Abstract

This study aims to discover online learning problems amid the covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were Billfath University Indonesian Language Education study program students. The research data is in survey results and interviews with Indonesian Language Education students. The results of surveys and interviews found that the biggest problems in online learning, namely: unstable internet networks and data packages used by students. These two problems ultimately impact the level of understanding of the material by students. In addition, online learning also impacts the ability of mobile phones to respond to data. The memory capacity of mobile phones certainly causes this has exceeded, thus hampering students in learning. Therefore, mutual agreement is needed between students and lecturers so that lecture activities can run smoothly and achieve the lecture's objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah (X1), Iklim Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3)terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) baik secara terpisah maupun secara simultan . Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 204 orang guru. Penentuan sampel menggunakan pendapat Roscoe dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang dengan teknik Proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan expost facto, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi á¿©=117.281+0, 319 X1 dengan SE = 15,066%(2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Iklim Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan regresi á¿©=83.403+0, 619X2 dengan SE= 12,919%(3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi á¿©=69.631+0, 663X3 dengan SE= 12,555% (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara simultan Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi á¿©=22.207+0, 475 X1+0, 824X2+0, 223 X3dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 40,50%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Suralaga.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Classroom action research (PTK) aims to improve the learning achievement of science material interdependence between biotic and abiotic components through the field observation method. The method used is Classroom Action Research which is carried out using four stages, namely; (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) observation, and (4) Reflection. The four stages are carried out in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Based on the results of the pre-cycle tests, it was found that the average value of students was 54.6, with only 8 people or 28.6% who had achieved KKM = 65 and 20 people or 71.4% had not yet reached KKM. Then, the results of the test post in the first cycle obtained an average value of 70. In this cycle the number of students who completed increased to 18 people or 64.3% and those who did not complete as many as 10 people or 35.7% Furthermore, in the second cycle the value the average student has reached 76.4, with 25 people or 89.3% who have completed and 3 people or 10.7% who have not finished. These data indicate that the learning achievement of science material interdependence between biotic and abiotic components has increased cycle after cycle

Abstract

The aim of this reseach to describe What is The GOW, the aim of establishment and its progress in women powerment at east Lombok regency. Beside that the aim of reseach to analyze the effectiveness of program that be held by GOW in women empowerment in east Lombok regency.The reseach is case study with descriptive qualitative approaching. Study case research is reseach that involve, First, The reseach target is man, event, background, document, Second, The target is examined as totality based on background or its context self to understand relation between the variable. And then  descriptive qualitative  approaching is a reseach method to describe social reality deeply and phenomenon that occur in society that will be subject of reseach so that characterictic, nature can be described and also model of the phenomenon. Informan in the reseach is, GOW Chairman in east lombok and its rank, Organization that joint in GOW, The woment who involved in this programe especially in east Lombok regency. Data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation. The data is analyzed with qualitative analysis technique by Milles and Hubermand, that is interactive analysis with data reduction stage, presentation of data, and taking of conclusion.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa itu GOW, tujuan pembentukan dan bagaimana kiprahnya dalam pemberdayaan perempuan-perempuan di kabupaten Lombok Timur selain itu juga untuk menganalisa seberapa efektif program yang dilaksanakan GOW dalam memberdayakan perempuan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian studi kasus merupakan penelitian yang melputi: (1) sasaran penelitiannya dapat berupa manusia, peristiwa, latar dan dokumen, (2), sasaran-sasaran tersebut ditelaah secara mendalam sebagai studi totalitas sesuai dengan latar atau konteksnya masing-masing dengan maksud untuk memahami berbagai kaitan yang ada diantara variabel-variabelnya. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yakni metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mnggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam tentang realitas sosial dan berbagai fenomena yang terjadi di mayarakat yang menjadi subjek penelitian sehingga tergambarkan ciri, karakter, sifat dan model dari fenomena tersebut. Informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Ketua GOW Kabupaten Lombok Timur beserta jajarannya, Organisasi-organisasi yang tergabung dalam GOW, perempuan -perempuan Lombok Timur khususnya yeng terlibat dalam program-program GOW Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan meminjam teknik analisis yang diperkenalkan oleh Milles and Hubermand yakni teknik analisis interaktif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keyword : Organization, empowerment, The Women,  east Lombok regency GOWKata Kunci: Organisasi, Pemberdayaan, Perempuan, GOW Lotim.

