Abstract

This research investigates how social influence, materialism, impulse buying, and purchase intentions relate to each other. This research data collection method uses the Google Forms platform. Herbalife customers in the Gianyar district receive questionnaires directly through QR codes and links. This study uses the semantic differential scale 1 (Very Disagree) – 10 (Absolutely agree). Besides, attitudes can also be measured on this scale; however, rather than double options or checklists, the shape is a continuum line. Furthermore, the structural equation model (SEM) is used with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 4 version for data analysis. The results of the research hypothesis sample test showed that based on 105 responses social influence does not affect purchase intention. Materialism and impulsive buying affect purchase intention. Social influence and materialism affect impulsive buying.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of investment and minimum wages on labor absorption in the industrial sector in Jambi Province. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that simultaneously investment and the minimum wage together have a significant effect on labor absorption. Then, partially, investment and minimum wage variables have a significant effect on labor absorption.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the organizational environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee commitment. The research took samples at the Yogyakarta Special Region BPBD office. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling (census). The sample in this study consisted of 50 employees who worked at the Yogyakarta Special Region BPBD office. In this research, multiple regression analysis techniques were used. The results of the research show that simultaneously environmental factors, motivation and work discipline influence employee commitment, but partially only work environmental factors have a significant influence on employee commitment at the Yogyakarta Special Region BPBD Office

Abstract

The fashion industry in Indonesia has undergone major changes with the development of the athleisure trend, which combines elements of sports with everyday fashion. Puma, as one of the leading brands, faces challenges in expanding its market share amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to examine the impact of Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, and celebrity endorsement on Puma consumers' purchasing decisions, and to evaluate the role of purchase intention as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data analysis through SEM-PLS 4.. The results showed that Citra Merek, which emphasizes modern and trendy aspects, has a significant positive effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. Kepercayaan Merek was also proven to have a positive effect on both variables. In addition, celebrities who become endorsers with high reputations also increase purchase intention and purchase decision. Purchase intention plays an important role as a mediator in the relationship between Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, and celebrities with purchase decision. This study provides further insight into the interaction of marketing factors and highlights the importance of exploring further into other factors that influence purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of share sales volume, profitability, solvency, earnings volatility and trading volume on share price volatility with dividend policy as a mediating variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample for this research consisted of 55 companies, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria stating dividend payments for 5 consecutive years. The research results show that debt ratio, return on assets, trading volume have an influence on stock price volatility. However, earnings volatility and share sales volume have no effect on share price volatility. Dividend policy is able to mediate share sales volume on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate profitability on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate solvency on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate earnings volatility on stock price volatility and dividend policy is able to mediate volume trending on stock price volatility in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the implementation of the syirkah al amlak concept in the al Musyarakah Al Muntahiyah Bi al Tamlik (MMBT) agreement on Sharia fintech purchase order (PO) financing products at PT Alami Fintek Sharia. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, based on a case study and interview approach, combining library research. The results of the research show that although the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) constructs the use of syirkah al 'inan in MMBT contracts, PT Alami Fintek Sharia prefers to apply syirkah al amlak which is permissible in fiqh, a process that is simpler and can be is a solution to murabahah financing which cannot be carried out, because the prospective recipient of the financing (beneficiary) is deemed to already own the goods, because they have made a transaction with the supplier (supplier) before applying for financing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate a model of the inactive BUMDesa factors in Jambi Province. This type of research is a type of qualitative research research with a phenomenological type. This qualitative research analysis will be assisted by using the Nvivo qualitative research software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the main factors causing the inactivity of BUMDes in Jambi province can be divided into 3, these are: BUMDes management factors, village officials and the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sales promotion, shopping lifestyle, and hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying decisions among Shopee consumers in Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that simultaneously and partially the sales promotion, shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation variables have a significant effect on impulsive buying among Shopee consumers in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

One sign of progress in the banking industry is the creation of mobile banking services that provide convenience for customers. However, the use of mobile banking is not evenly distributed in all regions, one of which is Purbalingga City which still has minimal use of digital transactions, especially mobile banking. This research aims to find out whether there is a digital gap regarding the use of mobile banking in Purbalingga City. This research uses digital divide variables consisting of motivation, physical & material access, mobile banking skills and also usage, using quantitative methods using PLS-SEM as a data analysis technique. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection uses secondary data and primary data through distributing questionnaires. This research consists of 301 samples taken from the population of the Purbalingga City community who use mobile banking. The results of this research show that there are 4 (four) latent variables consisting of motivation, physical and material access, as well as skills and use of mobile banking have a positive and significant effect on the use of m-banking in Purbalingga City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and investment motivation on interest in investing in Cimahi City. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all students who live in Cimahi City. The sampling technique in this research was non-probability sampling using the G-Power tool and obtained a sample size of 107 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used, so the research results revealed that simultaneously and partially financial literacy and investment motivation had a significant and positive effect on students' investment interest in Cimahi City.
