Abstract

The Bayu Village is one of the villages located in Darul Imarah Sub-district, Aceh Besar District, the Aceh Province. The abundance of vacant land in Bayu Village, prompting the desire of investors to be converted into the development of a housing residential. Based on the observation, public facilities in Beutari Permai residential are still inadequate, such as mosque, Green Open Space (GOS), and garbage station. Limited public facilities provided by developers could lead to lack of satisfaction from home buyers (users). This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence between the availability of public facilities to the satisfaction of residents of Beutari Permai residential. Further, analyzing the effect of the availability of public facilities on the satisfaction of the residents of Beutari Permai residential is performed. This research uses qualitative method through observation and interview, and quantitative method through questionnaires survey data. Target respondents in this study are residents of housing consist of 51 respondents. Statistical methods used in data processing are validity and reliability test. While data analysis consists of descriptive statistics, simple correlation, and multiple linear regression. The statistical analyses performed by using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS)  software. The results show that drainage and road facilities have a very high relationship, drinking water facilities have a sufficient relationship, sanitation facilities have a low relationship, while the electricity network facilities have a very low relationship to the satisfaction of the residents of Beutari Permai residential. The availability of public facilities consisting of roads, sanitation, drainage, drinking water and electricity networks have a positive effect on the satisfaction of residents of the Beutari Permai residential. The availability of public facilities consisting of road facilities, sanitation, drainage, drinking water, and electricity network simultaneously has contributed 82.4% to the satisfaction of residents of the Beutari Permai residential.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the world of today's construction business, every construction company is required to be able to demonstrate the quality of its service so that it can excel in competition. As a company engaged in services/selling services, construction companies must have knowledge of the dimensions of service quality. There are five factors from the dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. If the performance can meet their expectations, the stakeholders will be satisfied and vice versa. This study aims to identify contractor performance factors that most influence stakeholder satisfaction in the Aceh Human Settlements Agency. This study used mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches through questionnaires. The respondents are the stakeholders of the project stakeholders at Aceh Human Settlements Agency in 2016, which consists of the Budget User, Proxy of Budget User, Technical Officer (PPTK) and Technical Officer Assistant, which in total amounted to 32 respondents. Data processing methods use validity and reliability tests, while descriptive statistical analysis uses SPSS version 22 software. The results of the study showed that the contractor's performance factors that had the most influence on stakeholder satisfaction in the Aceh Human Settlements Agency were reliability factors with a mean value of 3.714, while the least influential factors were physical evidence factors with a mean value of 3.332

Abstract

The Government of Aceh through the Department of Transportation develop the transportation system, especially in the means of transportation one of them improve the urban transport system with the mass transit system that is Trans Koetaradja of 6 (six) corridors. Trans Koetaradja transportation is carefully planned so that it has the same direction and destination point and is bound to a predetermined schedule by using transportation cost concept which regulates fare setting so as to provide services for mutual interest, safe, fast, convenient and cheap. This research is conducted to determine the fare of Trans Koetaradja based on vehicle operational cost (VOC), Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay from its passenger. Primary data were obtained from interviews and field surveys using state preference method in public and student respondents around Corridor III. Sampling was conducted in stratified random sampling to household (home interview survey) with total sample amounted to 110 samples. Data analysis was done by using 3 (three) method of DEPHUB method to calculate VOC, Household Budget Method to get Ability To Pay (ATP) value and perception method to get Willingness To Pay (WTP) value. The results of  this study obtained the fare for corridor III based on VOC was Rp. 5,900.00, the general public ATP was Rp. 5,400.00 and student/college student was Rp. 5,200.00, public WTP was Rp. 3.000.00,  and student/college student was Rp. 2,800.00

