Abstract

Museum Sang Nila Utama mengoleksi warisan-warisan budaya Melayu Riau. Saat ini, Museum Sang Nila Utama memiliki lebih dari 4000 koleksi yang dibagi menjadi 10 klasifikasi, yaitu Geologika, Biologika, Etnografi, Arkeologika, Historika, Numismatika, Filologika, Keramilogika, Seni Rupa, dan Teknologika. Sejak tahun 2018, kunjungan ke Museum Sang Nila Utama mengalami peningkatan, namun sejak pandemi COVID-19 mulai masuk ke Indonesia, khususnya kota Pekanbaru, Museum Sang Nila ditutup untuk masyarakat. Dengan ditutupnya museum sang nila utama, fungsi museum sebagai wisata edukasi menjadi terhambat dan tidak terlaksana. Aplikasi museum digital merupakan solusi yang penulis tawarkan agar kunjungan museum tidak lagi terbatas pada kunjungan offline, namun juga dapat dilakukan secara online, kapan dan dimana saja. Aplikasi Museum Digital yang dibangun akan meliputi semua koleksi yang dipamerkan oleh pihak museum, yakni terdiri dari 10 klasifikasi, dengan total jumlah koleksi hampir 300 koleksi. Aplikasi mobile yang dibangun berbasis android agar aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi museum digital telah memenuhi kelima aspek pengujian usability dan memiliki nilai usability yang baik. Kelima aspek usability yaitu Learnability, Efisiensi, Memorability, Error, dan Satisfaction, memiliki nilai rata-rata di atas 4 yang berada di atas nilai tengah dalam skala 5.

Abstract

To continue basic education, it is necessary to develop potential abilities by learning color recognition in early childhood. However, learning in schools today still uses boring conventional learning methods. Based on these problems, there is a need for an introductory educational game that can be easily used and carried anywhere, anytime by applying the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm. The aim is that educational games are not monotonous and boring to play. In this study, in addition to using the Fisher-Yates algorithm, we use the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) as the system development method. The results of tests performed using black box testing are as expected. Therefore, this educational game can be used by parents and educators as an alternative to traditional learning tools to further develop early childhood potential in preparation for basic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan review pada aplikasi Tripadvisor yang terdapat pada Google Playstore berbasis Word Cloud dan Visual Network Explorer dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), dan Naïve Bayes. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data sebanyak 1.000 data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Web Scraping, kemudian tahap Preprocessing data dan dilanjutkan dengan model klasifikasi menggunakan SVM, K-NN, dan Naïve Bayes. Berikutnya evaluasi model dengan hasil SVM memperoleh akurasi tebaik 89,8%. Tahap terakhir analisis visual menggunakan Visual Word Cloud dan Visual Network Explorer untuk mendapatkan informasi keputusan pengguna dalam memberikan Review positif dan negatif. Keluhan yang sering muncul seperti aplikasi jelek, aplikasi lumayan, hapus aplikasi, aplikasi error, aplikasinya tolong diperbaiki, aplikasi membuat hp jadi lemot karna sering update. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diharapkan pihak aplikasi Tripadvisor agar lebih meningkatkan kinerja aplikasi dengan melakukan update dari segi penggunaan aplikasi agar mengatasi masalah yang dialami para pengguna.

Abstract

21st-century technology requires everyone to see and continue to advance in learning in various forms. Technology is a reference in the success of the learning process supported by the quality of teaching, teaching staff, and curriculum. The Physics Education Study Program at the University of Riau in its learning still uses conventional methods. Learning is only carried out by students and lecturers in class in a short time so students often do not understand the material provided. Based on these problems, we need a learning management system. The goal is to add a limited amount and short meeting time. The system was built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages with the CodeIgniter framework. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and software development uses the System Development Life Circle (SDLC) method with a variation of the v-model. Based on software testing using a black box, all features run 100% well and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) test found that the Learning Management System has good appeal, clarity, and certainty. While efficiency is categorized as very good, stimulation and novelty are included as above average.

Abstract

Accident cases in Indonesia are increasing along with the increase in the number of motorized vehicles. From 2016 to 2017, speed limit violations increased by 96.20% and violations of road markings or signs also increased by 5.54%. Intelligent transportation system is one solution to reduce the number of accidents. Currently Driver Assistance Systems (DAS) are being developed in the automotive world. The purpose of this research is to design a watershed based on three input parameters for determining recommended actions, namely: 1) distance to the vehicle behind; 2) vehicle speed; and 3) traffic light status with recommendation action using fuzzy rule base. Lidar sensor for distance detection and GPS for monitoring vehicle speed. The YOLOv4 Algorithm method is used to detect traffic lights. The results of this study, the accuracy of sign color recognition is 92.831% with a detection speed of up to 8.94 FPS. The most stable reading distance is between 1 – 8-meters with a light intensity of 10 – 3200 lux and a tilt angle of up to 90 degrees. There is a drop in processing speed of up to 1.5 FPS during system integration. This DAS is effective enough to be applied to two-wheeled and fourwheeled motorized vehicles.

