Abstract

This study aims to uncover errors in determining educational standard references for children, which have an impact on the damage to youth due to parenting delay and education. The subjects of this study were parents who have 0-15 years old children, and the community of Karangjati, Ngabeyan, Klaten in general. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. While data analysis techniques are used to describe research results in a structured way, data collection, reduction, presentation, and provide conclusions. Based on research that has been conducted in Karangjati, many parents are found to be mistaken in using reference standards in educating their children. Instead of using age, as the Prophet ﷺ exemplified, parents often judge children based on their level of education, elementary school means young children, junior high school means they are just entering adolescence, and high school is adult. In Islamic education, the age of 7 is the age when children have begun to be taught to carry out obligations, and at the age of 10, parents are allowed to give punishment if they still neglect it. Meanwhile, the age of 7-10 is the age of elementary school (SD), while parents still consider children who are in elementary school as young children who are still not worth yet to be given obligations and responsibilities, so that the stage of education for children is delayed. This delay in education has an impact on many 10 years old children and over who are still incapable to carry out obligations properly, their bodies are adults, but mindset like children. To achieve the ideal educational goals according to Islam, restoring the reference standards of education as exemplified by the Prophet ﷺ is the responsibility of parents as well as experts involved in the world of education.

Abstract

Since the development of the Islamic economy in the early 90s, Muslim communities have demanded a legal decision from experts regarding the system in the economy. One of the contracts that is being discussed is mudharabah. Because mudharabah is a way out of the usury system which makes the owners of large capital bigger and the poor poorer. This research uses literature. By digging up data from books, journals and other written references. So the results and conclusions are a review of the available books. As well as with descriptive analysis methods. Explain in description the problem of the concept of taisir in the MUI fatwa regarding the mudharabah contract. This research concludes that the mudharabah contract is legally permissible as long as it is permissible, it is a contract containing the rukhshah of a haram contract with a ribawi system. The DSN MUI fatwa has its own manhaj in accommodating various things in Indonesia. The results of the DSN MUI fatwa have the following technical implications: (1) mudharabah is a solution to a usurious interest system; (2) the size and size of financing from LKS to customers can be adjusted to existing data and documents; (3) as long as there are no eligible LKS, there are rukhsahs for the use of conventional bank services. So that economic growth with mudharabah includes comprehensive prosperity; receive blessings; and economic equality and empowerment of MSMEs.

Abstract

Jinns are invisible beings created by God. This is one of those beings favored by the Qur'an. But the existence of jinns will always be the subject of research and attention of every circle, just like the existence of humans themselves. Besides the fact that the existence of jinns predates humans, jinns are controversial figures both among laypeople and even among scholars. But there are still many people who wonder whether jinns exist, whether humans can see them, and what are the characteristics of life? Because in the Quran, the word jinn is mentioned 34 times. This is the article that requires humans and especially Muslims to know detailed information about the existence of jinns. From there the author tries to explain simply how the Qur'an, especially in Sura Al-Jin verses 1-7 views jinns. But in this article the author will only focus on the perception of tafsir scholars, namely Tafir Ministry of Religious Affairs and Tafsir Quraish Shihab. The systematics of writing this article includes using thematic methods or maudui, namely by searching for keywords in mufradat, then analyzing the relationship between verses and comparing different verses. The author concludes tentatively that jinns were created from fire just as humans were created from the ground. Jinns are bukallaf beings like humans and in the here after they will be rewarded for all their deeds. This is why humans and jinns are called ats-tsaqalain. In today's life, genius is also understood as a virus, a type of negative human potential. They have extraordinary abilities that humans cannot perform, meaning that they do not mean that humans are inferior to jinns but according to the functions they create. In the world of jinns, there are people who are shaleh but many are evil and even unfaithful. God's purpose in creating Jinns was not just to worship and become His servants.

Abstract

The correlation between Fiqh (the science of Islamic law) and the sharia economic law in Indonesia is the relationship or link between the two fields in the context of religious regulations and practices as well as the rules of law that apply in the sharia economic system.Fiqh is a science that studies the rules of the Islamic religion, including in the economic field. Fiqh provides guidelines on how a Muslim should carry out his economic activities by religious teachings. For example, fiqh regulates halal and haram in business, usury transactions, the distribution of zakat, waqf, and so on.Meanwhile, the sharia economic law in Indonesia was made to regulate financial practices by sharia principles. This law covers various aspects such as sharia banking, insurance, capital market, and investment, and other financial products based on Islamic principles. So it can be said that there is a correlation between Fiqh as a theological and moral foundation for Muslim religious practices and the Sharia Economic Law law as a formal legal instrument to apply fiqh concepts in the world of business and finance.
