Hutagaol Peatalun Village is one of Villages in Balige District Toba Samosis Subdidistrict. Hutagaol Peatalun village is one of the rice agriculture centre in Sumatera Utara.in developing agriculture, farmers have problems about rice disease, that’s blast disease,. To face the problem, farmer should be given solution to help farmer improving biopesticide that have active substance of trichoderma to resolve blast disease. To date, the impact of blast disease was decrease and loss farmer’s rice production. The activity was involving two agriculture group. This activity consist of socialization and practice to improve trichoderma biopesticide in corn media. The result of biopesticide was used by both of agriculture groups directly. This dedication activity succeed to increase farmer’s knowledge skill, and the point of view about biopesticide as the substitution of chemistry fungicide that always used by farmer’s.

The rapid progress of technology is supporting all aspects of daily activities, offices and learning in the world of education. Technology can be used as a learning innovation. However, in fact there are still many teachers who have not been able to apply the use of technology so that it cannot be used as an innovation in learning. The lack of teacher ability in this case has an impact on the lack of teacher performance in the use of technology as a learning medium. To reduce and overcome this training was held to improve teacher performance. The activities were carried out in the school are the introduction and use of ICT and the Internet as learning media that can be used to support teaching and learning in the school. The activities aims to (1) form teacher working groups, (2) practice teachers to use ICT, (3) practice teachers to use the internet and (4) practice and guide teachers to use ICT and the internet as learning media. The activities were carried out in SD Medan Petisah sub-district which was attended by 13 teachers from 060847 State Elementary School and 11 teachers from 060848 State Elementary School.

Pantai Cermin Kanan Village is one of the villages in Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province, located on the east coast of Sumatra Island. Because of this location, the Pantai Cermin Kanan Village has long been recognized by the community as a beautiful beach tourism destination and is visited every weekend and other holidays. The local government has sought to advance the coastal tourism industry in this village by building good access to tourist sites, and equally important is establishing the Pantai Cermin Puskesmas as the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Tourism Health Center. Based on these data, training is needed that aims to increase the knowledge and ability to conduct Basic Life Assistance (BHD) for the "Lifeguard" community of coastal tourist sites in Pantai Cermin Kanan Village and health workers in the work area of Cermin Beach Tourism Puskesmas as an effort to improve rescue management services first cases of cardiac arrest in drowning victims and emergency cases of cardio respiration. This activity was carried out for 2 days and was attended by 40 participants, consisting of 2 stages, namely the theory and technical practice of BHD on manikin. The results of this activity were an increase in knowledge and ability to do BHD between before and after training (p = 0.00) in the health workforce group. So it was concluded that this activity could help increase knowledge and implementation of BHD and still needed to be continued, especially in the "Lifeguard" community.

Regumuk village community groups have planned to build a production house where production houses are planned to be used as a place for processing mangrove processing, but the construction of production houses is still abandoned due to lack of planning and design and funding for the construction of the production house. The Community Imaging Program (PKM) aims to develop production houses for community groups in the Regression Village that can be used for processing mangrove products, starting from mangrove materials, the exact technology used, and as a place for mangrove products after being cooked or produced so that community groups can produce mangrove products without having to wait for orders and can produce more and faster processed products. because activities can be done at any time of the day or night because of the night. With the development of production houses in stages, comfortable production houses can be produced and are expected to increase the production of processed mangrove communities while at the same time increasing community income. All activities provided to the Regemuk community are accompanied by experts. The activity is expected to help and accelerate the improvement of the community's economy. With sustainable PKM activities means sustainable community empowerment so that it can create a prosperous society.

Bantaragung village, Sindangwangi sub-district, Majalengka district is one of tourist destination in West Java. This village was located near to Gunung Ciremai National Park. The purpose of application of eco-friendly farming in this village was to preserve the ecosystem around Bantaragung village and Gunung Ciremai National Park. The effort to begin eco-friendly farming in Bantaragung village by investigate the interest of people about eco-friendly farming by using questionnaire, training to make organic fertilizer from rice straw, make a pilot field of organic farming, and focus group discussion (FGD) to discuss with the farmer about the next plan in applying eco-friendly farming in this village. The result of these extension activities was the interest of farmer to using organic fertilizer increased. The growth and yield of rice in pilot field was decreased due to infertile soil and the nutrient from organic fertilizer was still unavailable to plant. It was the common thing because in applying organic farming, the yield was decreased in the first planting season. The next plans of this extension was to apply rice straw-the wastes from previous planting to the soil in order to restore the nutrient that had been absorbed by plant.