Abstract

Kecamatan Kuta Alam mempunyai luas wilayah  10,05 Km2  dengan tinggi rata-rata 0,80 meter diatas permukaan laut. Lokasi bukit yang cukup jauh dari pinggir pantai (±10 Km), dengan jumlah penduduk 42.217 jiwa dan kepadatan penduduk 4200.70 jiwa/km², hal ini menimbulkan masalah yang serius bila mana bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami melanda, yaitu pada saat warga berusaha menyelamatkan diri ke bukit atau dataran tinggi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi jalan Gampong Lampulo, Gampong Mulia dan Lamdingin, yang digunakan sebagai jalur evakuasi, mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas jalur evakuasi yang tersedia, dan analisis tingkat efektivitas penggunaan jalan desa sebagai jalur evakuasi pada saat terjadi bencana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengukuran secara langsung di lokasi penelitian, membagikan quesioner untuk mengetahui persepsi responden. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebar dan kondisi jalan Gampong Lampulo, Gampong Mulia dan Lamdingin yang diteliti memenuhi kriteria sebagai jalur evakuasi sebagaimana diisyaratkan oleh SDC (Sea Defense Consultant) dan penelitian ITS ( Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November ). Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disarankan antara lain perlu diadakan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya melakukan evakuasi pada saat terjadi gempa bumi dan pengenalan kepada masyarakat mengenai jalan gampong yang efektif untuk digunakan sebagai jalur evakuasi.

Abstract

Public open space is a shared space used by the community for individual or group activities. Quality public open spaces are public spaces that are able to meet needs, protect rights and give meaning to the people who visit them. Blang Padang Field is a tourist zone and public space used by visitors for recreation, sports and selling. Blang Padang as a venue for state ceremonies, religious and military activities. The condition of the physical structure and some of the facilities in it are inadequate as a public space such as a public toilet and seats. Its multi-functional use creates several problems such as parking problems and traffic jams. The method used is quantitative and qualitative using a Likert scale, with descriptive analysis. The data used were observations, questionnaires, and interviews, and data from related agencies. The quality of the Blang Padang Field Public Open Space based on the fulfillment of the needs aspect with a value of 2.97 and the quality of the rights aspect with a value of 2.99 shows a negative response because the average value is below 3, while the quality of the aspects of meaning (meanings) ) got a positive response with an average value of 3.22.

Abstract

One of the growing areas of Banda Aceh city as a public space is the coast of the Ulee Lheue beach. This corresponds with the Spatial Plan of Banda Aceh city in 2009-2029 clauses 58, which are: wheres explained that development of tourists area and public spaces directed to the former area of normalization of Krueng Aceh (Pante Riek and Lambhuk) and Ulee Lheue. This research aims to review the utilization of Ulee Lheue coast as public space and the optimization of the arrangement. The research method used is a descriptive method with mixed method approach. Data collections are done by observation, questionnaire, and interview. A sample selected with random sampling technique based on Slovin equation. Questionnaire uses a Likert scale. Validity and reliability test are used Microsoft Excel. Then conduct SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that Coastal of Ulee Lheu beach has a strategic role in shaping the face of tourism city of Banda Aceh city but still not managed optimally. Improvement of Ulee Lheue coastal function can be done by rearranging the physical area and its management by complete supporting facilities and infrastructure and also disciplinary maintenance so in accordance with its designation as tourism area and public space.

Abstract

Teuku Umar Street has very high activities as an access service, but there are also on-street parking facilities. On-street parking facilities cause traffic congestion on teuku umar road area, especially in public service areas such as Seutui Market, Harapan Bunda Hospital, Suzuya Mall and Canai Mamak. This is caused by the influence of vehicle maneuvers when entering and exiting from parking facility location, and  this phenomenon often occurs during rush hour and the volume of vehicles is very dense. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to determine the effect of vehicle maneuvers when exiting and entering of parking facility on the traffic of degree of saturation and relation model between volume, speed and density using 3 models i.e. Greenshields, Greenberg and Underwood. Based on the analysis results, the Greenberg Model is the best model with the highest determination of the three variables of speed-density-volume. The model is chosen based on the greatest value of determination approaching one rate. The capacity of Teuku Umar Street Directions Gunongan-Sp.Tiga is 2970 pcu/hour, and after the on-street parking activity, the capacity decreased by 2079 pcu/hour (30%). For the way to Gunongan, the capacity is 2970 pcu/hour, after parking activities the capacity drops 2524 pcu/hour (15%). The value of saturation degree in the segment is no parking facility towards Gunongan to Sp. Tiga is 0.31 and there is parking obtained 0.43. Sp. Tiga-Gunongan street direction has the value of surfeit level on the segment no parking facility at 0.37 and there is parking obtained at 0.44. The alternative improvements to increase capacity is by providing special parking facilities and limiting vehicles in and out, so that the surfeit level will decrease.

