dengan supervisi partisipatif membangun budaya reflektif didukung kepemimpinan visioner. Evaluasi komprehensif mengintegrasikan ujian teori, praktik, proyek industri, dan umpan balik dunia usaha untuk akuntabilitas serta perbaikan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah QITA, Malang City, covering aspects of understanding, implementation, impact, challenges, and solutions. The study is grounded in the urgency of integrating the Merdeka Curriculum as an educational reform that promotes value-oriented learning, student autonomy, and the strengthening of students’ religious character. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using an educational policy case study design. The participants consisted of the school principal, one Islamic education teacher, and four students selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and validated through triangulation of sources and methods to ensure data credibility. The findings reveal that the principal and teachers demonstrated comprehensive understanding and strong commitment to the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, fostering innovation in value-based Islamic learning. Curriculum implementation emphasized reflective, collaborative, and contextual learning activities that strengthened students’ spirituality and independence. The curriculum’s impact was evident in the improvement of students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities, as well as teachers’ professional competence in adaptive instruction. The main obstacles identified were limitations in human resources, facilities, and authentic assessment practices, yet these were mitigated through continuous training, academic supervision, and external partnerships. Overall, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MI QITA has proven effective, contextually relevant to Islamic values, and serves as a model for developing innovative and sustainable Islamic education policy. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah QITA Kota Malang, yang meliputi aspek pemahaman, pelaksanaan, dampak, hambatan, dan solusi pelaksanaan kebijakan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh urgensi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam membangun paradigma pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada nilai, kemandirian, dan penguatan karakter religius peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus kebijakan pendidikan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala madrasah, satu guru PAI, dan empat peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran, kemudian divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kepala madrasah dan guru terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka telah berkembang menjadi kesadaran kolektif yang mendorong inovasi pembelajaran berbasis nilai Islam. Pelaksanaan kurikulum berfokus pada aktivitas reflektif, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual yang memperkuat spiritualitas serta kemandirian peserta didik. Dampak penerapan kurikulum terlihat dari peningkatan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa serta profesionalisme guru dalam merancang pembelajaran adaptif. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sarana, dan asesmen autentik, namun berhasil diatasi melalui pelatihan, supervisi akademik, dan kemitraan eksternal. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di MI QITA berlangsung efektif, relevan dengan nilai-nilai Islam, dan dapat menjadi model pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework as a conceptual foundation for developing a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) model for teachers that is adaptive, collaborative, and sustainable. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature-based research design, drawing on international scholarly articles, policy documents, and research reports published between 2020 and 2025 related to teacher professional development, TPACK, flexible delivery, and learning communities. Data were analyzed using thematic and content analysis to identify key patterns, conceptual gaps, and directions for model development. The findings indicate that effective CPD requires integration of technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge supported by flexible multimodal delivery and professional learning communities to ensure relevance and sustainability. Furthermore, the literature reveals a conceptual gap in existing CPD models, which often overlook the role of teachers’ professional attitudes and character in sustaining pedagogical change. Based on these findings, this study proposes an extended TPACK framework (TPACK-ChA) that integrates attitude and character knowledge as a basis for developing a more comprehensive CPD model for teachers. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kerangka Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) sebagai dasar konseptual dalam pengembangan model Pengembangan Kompetensi Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan, dengan sumber data berupa artikel jurnal ilmiah internasional, dokumen kebijakan, dan laporan penelitian periode 2020–2025 yang relevan dengan PKB guru, TPACK, pendekatan flexible delivery, dan komunitas belajar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis tematik dan analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan, kesenjangan konseptual, serta arah pengembangan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKB yang efektif memerlukan integrasi pengetahuan teknologi, pedagogik, dan konten yang didukung oleh pendekatan multimoda yang fleksibel serta komunitas belajar profesional untuk menjamin keberlanjutan implementasi. Temuan studi literatur juga mengungkap bahwa sebagian besar model PKB belum mengintegrasikan dimensi sikap profesional dan karakter guru secara eksplisit. