Abstract

In general, this thesis aims to obtain information about the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta. This evaluation uses the CIPP model approach (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Data collection techniques through documentation studies, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this evaluation method uses a quantitative-descriptive approach with stages consisting of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the evaluation concluded that: (1). The context of the implementation of the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta is in accordance with the applicable provisions in the KJP Plus program. (2) The input from the implementation of the KJP Plus program is appropriate in supporting the success of the KJP plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta. (3) The implementation of the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta has been going well, but there needs to be improvements in the aspect of reporting the use of KJP plus funds. (4) The achievement of the implementation of the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic was not yet optimal, especially in meeting the needs of students, especially in supporting educational needs

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi Stake’s Coutenance model. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam evaluasi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Perencanaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. (2). Pelaksanaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup. (3). Dampak dari hasil penyelenggaraan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.   The thesis aims are to examine the factors of success and failurs of the program in improving the welfare of non-civil service educators in government elementary school of Johar Baru Sub-district in Central Jakarta. The evaluation method used was the Stake’s evaluation countenance model’s. Technicques collection data that have been used are interview, documentary studies, and questionnaires. The analysis data techniques in this evaluation method involved quantitative and qualitative method. The stages of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The evauation results concludes that : (1). Planning the program for improving the welfare of non-civil service educators through individual work contracts at government elementary school of Johar Baru sub-district in Central Jakarta is in the very good category.(2). Implementation of the program for improving the welfare of non-civil service educators through individul contract at government elementary school of Johar Baru sub-district in Central Jakarta is in the average category. (3). The impact of an arrangement for programs to improve the welfare of non-civil service educators through individual work contracts at government elementary school of Johar Baru sub-district in Central Jakarta is in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung ditinjau dari kemampuan awal siswa. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak sebanyak 757 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan metode pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (3) Terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan metode pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung.   This study aims to determine the effect of learning methods on the results of learning Mathematics for class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung in terms of students' initial abilities. The target population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, Lebak Regency, totaling 757 students and the research sample was 80 students. The research method used was a 2 x 2 factorial design experiment. The conclusions of this study were (1) There was a positive effect of the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning method on the learning outcomes of Mathematics students at SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (2) There was a positive influence on students' initial abilities on the results learning Mathematics for students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (3) There is an interaction between the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning method and students' initial abilities on the results of learning Mathematics for students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan siswa kelas XI dan XII Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. Sampel dalam penlitian ini adalah 102 orang siswa kelas XI dan XII Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. Data penelitian berupa soal hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan, strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) 31 = 0,207, thitung = 1,767 dan p-value = 0,080/2 = 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti “bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif strategi pembelajaran (X1) terhadap hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan (X3)” diterima atau teruji. (2) 21 = 0,604, thitung = 1,767 dan p-value = 0,084/2 = 0,042 < 0,05 yang berartji “bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif gaya kognitif (X2) terhadap hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan (X3)” diterima atau teruji. (3) 32 = 0,205, thitung = 1,767 dan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti “bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif strategi pembelajaran (X1) terhadap gaya kognitif (X2)”. diterima atau teruji. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning strategies, and cognitive styles on learning outcomes of network infrastructure administration for class XI and XII students of the Department of Computer Engineering and Networks at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. The sample in this study were 102 students of class XI and XII of the Computer and Network Engineering Department at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. Research data in the form of questions about the learning outcomes of network infrastructure administration, learning strategies and cognitive styles using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is a survey method with path analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is concluded that (1) 31 = 0,207, thitung = 1,767 dan p-value = 0,080/2 = 0,004 < 0,05 which means "that there is a positive direct effect of learning strategies (X1) on learning outcomes of network infrastructure administration (X3)" is accepted or tested. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan evaluasi kesenjangan, bertujuan mendeskripsikan program perkuliahan daring pada jenjang mahasiswa. Program ini didukung oleh sarana prasarana, tenaga kependidikan, dosen dan sumber belajar yang sudah sesuai dengan standard pendidikan tinggi. Gambaran keterampilan literasi teknologi diperoleh melalui assesment 7 area performansi keterampilan dosen, tendik dan mahasiswa dalam program perkuliahan daring. Hasil penelitian berupa : (1) Defini "sangat baik” : indikasi dosen dan tendik terampil penggunaan peralatan digital dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan informasi seperti penggunaan laptop, online class OLU terintegrasi video conference. (2). Acces "sangat baik” : indikasi dosen dan tendik terampil penggunaan internet via web browser handphone dan laptop, mengakses jurnal, dan citation berbasis Mendeley berbasis big data. (3). Manage kategori "sangat baik” : indikasi dosen, tendik dan mahasisawa sudah terampil dalam penggunaan peralatan digital untuk aplikasi informasi pembelajaran daring seperti penggunaan uji plagiarism sebagai prasyarat karya ilmiah. (4). Integrate kategori "sangat baik” indikasi terampil merepresentasikan penggunaan alat digital dalam membanding, sintesis dan menyimpulkan informasi berbagai sumber. (5). Evaluasi kategori "sangat baik” indikasi terampil menilai informasi digital untuk pembelajaran daring, kebutuhan informasi berbagai sumber website legal (.go.id). (6). Create kategori "sangat baik” indikasi dosen, tendik dan mahasiswa terampil beradaptasi kedalam pembelajaran daring selama masa Covid-19, mendesign dan meng-konstruksi informasi dalam lingkungan digital (7). Communicate kategori "sangat baik” indikasi terampil dalam mendesiminasikan serta publikasi karya ilmiah tesis yang termuat dalam jurnal nasional terakreditasi sebagai prasyarat kelulusan program studi.

