Abstract

In the view of Islam, women are people who are highly respected. Al-Qur'an proves the nobility of women in a special sura named Al-Nisa>’ which means woman or woman. Rasulullah SAW also explained that heaven lies in the soles of women's feet, because in women there is a soft heart that causes women's characters to be different from men's. Based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadits, women have a big role in the life of the Al-Qur'an and are never separated from matters relating to women. This is evidenced by the many words used to describe women. Apart from the background above, the author examines the characteristics of women in surah al- al-Tahri<m verses 10,11 and 12 according to Buya Hamka in Tafsir Al-Azhar and M. Quraish Shihab in Tafsir Al-Misba>h as the main source of interpretation. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach which was classified into library research using descriptive data analysis methods. From the results of the research, the authors conclude that: Characteristics are formed not because of who one lives with, not because the family is respectable, so one's good or bad depends on one's piety to Allah swt. Indeed, guidance only comes from Allah SWT, even if he is the wife or husband of a believer. A person who is disobedient and treacherous will still receive punishment from Allah SWT, as well as a believer will not reduce his faith even though he lives with an unjust person. And a person who holds fast to religion and believes in what Allah SWT has decreed for him will be safe. In the analysis I did in the book Tafsir Al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Misba>h both commented like this.

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia is now more advanced, various bank and non-bank financial institutions are competing in their operations. Risk is something that cannot be avoided by financial institutions, especially Islamic financial institutions. It is important to know that Islamic financing, which refers to the provision of funding to the public in accordance with sharia principles, has the potential to contribute to the progress and prosperity of the business world, both in terms of material and non-material success. Cooperatives are one of the destinations for MSMEs in meeting their business capital needs. In this case, of course, the Cooperative has risks related to the distribution of financing funds to MSMEs. This study aims to determine the implementation of risk management in non-bank financial institutions. This research uses a qualitative method, the data obtained is through interviews, as well as observation. Koperasi (KSPPS) Nusa Bangsa Sejahtera (Nusantara) Gresik provides murabahah financing for MSMEs that require additional business capital, the amount issued by the Cooperative is not more than 10 million rupiah. Related to murabahah financing, Nusantara Cooperative conducts risk identification management and several obstacles arise, limited amount of capital, members receive money directly, bad credit, mudharib lacks understanding of muamalah, and marketing constraints. As a mitigation that has been carried out by the Cooperative is the application of the 5C principle, conducting socialization related to Cooperative financing products, diverting bad installment payments to savings funds, helping the promotion of MSME businesses through social media, and evaluating Cooperative staff on the terms of financing application requirements. In the future, it is expected to be more thorough in the process of applying for financing, and comply with all regulations set by the cooperative.

Abstract

Phonology has a crucial role in the early stages of learning both native and foreign languages. This research aimed to analyze the phonological differences between Arabic and Indonesian, focusing on aspects such as sound systems, pronunciation, stress, and intonation. This study was classified as a literature review. The method employed was a descriptive contrastive analysis, comparing contrasting differences in Arabic and Indonesian through a pedagogical linguistic approach. The results showed that the vowel sounds in Arabic consist of fathah, fathah thowilah, kasrah, kasrah thowilah, dhommah, dhommah and thowilah which significantly impact the meaning of the language. On the other hand, Indonesian vowel sounds /i/, /u/, /e/, /ә/, /o/, and /a/ did not influence meaning and tended to remain consistent in their speech functions. Regarding stress and intonation, Indonesian utilized these elements to differentiate meaning when spoken with flat, high, and low tones in delivering news or interrogative sentences. In contrast, Arabic stress and intonation patterns were based on the position of consonants, syllables, and the length of vowels.

Abstract

Islam, as a universal religion, provides life guidelines that direct humans towards happiness. Success in achieving this happiness really depends on education, because education is the key to a better life. In this context, the relationship between Islam and education becomes very close and interrelated. Islam plays an important role in forming the basic framework and foundation for the development of Islamic education, and education develops along with the growth of Islam. This shows that the history of education cannot be separated from the history of Islam. During the Umayyad Dynasty, which was the first dynasty in Islamic expansion, government faced various challenges related to conquest, territorial consolidation, and management of a multinational and multicultural empire. However, they consciously pay great attention to educational problems. In the process, the Umayyad Dynasty succeeded in developing and preserving various knowledge which is now a valuable part of the development of science. Their success in this regard also had a significant impact, especially for the European world who could access and develop this knowledge further.

Abstract

Terrorism is often a major threat to a nation. Terrorism movements are motivated by psychological, economic, cultural, political, and religious problems of a group. This is a complex issue. However, it becomes more sensitive when religious motivations are involved. Nevertheless, terrorism is a humanitarian problem that urges all people and state and religious institutions to find a solution. Then what is the role of religion in providing correct understanding and actualizing its role in overcoming the problem of terrorism? How do people, especially Muslims, understand the message of religion? Overcoming the problem of terrorism is the first step to building a peaceful social life. The next step is to advance humanity. After all, the state and religion have the same responsibility in educating all people to live universal values such as brotherhood, peace, justice, and mutual respect and help as a way of life.

Sustainable Financial BSI has implemented the initiation of waste management and reduction through the installation of Reverse Vending Machines (RVM) to collect plastic bottle waste for recycling.