Abstract

PT. Jamsostek stated that in 2012 everyday there are 9 workers who died due to accidents, while total work accident in the same year recorded 103,000 cases. Accidents to these workers will certainly make the productivity of project work decreased, as well as will impact on the poor performance of the project. This study aims to identify the dominant OSH factors applied in the implementation of building construction projects in Aceh Province, and to analyze the relationship and influence between the factors of OSH implementation on the performance of building construction projects in Aceh Province. This study uses qualitative methods through interviews and quantitative through the distribution of questionnaires. The number of research samples obtained by 68 contractor companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data processing methods consist of test validity, and reliability, while data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, simple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the dominant K3 factor applied in the implementation of the building construction project in Aceh Province was a public protection factor with a mean of 4.632. The safety and work competence factors have a good relationship with Spearman coefficient of 0.451 and 0.429, the factors of equipment and work clothes, vehicle lanes, and equipment and machinery have a low correlation with Spearman coefficient of 0.328, 0.386, and 0.243, while fire, and sound, public protection, general, occupational health, and seriousness of the company have a very low relation with Spearman coefficient of 0.077, 0.130, 0.066, 0.107, 0.121, and 0.169 to the performance of building construction projects in Aceh Province. The influence of OSH implementation factors on the performance of building construction project in Aceh Province, which has significant effect is safety factor, equipment and work clothes, vehicle path, equipment and machinery, public protection, general, seriousness of company, and worker competence with tcount greater than ttable and significance value lower than 0.05.

Abstract

Better capabilities of a vehicle (higher speeds, larger payloads) allows freight operators to perform "transport efficiency" (carrying goods as much as possible in one way that will provide benefits). This problem affects the cumulative equivalent standard axle (CESA) plan, which will experience a shift (Plans of CESA are reached before the service Period of the construction ends). The study is located on the eastern route of Aceh Province, especially on Lambaro-Pidie border. The purpose of this research was to know the relation of vehicle load with time, how to design pavement age and residual CESA value, in the service lifespan (time) of construction (10 years). The data used in this study was secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The method used in this research was descriptive by doing comparison analysis to the relationship that happened. The data analysis and simulation were conducted in 3 scenarios, where Scenario 1 refers to the design data, Scenario 2 refers to the actual average daily traffic and the standard axle, and Scenario 3 refers to the actual LHR and actual axle load (Weigh in measurement results Motion-WIM). From the results of this study, it is known to simulate vehicle loads with time, Scenario 1 is y = 1,0794x - 2171,3, Scenario 2 y = 0,4935x2 - 1987,9x + 2E+06, and Scenario 3 y = 0,8605x2 - 3466,3x + 3E+06. The result of simulation lifespan of pavement design and CESA value, it is known that pavement design lifespan has decreased on average by 3.5 years, and CESA residual value is 42,138,92 thousand ESA.

Abstract

The housing complex in Banda Aceh City has been built up and spread to the suburbs. The condition of one housing with other housing is different. This study aims to identify consumer decision factors in choosing housing location, and identify dominant consumer decision factors in choosing housing locations in Banda Aceh City. Respondents in this study were residents entering the city of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study was set at 150 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The factors evaluated are accessibility factors, completeness of infrastructure and facilities, facilities, environmental conditions, prices and services, and buildings. Data processing used validity test, and reliability test, while data analysis used descriptive analysis and principal factor analysis (PCA). The results showed that the dominant consumer decision factor in choosing housing locations is accessibility and service factors with a variance of 24.798%. Indicators of accessibility and service factors are proximity to the workplace, proximity to the main road, proximity to the city center, proximity to trade facilities, proximity to educational facilities, proximity to banking service facilities, proximity to government offices, proximity to recreational/ entertainment places, proximity to sports venues, proximity to terminals, ease of reaching locations without significant obstacles, prices according to facilities and infrastructure offered.
