Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction variables in mediating the effect of service quality and health facilities on patient loyalty. Respondents were in patients who were in class 2 and 3. There were 225 questionnaires that could be collected. Based on the PLS-SEM analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of health services directly has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction; health facilities directly have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction; the quality of health services directly has a significant positive effect on patient loyalty; patient satisfaction directly has a significant positive effect on patient loyalty; Health facilities directly have a significant positive effect on patient loyalty; patient satisfaction is positively and significantly able to mediate the quality of health services on patient loyalty; and patient satisfaction positively and significantly able to mediate health facilities to patient loyalty at Natar Medika Hospital.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to foster innovation and the advancement of new technologies. This is achieved through understanding the needs and challenges faced by potential users of these technologies. The study focuses on technology adoption factors like effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and price values, and how they influence the behavioral intentions of student research subjects in several universities located in Batam City. To gather data, the researchers employed a random sampling probability technique, and data collection was done using an online questionnaire based on Google Forms. The survey was distributed across various campuses in Batam, and the sample size consisted of 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The analysis utilized descriptive analysis, incorporating multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determinations. The findings of the study indicate that the effort expectancy variable positively and significantly influences the behavioral intentions of students in Batam City. Similarly, the hedonic motivation variable also positively and significantly impacts the behavioral intentions of students in the same area. However, the price value variable has a negative and significant effect on the behavioral intention of students in Batam City.

Abstract

Material inventory is a fundamental aspect of the company. The smoothness of the production process is not only based on the level of effectiveness in the production process, but also on other processes related to material inventory. If materials are in short supply, the production process will experience disruption which results in financial and non-financial losses. If there is too much material inventory, then the material storage costs borne by the company will be greater. The aim of this research is to maximize material supplies and determine the right time to reorder raw materials. The methods used are EOQ, ROP, and ITO. Data collection was carried out quantitatively at a fish canned food company. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the economic level of purchasing main raw materials using the EOQ method approach was 25 kg per order and the recommended reorder amount was 10 kg per order, while for safety sticks the recommended amount was 4.4 kg/day.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a situation where employees have the intention or desire to leave the company where they work. Perceptions of organizational support and employee engagement are one of the factors that influence high turnover intention. Employees who have perceptions of organizational support and low levels of employee engagement tend to have a higher intention to leave the company. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how the description, influence and relationship between perceptions of organizational support and employee engagement affect turnover intention at PT Surganya Motor Indonesia. The population of this study amounted to 640 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 86 people. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that perceived organizational support and employee engagement had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The amount of influence based on the coefficient of determination (R Square) which shows that changes in turnover intention are influenced by perceived organizational support and employee engagement by 47% while the remaining 53% is influenced by other variables or factors such as organizational commitment, organizational culture, leadership style and others. Abstract

This study set out to determine if hedonic values and utilitarian values both had an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) To examine the relationship between hedonic and utilitarian values and consumer happiness. 4) To determine how utilitarian and hedonistic values affect consumer satisfaction. The quantitative descriptive techniques used in this investigation. the procedure of collecting data via a questionnaire. The population of the research consisted of clients of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Batam. The Slovin formula sampling method was used to choose up to 423 respondents. The research's conclusions are as follows: With a significance threshold of less than 0.05, the t test variable utilitarian value (X1) on customer happiness (Y) provided a value of 5.905 that was higher than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719). (0 . 000 0.05). The value of t arithmetic, which is more than t table (136.479 > 1.9719), is 136.479 in the hedonic variable value (X2) to Repurchase Intention with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). (Y). the multiple linear regression formula, Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e The study's findings suggest that hedonic and utilitarian value determinants have an impact on PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) consumers in Batam.

Abstract

Traditional herbal businesses have prospects for growth, but are still not able to because of limitations. The aim of this research is to analyze internal and exter-nal environmental factors as well as to formulate a strategy for developing a traditional herbal processing business in Geranting, Batam with a SWOT analysis. The results of the strategy formulation with SWOT analysis are obtained by optimally capturing opportunities by empowering the re-sources/strengths they have, such as increasing production, capital, technology, licensing and services. Covering weaknesses by building cooperation in terms of machinery, management, products, infrastructure and transportation. Overcom-ing obstacles with strengths such as increasing promotions, sales, purchasing contracts, information on herbal properties, prioritizing support needs. Strate-gies to survive in weak conditions and many obstacles, namely by joining technology, holding on to existing advantages, following other management, reducing infrastructure, setting agendas for the city.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the level of bank health at Persero Conventional Commercial Banks in an effort to maintain the loyalty and trust of customers and the public. Financial institutions function as institutions that collect funds from the community and reuse them for the community, so that community participation can be increased and ultimately the nation's independence in development can be realized. This research uses the Risk Based Bank Rating method which consists of assessments, namely Risk Profile, Earnings and Capital to assess the health level of Persero Conventional Commercial Banks registered with Bank Indonesia for the period 2017 – 2021. Data collection techniques used by the author to obtain secondary data. Data relating to the research object was obtained from the official Bank Indonesia website. The results of this research show that the Risk Profile Conditions for credit risk and liquidity risk for banks that have received the title of less than healthy and quite healthy, banks should be careful in terms of lending. The condition of profitability at Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara and Bank Mandiri, which have a bank health level of composite rank one with the description of being very healthy, needs to be maintained. The overall capital condition received the title of very healthy.

Abstract

The decision of accounting students to pursue a career in accounting is heavily influenced by factors related to the job market. Public accounting is a popular career choice for accounting students, but job market factors can have a big impact. A career as a public accountant is typically more appealing to accounting students who possess the necessary skills and have a keen interest in accounting and finance. The decision of accounting students to pursue a profession as public accountants is heavily influenced by their strong sense of motivation. Factors such as financial attractiveness, professional responsibility, interest in the accounting sector, and environmental influences can serve as sources of motivation. A job as a public accountant would typically require more dedication and accomplishment from those who possess high motivation. Research on the simultaneous impact of motivation and job market conditions has a big bearing on whether someone decides to become a public accountant and is useful in understanding what makes people want to become public accountants

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization and globalization, the role of managers is growing in managing the increasing information technology risks in modern banking. In addition, managers also play an important role in internal and external communication. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of managers in improving company performance is multifaceted by adopting a qualitative descriptive method. Through a qualitative descriptive methodological approach based on literature review, content analysis, triangulation, and synthesis, the researcher was able to extract relevant information from the literature, organize the findings in a coherent framework, and provide meaningful interpretations for the academic community and business practitioners. The results of the research reveal that the role of managers in improving company performance is very significant. Abstract

Direct marketing is very good at focusing strategies to promote specific products and services and contacting consumers to provide clearer information, analyzing characteristics and recording consumer trends. In addition, direct marketing also allows companies to choose the right and specific consumers so that customer loyalty occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict management on customer loyalty. This research uses descriptive quantitative method which is causal and comparative. The data were obtained by sharing the google form link with 400 respondents, namely people in Batam City as the research sample. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling and the determination of the sample used purposive sampling. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 24 application. Based on a series of statistical test results, it is found that the creation of customer loyalty by paying attention to variables, trust, commitment and communication has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, conflict management has no significant effect on customer loyalty.
