Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Social Service Employees in Bojonegoro Regency. The sample of this study were 51 respondents, all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Social Service, with a minimum working period of more than one year. sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The analysis of this study used Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Wrap Partial Least Square (PLS) version 8.0 and data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires which were distributed directly. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how rising Value Added Tax (VAT), celebrity endorsers on consumer purchasing power interest in skin care products with product quality as moderation. The research was conducted on female students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University for the 2019-2020 period. Research data can be obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample in this study was processed using the slovin formula which resulted in 173 samples. The research data was processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the increase in VAT has a positive effect on consumer purchasing power. celebrity endorser has a positive effect on consumer purchasing power interest. Product quality is able to moderate the increase in VAT and celebrity endorsers on consumer purchasing power.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage variables, company size, profitability and Enterprise risk management on financial distress in sub-manufacturing properties and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The population used in this research is 87 companies with purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative and the data is processed using SPSS Statistics 29. This data collection technique uses historical data from financial reports and the company's annual report. The results of this study indicate that leverage, company size, profitability and enterprise risk management have a positive and significant effect. Taken together, leverage, company size, profitability and enterprise risk management have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Padang Ampera Uni Restaurant in Pinang City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing them to 100 research samples, namely uni ampere consumers. Data analysis in this study used the help of smart pls 3. Data testing techniques were carried out in partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis show that overall the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the value of all t counts that have a higher value than t table with a significant value below 0.05. Overall, the final result of the study is that the independent variables gives an effect of 0.573 or 57.30% and the rest is influenced by other supporting factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the financial performance of provincial and local governments in Indonesia regarding financial independence, capital expenditure, tax ratio, short-term solvency and financial flexibility in provincial, local governments in Indonesia in 2018-2021. This research uses secondary data from LHP LKPD 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2018-2021. The sampling technique uses a saturation sampling technique. Data analysis methods using SPSS 26 and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the study prove that the ratio of financial independence, tax ratio, and short-term solvency did not experience a significant difference before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while the ratio of capital expenditure and financial flexibility experienced differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, which were influenced by policies. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of socio-economic factors such as CPI, TPAK, GRDP, and per capita income on district/city minimum wages in Central Java Province from 2017 to 2021. The data used is secondary data with panel data from the Provincial Statistics Center Central Java. The linear regression analysis method was used with the Eviews 10 software. The study's results show that GRDP and per capita income have a big good effect on the minimum wage, while CPI and TPAK have a small effect. The government should maintain a good level of GDP growth and income per capita wage rates for workers in the Province of Central Java.

Abstract

Current economic progress has made many companies increasingly compete to meet consumer needs. This has led to the emergence of the goods delivery service sector within the company. With the goods delivery service, people can easily shop even though the seller and buyer do not meet in person. This research uses a purposive technique, namely focusing on informants in the case unit to be studied. Respondents in this research numbered 30 people per expedition. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SWOT and QSPM analysis with the help of Ms. software. Excel and SPSS. The results of the research are: (1) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.94 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 2.98. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell IV. (2) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies were obtained that were the most attractive and prioritized for Shoope Express. First, increasing the reach of shops to have Shopee Express services by providing regulations that require all shops on Shopee e-commerce to have Shopee Express services. Second, collaborating with other e-commerce to increase users of Shopee Express services. When, adding branches to remote corners of the country. (3) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.18 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 3.15. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell I. (4) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies are obtained which are the most interesting and prioritized to be carried out. First, one day delivery for outside the city because currently there is only one day delivery within the city. Second, there is a need to maintain JNT branding by providing training. Third, increase discount programs to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan to assess the impact of product innovation on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan determines the effect of product quality and product innovation on consumer decisions to use wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan. The analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, namely testing and analysing data. The respondents in the study were 45 people. From the results of this study, it was obtained the significance value of the product quality variable (X1) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test was obtained at t count > t table (8.212) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 < α0.05) thus H1 accepted and H0 is rejected, the conclusion: there is a significant effect of product quality (X1) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The significance value of the product innovation variable (X2) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test obtained t count > t table (3.970) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05), thus H2 is accepted, and H0 is rejected, in conclusion. There is a significant influence of product innovation (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore the results of this study state that the two independent variables support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the F test, it was obtained that the F count > F table was (34.068 > 3.21), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05); thus, H3 was accepted, and H0 was rejected. The conclusion: Product quality and innovation have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. It shows that if the company can improve product quality and innovation, consumers will be interested in buying these products, increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This quantitative study uses religion as a moderating variable to investigate how customer decisions are impacted by factors related to promotion, product quality, and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether factors have an affect on one another. Utilizing a questionnaire approach, the study was conducted in Jambi City at BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera. The Saturated Sampling Technique was utilized to gather samples from 88 respondents for this study. The research's hypotheses are that: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the product; (2) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the service; (3) customer decisions are significantly influenced by promotion; and (4) customer decisions are significantly influenced by religion (The following are the ways in which religiosity influences customer decisions: (5) it strengthens or weakens the influence of product quality; (6) it strengthens or weakens the influence of service quality; and (7) it moderates the influence of promotion quality. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by product quality; (2) customer decisions are influenced by service quality; (3) customer decisions are influenced by promotion; (4) customer decisions are influenced by religiosity; (5) religiosity increases the influence of product quality on customer decisions; and (6) religiosity decreases the influence of service quality on customer decisions. (7) Religiosity reduces the impact of advertisements on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly developing and provides various benefits for its users, so that it becomes part of carrying out daily activities. In line with technological developments, UMKM should adapt to the era of digitalization. However, not all UMKM are ready to adapt. Many UMKM do not have the knowledge and skills regarding digital marketing, especially social media and google. This research was conducted using qualitative methods using primary and secondary data with the research object being UMKM which are under the guidance of JakPrenuer. It is hoped that this research can help UMKM to find out the benefits of using advertising on social media and google so that UMKM can have the knowledge to be part of digitalization.
