Abstract

The solutions in current learning system is Electronic Learning or well known withE-Learning. Implementation of Electronic-Based Learning can be more varied andat the same time can eliminate the saturation of learners. In Education perception,aplication for E-Learning usually called with Learning Management System(LMS). This software includes material, quizzes , courses learning method and allof them are summarized in one application. Implementation of LMS in Universityof Slamet Riyadi Surakarta not running maximally. The solution for the problem isbetter to design LMS and it must be implemented for student. The new appliactionof LMS had been created and can be implemented for the students as end user.Thesubject of this research is the students who are taking class in InformationTechnology Education. They will take some courses with this electronic learningmethod that can be opened by online Meanwhile questioneer and testing areapplied to gain the data. The questioneer were done toward students after they aretaking courses with the application. Testing was conducted directly in learningprocess after they are given questioneer to be fullfilled. The data that collected thenanalyzed using experimental quantitative research. After the data accuratelycollected, then analyzed using Partial Least Square to measure reception level bythe students as end user.The results showed, based on the questionnaire and testingto end users can be concluded that the application LMS offered can be accepted forthe students. This is shown from the statistical results of the analysis of theinfluence between variables that are formulated. This isevidenced by the increasing ability ofpeople's purchasing power in somegoods. One of the impacts seen is theincreasing number of vehicles on thehighway. Which this condition thenturns up into new problems. That is acultural shock about how to transportethically and safely. What happens is,transportation and its system becomesthe main problem that should getspecial attention.This transportation problem hasmany impacts, from congestion, topollution, to the problem of accidents.In particular, in this article the focus ofthe review will be on the issue of trafficaccidents. Accident numbers should beminimized as it concerns the humansoul. According to Bellomo (2011),there are many factors causing trafficaccidents. Some even causeaccidents with the consequences of death. If something is not doneimmediately, it could be that the percentage of road traffic accidents willincrease sharply. The problem is that the growth in the number of motorvehicles is not accompanied by a growing ofa good understanding of theprocedures and rules of road traffic. The worse is that, the number of theunderage children who ride vehicles have begun to increase. Thoseteenagers ride without knowing the code, the rule, the procedures, even themechanism of road traffic. And of course, they could endanger themselves andeven others. Therefore, it becomes very much important, to immediately enter thesubjects of road traffic into the Junior High School curriculum into standardsubjects, using the appropriate and relate of reference data. The subject will begiven in the grade of 3, 4, and 5 of elementary school. Abstract

This research is aimed to (2) identify some problems in microteaching class, (2)find strength and weakness and microteaching class, (3) develop students’handbook based on muliple intelligence. This reasearch and development isconducted towards Microteaching classes in English Language Education. Fourtechniques were applied to collect data, namely interview, observation , FGD andtest. Meanwhile, ADDIE design was implemented in developing students book.The result shows that there are some problems in microteaching class, such asunsufficient laboratory, students’ anxiety was contineously increase, lesssuplementary material for students and some other problems. Some weakness wasstill found in implementing microteaching, namely the students book do not suplyreal example in each basic skill. Based on the finding above, the researcher thendeveloped students book for microteaching class based on multiple intelligence toprovide students exploring their inner potential in performing teaching basic skillin microteaching class.Keywords: Microteaching, Multiple Intelligence, research and development

Abstract

Learning in the digital Age must follow the development of the era, no longer haveto face to face in the classroom but can be done anywhere and can be accessedusing a device. Youtube as a video-based online media can be a good alternativefor young people to learn and deepen everything that is not obtained in theclassroom. This study focuses on the perception of students in using youtubechannel in the major of Communication Studies program, because the subject oflearning in this Department is very dynamic and must follow the development ofthe era.This research method is qualitative with in-depth interviews to students who studyCommunication Science and see youtube channel that focuses on teaching certaintechniques in communication science.The result of the research shows that the student motive in using youtube becauseof the lack of real practice example in the course material and to add insight. Thenthe external factor that makes someone use youtube to learn is because it is easyand interesting to be accessed and can be shared by others through the sharefeature.Then for the value embraced by the students is a change of view from youtube thatoriginally used for entertainment becomes a place to find materials learning morecomplete and detailed and there are special tricks of certain materials. From theside of the culture adopted, majority students come from the Indonesian nation,therefore more follow the channel that uses Indonesian language more easilyunderstood. Abstract

The Research purpose was to determine The Teachers Readiness OfIntegrative Thematic Learning in Elementary School (Exploration Study atElementary School Teacher of Surakarta Academic Year 2017/2018). Theresearch method used survey technique of quantitative research. Thepopulation were 80 Elementary School teachers in the ninth cluster and thesampling technique was purposive random sampling., consistst of TempelElementary School, Banyuanyar 2 Elementary School, Sumber 5Elementary School, Alfalah Elementary School and Fokus ElementarySchool.The data collection was questionnaire that to know the TeachersReadiness Of Integrative Thematic Learning. The questionnaire of TeachersReadiness Of Integrative Thematic Learning were dimensions, e.icurriculum concept understanding, teacher responsesiveness, responsibility,teacher self oriented, teacher perspective and teacher self confidence.Theresult revwal that The Teachers Readiness Of Integrative ThematicLearning in Elementary School only slightly more than general, findingindicates that curriculum concept understanding needed intensive trainningin order to improve effectively learning process in classroom.Keyword: The Teachers Readiness, Integrative Thematic Learning