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan kerangka TPACK yang diperluas dengan integrasi pengetahuan sikap dan karakter (TPACK-ChA) sebagai dasar pengembangan model PKB guru yang lebih komprehensif. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the policy implementation for improving the quality of tahfidz teachers at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohmah Putri IBS Malang through a structured quality assurance system. The focus of the research includes policy formulation, implementation mechanisms, and supporting as well as inhibiting factors in strengthening teacher professionalism in Qur’anic instruction. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation of tahfidz activities, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The findings show that the institution has implemented a comprehensive quality management system consisting of standardized teacher qualifications, tahfidz Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and a multi-layered evaluation structure. Continuous teacher development is carried out through weekly coaching, periodic training, halaqah musyafahah, and peer supervision, reflecting a systematic application of continuous quality improvement. Data-driven evaluation through structured teacher performance reports ensures accuracy in monitoring recitation quality, discipline, methodology, and Qur’anic competence. The supporting factors include strong Qur’anic culture, institutional commitment, and adequate teacher competence, while the inhibiting factors involve uneven teacher skills, workload intensity, and limited infrastructure. The study concludes that quality improvement policies for tahfidz teachers at Ar-Rohmah are not merely technical programs, but operate as an integrated policy system combining pedagogical competence, institutional culture, and spiritual ethics. This model demonstrates strong potential for replication in other diniyah-based tahfidz institutions. Keywords: tahfidz teacher; quality assurance; policy implementation; teacher development; Qur’anic education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu pengajar tahfidz di Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohmah Putri IBS Malang melalui sistem penjaminan mutu yang terstruktur. Fokus kajian meliputi perumusan kebijakan, mekanisme pelaksanaan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan profesionalitas pengajar Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kegiatan tahfidz, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah telah menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu komprehensif berupa standar kualifikasi guru, SOP tahfidz, evaluasi berlapis, dan program pembinaan berkelanjutan. Pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan melalui pembinaan mingguan, pelatihan berkala, musyafahah, dan supervisi sejawat sebagai bentuk penerapan continuous quality improvement. Evaluasi kinerja pengajar dilakukan secara terukur melalui rapor tahfidz yang memuat indikator ketepatan bacaan, kedisiplinan, metode pengajaran, dan capaian tahfidz, sehingga keputusan pengelolaan mutu berbasis data dapat dilakukan secara objektif. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan kebijakan meliputi kultur Qur’ani komitmen kelembagaan, dan kompetensi guru, sedangkan hambatan mencakup ketimpangan kemampuan teknis, beban kerja ganda, dan keterbatasan sarana. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan peningkatan mutu pengajar tahfidz tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi merupakan desain kebijakan terpadu yang menggabungkan kualitas pedagogis, tata kelola lembaga, dan pembinaan spiritual sebagai fondasi pembentukan profesionalisme pengajar Qur’ani berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the Implementation of the Sekolah Mengaji Policy on the Competence of Ngaji Teachers and the Religious Character of Students, as well as to examine the mediating role of in the relationship between and. This quantitative research utilizes an explanatory survey design, involving 260 students and 20 teachers in Bandung Regency, and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results demonstrate that the Implementation of the Sekolah Mengaji Policy has a positive and significant influence on the Competence of Ngaji Teachers (path coefficient = 0.824; ρ =0.000), and also has a direct, positive, and significant influence on the Religious Character of Student (path coefficient = 0.353; ρ =0.000). Furthermore, the Competence of Ngaji Teachers is proven to have a positive and significant influence on the Religious Character of Students (path coefficient = 0.548; ρ =0.000). The main conclusion is that both the Sekolah Mengaji Policy and the Competence of Ngaji Teachers are important factors that contribute significantly to the formation of students' religious character. However, the indirect influence of on through was not statistically significant (coefficient = 0.005; ρ =0.610$). Therefore, it is recommended that policymakers evaluate and strengthen program implementation, with particular attention to enhancing the role of Ngaji teachers as mediators in value education. Simpulan utama adalah bahwa baik Kebijakan Sekolah Mengaji maupun Kompetensi Guru Ngaji merupakan faktor penting yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa, meskipun pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap melalui belum signifikan secara statistik (koefisien = 0,005; ρ =0,610$). Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemangku kebijakan mengevaluasi dan memperkuat implementasi program, dengan memberikan perhatian khusus pada penguatan peran guru ngaji sebagai mediator dalam pendidikan nilai. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the role of educational facility optimization in shaping discipline among early childhood in RA Assyifa' Balerejo Madiun using B.F. Skinner's theory of behaviorism. The approach used was a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation for three months. The results show that well-managed facilities, such as organized classrooms, shoe racks, and sinks, serve as environmental stimuli that support disciplined behaviors, such as neatness and adherence to rules. Positive reinforcement, such as praise from teachers, plays an important role in reinforcing these behaviors. Structured facility management, parent and student engagement, and regular evaluation, contribute to an increase in the consistency of the stimulus, leading to an increase in rule compliance from 60% to 85%, as well as the use of facilities for hygiene reaching 70%. The challenges found, such as damaged facilities and inconsistent reinforcement, point to the need for more intensive positive reinforcement and more innovative facility design. The study confirms that optimal educational facilities, supported by structured management and community involvement, can effectively foster discipline in early childhood, as well as provide practical implications for environment-based education management. Keywords: School Climate; Teacher Job Satisfaction; Systematic Literature Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengangkat isu-isu penting mengenai peran iklim sekolah sebagai faktor penentu dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan mendukung proses pembelajaran. Iklim sekolah yang kondusif diyakini mampu mendorong motivasi, kenyamanan, serta meningkatkan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan. Disisi lain, kepuasan kerja guru menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini, karena berperan besar dalam menunjang kualitas pendidikan. Kepuasan kerja tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek material seperti gaji dan fasilitas, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikologis dan sosial, seperti hubungan interpesonal, dukungan organisasi, serta adanya apresiasi dan pengakuan terhadap kinerja guru. Peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam membentuk iklim sekolah yang positif, karena gaya kepemimpinan dan kebijakan yang diterapkan akan berdampak langsung pada suasana kerja guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim sekolah teradap kepuasan kerja guru dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur sistematis. Proses peninjauan dilakukan dengan bantuan mesin pencarian Harzing’s Publish or Perish, dari 100 artikel yang dikumpulkan, hanya 12 artikel yang dinyatakan relevan dan dimasukkan ke dalam tinjauan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja guru. Iklim yang positif ditandai oleh kepemimpinan yang mendukung, hubungan yang harmonis, kolaborasi profesional, kompensasi yang memadai, serta motivasi personal secara signifikan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kinerja guru. Abstract

Abstract: The transformation of higher education institutions is inseparable from the role of leaders capable of driving change in a visionary, inclusive, and sustainable manner. Responding to this need, the present study explores how transformational leadership shapes and strengthens organizational development within universities, with a focus on Universitas Djuanda Bogor and Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. A qualitative exploratory approach was employed to capture the meanings, values, and leadership practices through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and data triangulation. Thematic analysis supported by NVivo 15 was used to identify patterns, categories, and core themes within the dynamics of leadership and organizational change. The findings reveal that transformational leadership enhances institutional performance through practices of humanism, role modeling, two-way communication, and the cultivation of a collaborative–innovative culture. This leadership model also strengthens the institution’s adaptive capacity toward national policies such as IKU and MBKM through structural flexibility, policy alignment, and strategic networking. The study additionally identifies constructive collaboration patterns among lecturers, students, and stakeholders, as well as the development of a prototype dashboard-based leadership measurement system. It concludes that transformational leadership serves as a strategic foundation for building adaptive, innovative, and competitive higher education institutions. Recommendations include enhancing leadership development programs, fostering collaborative cultures, implementing comprehensive leadership evaluation systems, and expanding reputation-building strategies grounded in social impact. Abstrak: Transformasi perguruan tinggi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran pemimpin yang mampu menggerakkan perubahan secara visioner, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Berangkat dari kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional membentuk dan memperkuat pengembangan organisasi perguruan tinggi, dengan studi pada Universitas Djuanda Bogor dan Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif digunakan untuk menangkap makna, nilai, dan praktik kepemimpinan melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, serta triangulasi data. Analisis tematik berbantuan NVivo 15 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola, kategori, dan tema utama dalam dinamika kepemimpinan dan perubahan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mendorong peningkatan kinerja institusi melalui praktik humanisme, keteladanan, komunikasi dua arah, dan penciptaan budaya kolaboratif–inovatif. Kepemimpinan ini juga memperkuat kapasitas adaptif organisasi terhadap kebijakan nasional seperti IKU dan MBKM melalui fleksibilitas struktural, sinkronisasi kebijakan, dan jejaring strategis. Penelitian juga menemukan pola kolaborasi dosen–mahasiswa–stakeholder yang konstruktif serta pengembangan prototipe sistem pengukuran kepemimpinan berbasis dashboard digital. