Abstract

The use of information technology has become an essential need and a reliable tool for solving various problems. In the education sector, information technology supports library services by improving efficiency, accessibility, and service quality. However, the library of SMA Bina Warga 2 Palembang has not fully utilized technology. Computers are used only in the laboratory for learning activities, while in the library they function solely for creating membership cards. Consequently, book circulation processes are still handled manually due to the absence of a database for recording borrowing and returning activities, which reduces data accuracy and security.This study aims to implement and evaluate the INLISLite application in the library. The Prototype method is used to enable direct interaction between developers and users during system development.The results indicate that the implementation of INLISLite improves the effectiveness and efficiency of library management processes

Abstract

Entering the digital business especially in the marketing field caused by technological developments. One of the technologies that can help businesses in the marketing field is the website. The formulation of the problem in this study which focuses on the MyHerbalife website is that the researcher will also analyze the quality of the MyHerbalife website whether it makes it easy for customers to purchase products through the website and whether MyHerbalife has a decent website. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the feasibility of using the MyHerbalife website by applying the WebQual method. The method used in this study is Webqual which includes Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction. The results obtained from this study are that the Usability variable of usability quality has a large impact on the Overall Impression variable of user satisfaction, from the Information Quality side indicates that the information variable has a large impact on the Overall Impression variable of user satisfaction, and from the Service Interaction Quality side indicates that the Service Interaction Quality variable of service quality has a large impact on the Overall Impression variable of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract :  This study applies the FP-Growth algorithm to analyze sales patterns and determine flagship products at PT Kartini Teh Nasional. The key problem is the underutilization of transaction data to understand consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. The research aims to develop an association-based data mining model to support marketing strategy and inventory management. The tea products analyzed and sold by the company include: Dandang 1T, Dandang 400gr, Dandang 1/4T, Dandang 2in1, Blacktea Box 25pcs, Jasmine Renceng 8pcs, Jasmine Pack 100pcs & Lunchbox, Blacktea Pack 100pcs, Blacktea Vanilla, Jasmine Box 25pcs, Ningrat Tea, and Blacktea Renceng 8pcs. FP-Growth analysis produces frequent itemsets and association rules, where the highest values are found in the best-selling product combinations: Dandang 1T (support 97.0%; confidence 97.0%), Dandang 2in1 (support 97.0%; confidence 97.0%), and Jasmine Renceng 8pcs (support 97.0%; confidence 98.5%). The highest confidence is held by Jasmine Renceng 8pcs at 98.5%, indicating the strongest purchase consistency in association patterns. Based on these results, the three products are identified as flagship items that can serve as a basis for promotional strategy, product bundling, and more efficient stock management. The FP-Growth algorithm proves effective in uncovering hidden purchasing patterns to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study develops an automatic temperature control system for a mustard plant greenhouse in Madukoro Village using an Arduino-based controller implementing hysteresis temperature control and a soil-moisture override mechanism. The system integrates a DHT11 temperature–humidity sensor, an analog soil moisture sensor, an exhaust fan, and an active-LOW relay–driven sprinkler valve. The novelty of this research lies in the combined logic of a 27°C–26°C temperature hysteresis and an override mechanism that forces cooling to remain active when the soil is critically dry, even when the ambient temperature has not yet exceeded the 30°C upper threshold. The system was tested five times under varying environmental conditions. Experimental results show that the system successfully maintains greenhouse temperature within the 26°C–28°C range, reduces relay switching frequency by 86%, and significantly improves environmental stability. The test tables and temperature trend graphs demonstrate a consistent and adaptive system response to changes in both air temperature and soil moisture levels.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology in the education sector requires a reliable and stable network infrastructure to support academic and operational activities. Universitas Bina Darma, as an institution that widely implements digital services, needs an effective monitoring system capable of ensuring service availability and detecting disruptions in real time. This research aims to implement a Zabbix-based Network Management System (NMS) as a solution for monitoring the university's IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices. The study employs a descriptive method with an experimental approach, involving the installation, configuration, implementation, and performance testing of the Zabbix system within the university’s server environment. The results show that Zabbix is able to provide automatic notifications during anomalies, deliver accurate performance metrics, and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting processes. This implementation enhances the overall effectiveness of network management and supports future IT infrastructure planning at Universitas Bina Darma.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology (IT) in modern business requires the implementation of effective governance to ensure alignment between IT systems and the organization’s strategic objectives. This study aims to analyze the IT governance at PT. Berlian Maju Motor using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on three core domains: DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS03 (Manage Problems), and MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance). The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using the Process Assessment Model (PAM). The analysis results show that the current process capability levels for DSS02 and DSS03 are at Level 3 (Established Process), while MEA01 is at Level 2 (Managed Process). Several gaps were identified between the current conditions and the ideal capability levels based on COBIT 5 standards, particularly in aspects such as documentation, incident response, and IT service performance monitoring. Based on these findings, improvement recommendations are proposed, focusing on strengthening service procedures, enhancing documentation, and developing a sustainable IT performance evaluation system.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of designing and developing a web-based e-archive information system at the South Sumatra Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID). The system is developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. This research aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of archiving official letters and administrative documents. The system development follows the waterfall method, which consists of four stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that the proposed web-based e-archive information system facilitates archive data management and improves retrieval efficiency through an integrated search feature, enabling faster and more accurate document searches

Abstract

The utilization of integrated information systems is essential to support efficient organizational information management. PT X Palembang has implemented PRIMS (Platform Repository Integrated Management System) as a web-based document management system used by all employees, with the Integrated Management System & Innovation Department acting as the administrator. This study aims to analyze the utilization of PRIMS as an efficient information management tool and to identify its benefits, challenges, and constraints. This research employs a descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that PRIMS improves document management efficiency through features such as document search, document input and revision, user access control, and security features including watermarking and metadata history. However, the implementation still faces several constraints, including technical issues during data migration, limitations in network infrastructure, and limited administrative resources. Overall, PRIMS provides a positive contribution to improving information management efficiency at PT X Palembang.

Abstract

The acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in education requires teachers to have new competencies in integrating this technology into the learning process. At the elementary school level, AI literacy is crucial to support the implementation of the innovation-based Merdeka Curriculum. As a school committed to quality, SDI Plus Darul Ulum Limo Depok faces challenges in mapping the readiness of its teaching staff amidst diverse digital competency backgrounds. This study aims to analyze the level of AI literacy of teachers at SDI Plus Darul Ulum, covering cognitive, affective, technical, and pedagogical aspects, and to identify barriers to the use of AI as a learning medium. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of 15 statements with a Likert scale. The study respondents were all 30 teaching staff at SDI Plus Darul Ulum Limo Depok. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to determine the distribution of teacher literacy categories. The research findings show that the overall level of teacher AI literacy is in the Medium category (60%), with a small portion in the High (20%) and Low (20%) categories. Based on the aspect analysis, the highest score was achieved in the Affective aspect (4.10) which indicates teachers' positive attitudes and openness towards AI. However, the lowest score was found in the Pedagogical aspect (2.80), where teachers still experience difficulties in integrating AI into lesson plans (RPP) and teaching methods in the classroom.