Abstract

The development of computer technology and telecommunications so fast thatpervasive in everyday human life. In the 21st century, computers become a veryconventional media in the world, especially with other technologies that have beenembedded in it is the internet network. The Internet network is a computer networkcapable of connecting computers around the world, so information in differenttypes and in various forms can be communicated between the world in an instantand globally. Information technology has opened the eyes of the world to a newworld, new interactions, a new market place, and an unlimited world businessnetwork. To that end, the purpose of this study is to determine the use of theInternet as a source of learning from students Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta.This research is designed with qualitative discriptip research approach. Internetprovided by Unisri with bandwidth 40 MBPS with rental value Rp. 15,000,000 permonth. In fact, ideally Unisri with students about 4000 an and to support theperformance of lecturers and employees, the Unisri requires Bandwidth 100 to 200MBPS. The limited bandwidth conditions in use are distributed to the Faculty ofLaw with 2 MBPS and a maximum of 4 MBPS. Faculty of Economics with 3MBPS and maximum 5 MBPS. Fisipol with 2 MBPS and maximum 4 MBPS.FKIP with 3 MBPS and maximum 5 MBPS. Faculty of Agriculture with 2 MBPSand maximum 4 MBPS. Fatipa with 3 and maximum 5 MBPS. Post with 2 MBPSwith maximum 4 MBPS. Library with 8 MBPS and maximum 10 MBPS.University Office with 5 MBPS and maximum 8 MBPS. Seeing the distribution ofinternet network Unisri for Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Fisipol, Fatipa,faculty of agriculture, internet usage to support the learning process, students canbe used relatively, though students still often use HP Androidnya because Unisriinternet network perceived student very slow. Special students FKIP is stilldifficult to access the internet Unisri in class when the learning process takes place.Unlimited Bandwidth Limitations FKIP proposes to raise Banwith internet Unisri,but no follow-up. As a result, FKIP Unisri installed its own internet with a capacityof 100 MBPS for the benefit of lecturers and administrative support of education,but not accessible to students, with the amount of rent Rp. 1.6 million rupiah eachmonth. The fact that the use of the Internet for the benefit of learning despitealready implemented, but not maximal due to lecturer factors that do notmaximally use the internet in learning and in the assignment, because of the slowinternet and less familiar lecturer to the internet. On the student side become moreuse internet more as entertainment media.

Abstract

This research aims to introduce the folk songs, because the folk songsloaded with positive values and moral message such as nationalism, that can be abasic character formation. This research used qualitative descriptive method,which means that the discussed problems in this research illustrate or elaborate onthe state or phenomenon. The results of this research was given materials aboutfolk songs by story telling model or fairy tales. The teacher taught the gamesong such as “The Padhang Bulan” which tells story of love to God and theuniverse and its contents as God creation. This song also told us about the carenature and togetherness towards fellow human beings and grateful feeling. Inaddition to folk songs learning achievement by story telling, teachers usedthe audio visual media on the folk songs showed about Indonesia's natural beautyand cultural richness of Indonesia.Keywords: character cultivation, folk songs.

Abstract

The development of national law is still in process. The national law in the futuremust provide certainty of the protection of human rights. The flow of globalizationhas given every citizen broad access to understand the value and concept of humanrights protection. The problems in this research are: How is the concept of humanrights in Indonesia? 2) How are the human rights violations occurring in Indonesiaand the settlement efforts? 3) How is the urgency of the development of nationallaw that is oriented towards the protection of human rights in the future? Thisresearch uses normative approach. The research data used is secondary data in theform of library materials. The analysis used the induction-interpretationconceptualization.The results of this study show: human rights are a fundamentalright. Every human being has a degree, dignity and equal rights. Many grosshuman rights violations in Indonesia. Human Rights Court ever held in Indonesiayet, but considered to be blunt. Development of national laws on the protection ofhuman rights should be oriented in line with the global demands that each countrymust uphold human rights.Keywords : Development of national law, orientation, human rights.

Along with the era of globalization, free trade to enter the market of a country ismarked by the entry of goods from abroad and the impact of one of them is tothreaten the local industry. The aims of this research are: (1) to know the legalprotection of small and medium industries in facing global challenges, (2) Gainway of developing the resources of small and medium industries in order to havecompetitiveness in global era. Abstract

The objective of this article is to understand the general context of the CheeWang Kan village, including of change in Chee Wang Kan livelihood under theprocess of capitalism. This study employed the concept of community economy.In-depth interviews with 10 key informants and 103 household representativeswere applied together with guided questions. The study found that the previouspattern of community economy in Chee Wang Kan village, since 1924, wasagriculture, based on cropped rice for their own consumption and fish from theChee River for their own consumption and for sale. Since 1989, the advance ofagriculture technology meant that they started to use walking tractors on theirfarms. The pattern of the community economy in Chee Wang Kan village changedto be agriculture products for sale. Prior to 2000, area suffered flooding that ledmore laborers in the community to migrate to find work in Bangkok. Consequently,this changed the villagers’ livelihoods, which became a mixture of non-agricultureand agriculture products for sale. This situation continues to the present time.However, the pattern of community economy in Chee Wang Kan village hasadapted to suit the context of the community, having not only agriculture but also anon-agriculture pattern. This has ensured the maintenance of the communityeconomy pattern, under the influence of capitalism, to the present time.Keywords : Community livelihood, Community economy, Capitalism, Chee River, CheeWang Kan