Abstract

Dalam  era yang semakin terhubung secara digital, keamanan jaringan menjadi sangat penting. Keamanan jaringan melibatkan upaya untuk melindungi data dan sistem komputer dari ancaman yang berpotensi merugikan, seperti serangan siber, malware, dan pencurian data. Keberadaan ancaman yang semakin kompleks dan terus berkembang telah meningkatkan kesadaran akan perlunya keamanan jaringan yang kuat. Keamanan jaringan adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan meningkatnya ancaman terhadap data dan sistem komputer, keamanan jaringan yang kuat menjadi suatu keharusan. Salah satu cara memperbaikinya adalah dengan menggunakan Intrusion Prevention System. Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) merupakan jenis perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras keamanan jaringan yang memantau aktivitas yang tidak diinginkan sehingga dapat mengganggu konektivitas jaringan IPS dapat mengambil tindakan segera untuk mencegah aktivitas tersebut. Suricata adalah sebuah perangkat lunak deteksi intrusi dan sistem pencegah yang sangat efektif yang digunakan untuk memantau lalu lintas jaringan dalam upaya untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah serangan yang berpotensi merugikan. Suricata dapat dikonfigurasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik organisasi, termasuk penggunaan aturan yang disesuaikan dan fitur-fitur tambahan seperti pemantauan anomali dan integrasi dengan alat keamanan lainnya. IPS Suricata berhasil mendeteksi dan menghentikan serangan yang masuk kedalam jaringan.

Abstract

Education is very important in the growth of children, including children with special needs such as people with visual impairments. Not only at school children can also develop their potential in learning anywhere and anytime. One of the most important learning processes is reading and writing. People with visual impairments carry out reading and writing activities using Braille. The problem is the lack of family knowledge about braille, so the activities accompanying blind children cannot be conducted. This study aims to convert braille into text, so it can make it easier for families to understand braille. The introduction of braille letters is done by extraction of frequency and spatial features. The methods proposed in this study are fast fourier transform (fft), radially average power spectrum (rapsv) and wavelets as well as several spatial features, namely local binary pattern (lbp), segmentation based on fractal analysis (sfta), first order statistics, gray level co-occurrence matrix (glcm), moment invariant and geometric features. In this study, the classification process was carried out using Bayes Net, Naïve Bayes, SVM, KNN and Random Forest. From several experiments it was found that the Random Forest classification method gave the best results. The rapsv method provides an accuracy of 93.91%, frequency feature extraction produces the same accuracy as the combination of rapsv with geometry, which is 94.04% and of all features, an accuracy of 97.18% is obtained.

Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of a Fiber To The Building (FTTB) network infrastructure based on Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology in a hotel cluster building located in West Sumatra, Indonesia. GPON technology was selected for its cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the distribution area, particularly when the terminal bandwidth is set at ≤500 Mbps. The waterfall method was utilized in the network's design. The results were tested and analyzed across three Open System Interconnection (OSI) layers: the physical layer, represented by the link power budget; the datalink layer, represented by the Traffic Container (T-CONT); and the network layer, represented by the QoS network performance. The link power budget showed a minimum received power of -16.41 dBm on the downlink and -18.95 dBm on the uplink, with a power margin value above zero. T-CONT has been implemented with the fixed bandwidth value set to provide a bandwidth guarantee meeting the minimum requirement of 1.1 Mbps. The network performance of the FTTB GPON demonstrated excellent performance, as per Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Network (TIPHON) standards, recording a latency of 1.18 ms, jitter of 0.18 ms, and zero packet loss

Abstract

Proses kecepatan pencarian korban bencana alam merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi peluang korban untuk bertahan hidup. Sebagian besar lokasi yang terkena bencana alam akan sulit untuk diakses, dan saat ini tim penyelamat masih menggunakan alat berat untuk membuka akses tersebut. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menuju ke lokasi dan mencari korban. Pada penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan sebuah perangkat cerdas untuk membantu Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan (BASARNAS) menggunakan drone yang dilengkapi dengan kamera untuk mencari korban bencana alam secara real-time. Dengan menggunakan perangkat cerdas yang dibuat ini, pencarian akan lebih efektif, karena ini dapat mempercepat tim penyelamat dalam mencari korban di lokasi bencana. Proses pendeteksian dan perhitungan jumlah korban dilakukan pada kamera menggunakan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network dan arsitektur You Only Look Once versi 4 (YOLOv4). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah algoritma Convolutional Neural Network memiliki akurasi yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 92,29% dalam mendeteksi kondisi korban. Selain itu tinggi kamera dan posisi dari kamera juga memengaruhi akurasi yang didapat, dimana hasil yang didapat dengan kamera statis memiliki akurasi yang cukup optimal yaitu sebesar 95%. Namun semakin tinggi kamera, akurasi akan semakin turun yaitu sebesar 67%.

Abstract

The Department of Civil Engineering, University of Riau has a Final Assignment Administration service. The Final Assignment Administration service procedure currently implemented is still done manually. Starting from the registration data collection for Proposal Seminars, Results Seminars, and Thesis Defence, data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that has been processed so that the processing is done too long. Likewise in Microsoft Excel where formula changes often occur so that the data is not readable. Therefore, the Thesis Administration System was built using the Progressive Web Apps (PWA) method. The system built facilitates administrative services in the Civil Engineering Study Program at the University of Riau. The built system can be accessed on various devices, using the add to home screen feature which speeds up installation, and can be accessed offline. Testing of this system uses the Black Box method, which is to prove that the functional system is running properly and correctly. The results of this test are 100% proven with features that run as expected.
