Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of marketing strategy (7P) on the effectiveness of product sales. The population and sample in this study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of product sales at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. Partially, place has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of selling PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. Partially, physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of selling PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa, the remaining product, price, promotion, people, and process variables have no effect on the effectiveness of product sales of PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.489 which means Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence is able to explain Sales Effectiveness of 48.9% while the remaining 51.1% influenced by variables not examined such as: Market Segmentation, Price, Product Quality, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether Financial Literacy has an effect on Financial Management Behavior of MSME Actors in Bima City, Does Locus Of Control affect Financial Management Behavior of MSME Actors in Bima City, and which of the variables Financial Literacy and Locus of Control have an influence dominance of Financial Management Behavior in UMKM Actors in the City of Bima. This research was conducted on SMEs in the City of Bima for 6 (six) months. The research method used is explanatory research using a sample survey approach. Conventionally, explanatory research is used to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study was 3,218 MSME actors with a sample of 34 MSME actors in Bima City using a purposive sampling technique, where the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability and then processed using SPSS so that the accuracy of the analysis tool could be reliable. The results showed that Financial Literacy had an effect on Financial Management Behavior on MSMEs in Bima City while Locus Of Control had no effect on Financial Management Behavior on MSMEs in Bima City. smallest significance (0.000),

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of discipline and leadership on the performance employees of Badan Pengusahaan (BP) Batam. By giving respondents questionnaires, this study uses quantitative methods. 100 people make up the research sample. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) There is a partial influence of discipline on employee performance, as shown by a t-count value of (7.351) > t-table (1.984), (2) There is a partial influence of leadership on employee performance, as shown by a t-count value of (3.632) > t-table (1.984), and (3) There is a simultaneous influence of discipline and leadership on employee performance, as shown by an F-count (126.347) > F-table (3.09).

Abstract

Perceived quality can be a company marketing strategy over a product and forming a relationship between producers and consumers. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factor effecting purchase intention of brand Ding Tea in Batam. By using purposive sampling obtained 195 respondents. Using multiple linear regression to data analysis and validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. this study proves perceived quality affect purchase intentions. From this study, it is expected that companies pay more attention to product quality and consumer reviews to increase purchase intention.

Abstract

Increasing the value of the company is very important and the main goal for a company. High company value will increase market confidence in company performance and company prospects in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of operating performance and market performance on company value by using the capital structure intervening variable (Case Study on Indonesian Retail Companies listed on the IDX 2016-2021). The method used in the analysis of this research is purposive sampling using the Smart PLS 3.3.9 program. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX with 11 selected samples. The results of the study using Smart PLS prove that profitability has an influence on leverage, double funding, and firm value. Profitability has no effect on Equity. There is an Influence between Market Value with Leverage, Equity, and Double Funding. There is no Influence between Market Value and Company Value. There is an Influence between Leverage and firm Value. There is no Influence between Equity, dual funding on Firm Value. There is an indirect effect caused by the intervening variable capital structure (leverage) with profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of research on the Effects of Packaging and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Tempe Chips from Home Industry in Sungai Langkai , Sagulung District, Batam. in addition to the importance of improving quality in terms of content, it needs special attention from various parties, both from the government and the private sector. , as well as universities as many universities have done through community service activities. This research focuses on looking at the implementation of packaging and promotion strategies. The research method used is quantitative research, the data source is 100 consumers of tempeh chips in Sungai Langkai , Sagulung District, Batam City. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis by domain data analysis. The results of the discussion show that the labeling and packaging of the decision to buy tempeh chips in the Sungai Langkai sub-district, Sagulung sub-district, can be carried out well even though they are still traditional, but from time to time have changed for the better

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of Regional Primary Income (PAD) and balance funds on the regional expenditure of the provincial government of Riau Islands for the period 2009 - 2021, so there are 13 data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). in the province of Riau Islands. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing that the Regional Initial Income (PAD) and balance funds together have no effect on the regional expenditure of the provincial government of Riau Islands, with a coefficient of determination test result of 43%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of marketing communications and promotions on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 57 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously marketing and promotion communications have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Suminsurya Mesindolestari. Partially, marketing communication has no effect on the sales target of PT. Suminsurya Mesindolestari. Partially, promotion has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of the sales target of PT. Suminsurya Mesindolestari. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.459 means that Marketing and Promotion Communications is able to explain the Sales Target of 45.9% while the remaining 54.1% is influenced by variables not examined such as: prices, discounts, promotions, and so on.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of distribution channels and marketing information systems on sales effectiveness. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously distribution channels and marketing information systems have a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the distribution channel has an effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the marketing information system has a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.341 means that Distribution Channels and Marketing Information Systems are able to explain Sales Effectiveness by 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by variables not examined such as: product discounts, market segmentation, product prices, and so on.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the earnings of PT Infineon Technologies Batam were impacted by stock turnover and cash flow between 2018 and 2022. The R Square test findings indicate that 20.8% of the net profit margin can be attributed to the stock turnover and cash flow variables, while the remaining 29.2% is explained by other unexamined factors. The t-test results reveal that the number of inventories has a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a value of less than -2.299 and a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. Similarly, the cash flow variable had a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a t-test value of 3.159 and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05.