Abstract

MTs Yaketunis Yogyakarta is a formal educational institution that organizes guidance and counseling services. Becomes interesting when all students are blind people and teacher guidance and counseling are also blind people. This study aims to determine strategies strategy guidance and counseling services to be performed for blind students in MTs Yaketunis Yogyakarta.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study found that the strategy of guidance and counseling services for students with visual impairments Yaketunis MTs Yogyakarta includes four service components with each strategy in it as follows: first, basic services with the guidance of a classical strategy, service orientation, information services, group counseling, and data collection . Second, responsive service uses a strategy of individual counseling, group counseling, referrals, collaboration with subject teachers or homeroom, collaboration with parents, consulting, case conferences, and home visits (home visit). Ketigaperencanaan individual using placement services and distribution strategies. Fourth, the support system using network development strategy (networking), activity management, as well as research and development, and evaluation. There is a strategy which is not under the collaboration with stakeholders outside the madrassa, guidance peers (peer guidance) and hand over the case (referral). There is a quirk in guidance and counseling services for students with visual impairments, namely the verbal and non-verbal communication, media usage BK, and career guidance through coaching skills.Keywords: Strategy guidance and counseling services, blind students

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activeness and mathematics learning outcomes of students through the implementation of Geogebra learning media. This type of research is the PTK (Classroom Action Research). The subjects receiving the action were class X MIPA 3 students of SMA Negeri 1 Selong in the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 36 students. The data collection method used is the method of documentation, observation and test methods. The data analysis technique used is the process of data analysis, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed an increase in student activeness and learning achievement in the Trigonometric Function Graph material. This can be seen from: 1) There was an increase in the average student learning activeness from 58.8 in the initial state to 63.4. In other words, there was an increase from medium criteria to high criteria. 2) There is an increase in the average student achievement from 67 in the initial state to 76 in the first cycle and to 81 in the second cycle. Likewise, the percentage of students who reached the KKM from 44.4% in the initial conditions, to 63.9% in the first cycle and an increase of 80.6% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran biologi  menekankan pada pemberian pengalaman secara langsung maka sudah semestinya mendudukkan siswa sebagai pusat perhatian utama. Peran utama guru adalah memberikan pengalaman dan memperkaya pengetahuan siswa dengan mengeksplorasi lingkungan dengan proses pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dengan multimedia dan lingkungan riil terhadap prestasi belajar biologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilaksankan pada bulan Januari-Oktober 2010. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Satu kelas eksperimen I dengan multimedia dan satu kelas eksperimen II dengan lingkungan riil. Pengumpulan data prestasi belajar dengan menggunakan teknik pos test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dengan multimedia dan lingkungan riil yaitu media dengan lingkungan riil memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada multimedia terhadap prestasi belajar biologi.

Abstract

This study aims to study intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivation towards economic learning achievement of NW high school students. This research is a correlative descriptive research with a sample of 106 students selected using the Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and Documentation techniques. The collected data was then analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results showed: 1) the partial intrinsic learning motivation was significantly significant towards economic learning achievement with F count = 14.083, significance (p) 0.05 and contribution of 14.89%; 2) partial extrinsic learning motivation does not challenge significantly on economic learning achievement at NW Pancor High School with a calculated F value = 3.192 and significance (p) of 0.078 p 0.05 and benefits of 3.8%; 3) intrinsic learning motivation and extrinsic learning motivation together with importance to student learning achievement, with F count = 7.703, significance value (p) 0.05, and contribution of 16.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Rancangan penelitian One-Shot design. Ukuran sampel menggunakan sistematic random sampling, sebanyak 30 Maha siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskrptif dengan prosentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebagian benar mencapai nilai rata-rata 3-4% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Mahasiswa memilki tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada variabel tes kebugaran (Gantung siku tekuk, Baring duduk (sit up) 30 detik, Loncat tegak dan Lari 600 meter).  Kata kunci : Tes kebugaran jasmani,  Gantung siku tekuk, Baring duduk (sit up) 30 detik, Loncat tegak dan Lari 600 meter.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu  terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. (2) Pengaruh kemampuan memori tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. (3) Interaksi antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dengan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu dengan kemampuan memori terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. (4) Interaksi antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan menggunakan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi adalah seluruh kelas XII Ilmu Alam SMA Negeri 1 Selong , sejumlah 5 kelas. Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling sejumlah 2 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel  prestasi belajar kognitif digunakan metode tes, Variabel Kemampuan memori  dan Interaksi sosial  metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi tiga jalan dengan sel tak sama.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kemampuan memori terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (3) Terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dengan menggunakan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu  terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. (4) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan teknik puzzle dan teknik kartu, dan kemampuan memori terhadap prestasi belajar kimia. Kata kunci: STAD, Teknik Puzzle, Teknik Kartu, Kemampuan Memori