The yard in Medan Denai Subdistrict is actually still quite extensive, but most of it is not used for vegetable crops so it is not possible to plant other crops such as vegetables. The main problems that occur in the target community are 1) there are not many activities of the Aisyiyah mothers group related to community empowerment, 2) the yard environment in Medan Denai District is largely untapped for vegetable crops, 3) most members of Aisyiyah do not have knowledge , insight and skills in intensifying the land area to be more productive and provide added value to the community, and 4) the potential of human and natural resources in Medan Denai Subdistrict has not been utilized optimally. To achieve the stated objectives, several methods are used, namely: 1) counseling, which is conducted by gathering organizational leaders and pilgrims to participate in counseling on women's empowerment, managing land and verticulture cultivation technology, with resource persons from the Implementation Team, 2) technology transfer by procuring verticultural installations with various models, as well as preparing other facilities that support this activity, 3) demonstration and training carried out by simulating verticulture cultivation practices using equipment and materials prepared by program implementers, 4) verticulture cultivation practices to produce products , and 5) periodic accompaniment to foster and assist partners until they successfully carry out verticultural cultivation until they achieve optimal results. The results of the Kemuhammadiyaan Coaching program show that the Coaching program provides great benefits for program participants because it can increase the insight, knowledge and skills in using the land so that it becomes more productive.

Kreativitas Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Big Book Pada Guru-Guru RA Di Kecamatan Medan Maimun Juli Maini Sitepu; Mawaddah Nasution

The creativity of making big book learning media for RA teachers in Medan Maimun District is done because there are many RA teachers in Medan Maimun sub-district who do not yet have the ability to make the right learning media so that this will also affect the language skills of RA Students. Other than that, in stories telling and teaching languages, there are still many teachers who use small story books that make learning less interesting. The lack of ability to make the right learning media is due to the education background of RA teachers in Medan Subdistrict, but on the average only graduates of Public and Undergraduate Schools are non PAUD / Non PGRA. The method used in this PKM is by holding a training program for making big book learning media for RA teachers and in collaboration with the Association of Guru Raudhatul Athfal, Medan District Maimun. RA teachers are introduced to the types of learning media and are taught how to create big book learning media. And than monitoring is carried out by the proposer team until the partners develop themselves. At the end of the program it is expected that RA teachers can make their own big book learning media more creative and interesting so that they can be used in the learning process. RA teachers are proficient at making big book learning media, later partners can make this skill a more selling point.

The purpose of this agriculture extension was increasing santri’s knowledge concerning with pakchoi hydroponics and santri’s proficiency in the business of Pakchoi hydroponic. The method applied in this community services were counseling and training in Pakchoi hydroponic cultivation as well as mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, packaging and marketing. The results of this project has increased santri’s knowledge and practice ability in the Pakchoi hydroponics and in the entrepreneurship ability. The participation of santri in this activity seemed to be enthusiastic in carrying out activities and all harvested product had been sold out. The entrepreneurship of the given Pakchoi plant has run well and the santri have experience in running the Pakchoi hydroponic business.

PKM was conducted in Desa Namo Mirik, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang with partners consisting of 2 farmer groups, Ula Kisat Farmers Group and Sumber Jaya Group. The aim of the PKM program is to establish/develop a group of economically independent communities; help create peace, and comfort in community life; and improve thinking skills and other skills needed (softskill and hardskill). The method used to achieve the objectives of this PKM is to carry out counseling or socialization about corn planting using the double row method. The expected target is a partner capable of carrying out corn planting. The planned activities to be carried out are planting corn with a double row method with a plot of 5 rante or 0.2 Ha. The production results obtained in this activity are corn cobs at 8150 Kg / Ha and corn pipil 6025 Kg / Ha.

The community service activity targeted at 14 housewives from Sendang Sari Village, Kisaran Barat, Asahan is aimed to provide decoupage craft skills training which will be expected with skills and this knowledge will be able to help improve the economic well-being of the household. The implementation method is carried out by providing training in the form of a workshop to use decoupage technique on the wallet. All participants (100%) responded positively to thi training activities provided.