Abstract

Many Facet Rasch Measurement (MFRM) is a measurement method in modern test theory that produceslinear and objective measurements. This paper offers the use of the MFRM method in TeacherPerformance Assessment (PKG) to analyze data on simulated assessments by the principal and 2 fellowteachers. In the context of PKG in schools, the judging plan can be made complete so that there is linkageof all the elements involved in the measurement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of student learning successas an effort to obtain quality output. Some of the elements involved in schoolinstitutions include school principals, teachers, TU staff, and students. From theseelements, teacher competence in using interesting learning methods is one of theimportant aspects to achieve this goal. The problems identified in learningbiology are: There is an assumption that Biology is quite difficult, because thereare lots of memorization and terms; Lack of interest and motivation in learningabout Biology subjects; Lack of use of appropriate learning techniques, methodsand media by teachers; Student learning outcomes on daily tests are still low.Therefore, this research is focused on the formulation of the problem How is theeffect of applying the method of reciting scientific names with binomial nomenclature to increasing students&#39; cognitive competence? ; How does theapplication of the scientific name recitation method with binomial nomenclatureaffect the increase in students&#39; affective competence? The purpose of this studywas to obtain data and facts regarding the effect of applying the scientific namerecitation method with binomial nomenclature by increasing students&#39; cognitivecompetence; obtain data and facts regarding the effect of applying the scientificname recitation method with binomial nomenclature by increasing students&#39;affective competence. This research was carried out in 2 cycles with the planningstage, the acting stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. In thisstudy, the recitation method was considered to be significant in increasingstudents&#39; learning outcomes.

Abstract

Accelerated class is a class intended for students whose learning isaccelerated with a level of understanding of the material so that they can take theirstudy time faster than the time specified in the regular class. The aim is to obtain in-depth information about the accelerated class program covering matters that areimportant aspects of the evaluation with the CIPP model to be further processed andproduce a positive recommendation. This evaluation uses a qualitative approach andcollects data using observation, interview and document study methods. Interviewdata were obtained from residents of SD Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Jakarta, including;Principal, Vice Principal, Teacher. And for document data in the form of Vision andMission documents, School Profiles, and National Exam scores for accelerated classstudents. The evaluation results show that on; context component; Vision and Missionprovide a place for special intelligent students to take part in educational programs according to their intelligence potential. input components; 1) There is a specialacceptance of accelerated students, 2) There is an allocation of the acceleratedprogram budget 3) In general, the competency of accelerated teachers meets inputindicator standards, 4) The curriculum and accelerated program are implemented asone unit. process component; 1) The learning activities of the accelerated classprogram are faster than regular classes, 2) The implementation of supervisionactivities for the accelerated class program is not effective. product components; 1)The National Exam scores of accelerated class program students have an averagescore of very good, 2) The output/quality of accelerated graduates is on averageaccepted at well-known junior high schools/equivalents. After considering a numberof indicators in the evaluation, as well as based on the four components in theevaluation with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) it can beconcluded that the implementation of the accelerated class program is going very welleven though at the point of implementing the acceleration class program.

Abstract

This evaluation aims to assess the effectiveness of the KOGYO SENMON(KOSEN) training conducted by Perseroan Terbatas (PT) DN. The training evaluationused the Kirkpatrick evaluation approach consisting of four aspects includingparticipant reactions, material mastery, behavior change, and results achieved. Datawere obtained through evaluation results, document studies, and questionnaires. Dataprocessing was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of theevaluation of participants&#39; reaction to the organizers were included in the &quot;Satisfied&quot;qualification with an average score of 87. After the evaluation, it was found that theaverage score of participants in learning was 88, so they managed to meet thequalification of &quot;Good&quot;. The behavior measurement based on the assessment fromsuperiors and colleagues received an average score of 85 with the criteria of &quot;Good&quot;.While the evaluation of the result stage after the participants have completed thetraining with an average score of 83, qualifying as &quot;Good&quot;. The evaluation of PT DN&#39;sKOSEN training using Kirkpatrick can identify and evaluate all elements of trainingand is worthy of being used as a reference.

Abstract

Background: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan meningkatkan transformasi peran komite sekolah dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di era digital, khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor. Dalam kondisi ideal, komite sekolah diharapkan berperan aktif dalam memberikan nasihat, mendukung kegiatan, mengawasi, dan menjadi penengah dalam pengambilan keputusan pendidikan yang semakin terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun komite sekolah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, masih terdapat tantangan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung program-program sekolah secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui penelitian dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah telah berperan baik dalam mendukung terealisasinya program sekolah, termasuk program unggulan yang melatih siswa menjadi mudzaki sejak dini dengan memanfaatkan platform digital. Program ini memberikan edukasi positif yang mengubah pola pikir siswa terhadap lingkungan sekitar dan meningkatkan literasi digital mereka. Dampak dari transformasi peran komite sekolah ini adalah peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor, dengan program kerja komite yang secara keseluruhan membantu mensukseskan program sekolah di era digital.   Background: This study aims to understand and improve the transformation of the role of the school committee in managing education in the digital era, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor. In ideal conditions, the school committee is expected to play an active role in providing advice, supporting activities, supervising, and becoming a mediator in educational decision-making that is increasingly integrated with digital technology. However, the reality in the field shows that although the school committee in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor has carried out its duties well, there are still challenges in utilizing digital technology to support school programs more effectively. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method, collecting data through document research, interviews, and direct observation. The results of the study show that the school committee has played a good role in supporting the realization of school programs, including a superior program that trains students to become mudzaki from an early age by utilizing digital platforms.