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan fondasi strategis bagi terwujudnya organisasi perguruan tinggi yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing. Direkomendasikan agar perguruan tinggi memperkuat program pengembangan kepemimpinan, membangun budaya kolaboratif, mengimplementasikan sistem evaluasi kepemimpinan yang komprehensif, dan memperluas strategi reputasi berbasis dampak sosial. Abstract: Wise use of technology by principals can help facilitate the improvement of teacher competency. Principal management and teacher professional competency are interconnected because they influence each other. Therefore, the role of the principal as an educator is expected to be a figure who strives for change for teachers so that they consistently carry out their teaching duties optimally.The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of technology-based professional competency improvement for teachers at Pembina State Kindergarten in Demak District. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were the principal and seven teachers at Pembina State Kindergarten in Demak District. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Technology-based professional competencies in teachers are: a) identifying problems and analyzing needs; b) Setting goals; c) Preparing programs and strategies and d) Preparing budgets. 2) Organizing the principal in improving technology-based professional competencies in teachers includes: a) Team formation and division of tasks; b) Internal coordination; c) Resource management. 3) Implementation of the principal in improving technology-based professional competencies in teachers is: a) Program implementation; b) Facilitation and support; and c) Direct monitoring. 4) Supervision of the principal in improving technology-based professional competencies in teachers at TK Negeri Pembina, Demak sub-district is: a) Implementation of supervision; and b) Evaluation and follow-up. Keywords: principal management, professional competence, technology Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak oleh kepala sekolah dapat membantu memudahkan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Manajemen kepala sekolah dan kompetensi professional guru saling berkaitan karena saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, peran pemimpin selaku Kepala Sekolah sebagai educator diharapkan menjadi sosok mengupayakan perubahan bagi para guru agar senantiasa menjalankan tugas pembelajarannya secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional berbasis teknologi pada guru di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Demak. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru yang ada di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Demak yang berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional berbasis teknologi pada guru adalah: a) mengidentifikasi masalah dan menganalisis kebutuhan; b) Menetapkan Tujuan; c) Penyusunan program dan strategi dan d) Penyusunan anggaran. 2) Pengorganisasian kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional berbasis teknologi pada guru diantaranya adalah: a) Pembentukan tim dan pembagian tugas; b) Koordinasi internal; c) Pengelolaan sumber daya. 3) Pelaksanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional berbasis teknologi pada guru adalah: a) Implementasi program; b) Fasilitasi dan dukungan; dan c) Pemantauan langsung. 4) Pengawasan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional berbasis teknologi pada guru di TK Negeri Pembina kecamatan Demak adalah: a) Pelaksanaan pengawasan; dan b) Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 177 teachers determined through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using path analysis with multiple regression methods and Sobel tests. The results of the descriptive analysis show that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and OCB are in the high category. The results of the analysis of the regression coefficient value of the instructional leadership variable on OCB are 0.454, the organizational climate variable on OCB is 0.167, the job satisfaction variable on OCB is 0.190, the instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction is 0.265, the organizational climate variable on job satisfaction is 0.415, the instructional leadership variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.029, and the organizational climate variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.038. The conclusion of this study is that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and teacher OCB are in the high category. There is a direct influence between instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on OCB of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. There is an indirect influence between instructional leadership and organizational climate on OCB through job satisfaction of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 177 guru yang ditentukan melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode regresi berganda dan uji Sobel. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan OCB berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis nilai koefisien regresi variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap OCB sebesar 0,454, variabel iklim organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 0,167, variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB sebesar 0,190, variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,265, variabel iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,415, variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,029, dan variabel iklim organisasi terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,038. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan OCB guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung antara kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan instruksional dan iklim organisasi terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya.
