Abstract

This study aims to analyze gold mining practices in Negeri Batin Village and their implications from the perspective of Law Number 2 of 2025 on Mineral and Coal Mining. The research employs a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with mining workers, local communities, and village officials, as well as supporting documentation. The findings indicate that most gold mining activities in Negeri Batin Village have not complied with the licensing requirements as stipulated in Article 35 of Law Number 2 of 2025. In addition, post-mining environmental management has not been carried out optimally in accordance with environmental protection principles. The implications of these mining practices reveal positive impacts, such as increased community income and expanded employment opportunities, but also negative impacts, including environmental degradation, river pollution, and increased occupational safety risks. This study emphasizes the need for strengthened supervision, law enforcement, and policies that prioritize environmental sustainability and community welfare in the management of community-based gold mining.

Abstract

The digital era has brought fundamental changes to the education system, requiring teachers to possess pedagogical competencies that are adaptive to developments in information technology. This study aims to analyze policies for developing teacher pedagogical competencies to improve the quality of learning in the digital era, with a focus on their implementation at SMP Negeri 2 Mataram. The research approach used descriptive qualitative methods through literature studies, observations, and interviews with teachers and school leaders. The results show that government policies such as the Teacher Mover Program, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), and the Merdeka Mengajar Platform have made a positive contribution to improving teacher pedagogical competencies. Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Mataram demonstrated improved capabilities in planning, implementing, and evaluating digital technology-based learning. However, policy implementation still faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, technological literacy gaps among teachers, and high administrative burdens. Efforts to strengthen policies and ongoing support from schools and local governments are essential to ensure the sustainability of digital-based pedagogical competency development. This research contributes to providing an empirical overview of the implementation of policies for developing teacher pedagogical competencies at the junior high school level in the digital era, while also providing strategic recommendations for schools and policymakers in optimizing the use of technology to improve learning quality. This research emphasizes the importance of synergy between national policies, school management, and teacher initiatives to create effective, innovative, and relevant learning for the needs of the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the internal control system at BPRS Rajasa Lampung Tengah and analyze its effectiveness in minimizing non-performing financing (NPF) on murabahah products. A qualitative descriptive-analytical method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from management and marketing staff of BPRS Rajasa, while secondary data came from financing nominative reports and the NPF report as of December 2025. The findings reveal that BPRS Rajasa has implemented an internal control system through an independent internal audit unit conducting periodic file checks, collateral verification, and payment monitoring via a core banking system. Nevertheless, the NPF ratio as of December 2025 stood at 5.70%, exceeding OJK's 5% maximum threshold, with 257 out of 1,772 customers (14.49%) experiencing problematic financing: 40 in Special Mention, 48 Sub-standard, 64 Doubtful, and 145 in Loss category. Key challenges include inter-departmental miscommunication and weaknesses in initial customer selection. The internal control system is assessed as not yet fully effective, as it has been unable to reduce NPF below the regulatory threshold, though it has contributed to prevention and early detection of problematic financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the personality competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping student discipline at SMP Negeri 14 Sarolangun. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation involving PAI teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the personality competence of PAI teachers is categorized as very good, as demonstrated through firm, stable, wise, and authoritative attitudes. PAI teachers serve as uswah hasanah (role models) in internalizing discipline values through habituation to worship and compliance with school rules. Although there are external obstacles such as lack of family environment control and social media influence, the exemplary personality of teachers is proven effective in increasing students' discipline awareness. In conclusion, teachers' personality competence is a crucial instrument in the successful formation of discipline character in junior high schools.

Abstract

The significance of this study lies in understanding the implementation of the muzara’ah contract in tobacco farming and its impact on farmers’ income stability in terms of fairness and economic resilience. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from informants selected using snowball sampling, specifically landowners and farmworkers. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results indicate that the traditional, oral implementation of the muzara’ah contract based on trust results in a fair 50:50 division of the harvest. This contract enables landless farmers to maintain an income and promotes increased productivity and farmer income. The positive impacts of implementing this contract include improvements in farmers’ income, education, health, and household facilities. Thus, the muzara’ah contract makes a significant contribution to enhancing the well-being and economic resilience of the tobacco-farming community in Jarin Village.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of directive speech acts and explain their functions as used by the grandfather character in the animated film Adam and the Devil. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through the observation and note-taking technique, which involved watching the film repeatedly and then noting down utterances containing directive elements. The data was collected using the watch-and-record technique, which involves watching the film repeatedly and then noting down utterances containing directive elements. The data was analyzed using the pragmatic matching method. The results of the study show that directive illocutionary acts in the animated film Adam and the Devil appear in six forms, including commands, requests, invitations, prohibitions, advice, and criticism. The form of advice is the most dominant. The functions identified include ordering, requiring, compelling, advising, reminding, directing, inviting, reprimanding, prohibiting, and requesting. The results of this study indicate that the language used in this film serves not only as a tool for communication but also as a medium for moral education, the reinforcement of religious values, and character development.

Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aims to explore the integration of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) within the Islamic educational ecosystem during the era of digital disruption (2020–2026). The primary focus of this research is to dissect the interaction between basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness) and transcendental values such as Adab (ethics), Ikhlas (sincerity), and Mas’uliyyah (responsibility). Utilizing the PRISMA protocol, this study analyzes 52 reputable scientific articles to synthesize the theoretical gap between modern learner autonomy and spiritual authority in Madrasas and Pesantrens. Methodologically, the findings indicate a research transformation toward complex structural model testing (SEM) and the validation of contextual psychometric instruments. The results demonstrate that digital innovation plays a dual role: enhancing technical autonomy while simultaneously demanding a reinforcement of the teacher's role as a moral scaffold. This research successfully conceptualizes the "Spiritual Motivation" model, wherein learning is viewed as a manifestation of Fitrah (innate human nature) to seek divine blessings. It is concluded that SDT principles maintain high compatibility with Islamic pedagogy within a theocentric framework. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to Islamic educational psychology and offer practical guidance for educators in managing student motivation in the Society 5.0 era without reducing spiritual identity.

Abstract

Amidst the massive escalation of globalization and the phenomenon of digital disruption, the identity of santri (Islamic boarding school students) is undergoing a fundamental transformation from traditional-exclusive patterns toward a more dynamic, adaptive, and hybrid identity construction. This study aims to comprehensively map the dynamics of santri identity transformation using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of various reputable scientific literatures. By implementing the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol, 14 primary articles published between 2021 and 2026 were analyzed in-depth through qualitative synthesis techniques. The findings identify three main pillars of identity shift: (1) the internalization of information technology, such as the implementation of the Santri Identity Card (SIC) and the Pedatren management system, which have transformed into new instruments for data-based character discipline (digital behavioral control); (2) the emergence of a "hybrid identity" where santri are capable of negotiating religious values within secular public spheres and social media through glocalization strategies; and (3) the strengthening of structural resilience through the "Hybrid Leadership" model of Kyai, which integrates traditional charisma with modern participatory management. This research concludes that pesantren institutions have successfully executed a "Technology for Character" strategy, where modernity is adopted without degrading traditional roots. The results provide significant implications for the development of Islamic education policies in shaping the profile of the "New Santri" globally competitive individuals who remain firmly grounded in the principles of Islam Nusantara’s religious moderation.
