Abstract

This research aims to determine the spatial market integration of broiler chicken meat commodities between various districts/cities in Jambi Province. The analysis method used is the VAR (Vector Autoregression) / VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) model. There is partial market integration in the long and short term for broiler chicken meat commodities between various regencies/cities in Jambi Province so that the price of broiler chicken meat in regencies/cities in Jambi Province influences each other not only in the current period but in relation to prices 1 to 2 days before. There is short and long-term spatial market integration for broiler chicken meat in districts/cities in Jambi Province. The price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi City causes changes in the price of broiler chicken meat in Batang Hari Regency, Kerinci Regency, Merangin Regency and West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of decreasing the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector which is influenced by PMDN, PMA, income per capita and analyzing the moderation of the number of working people on the influence of PMDN on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, analyzing the moderation of the number of working people on the influence of PMA on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, analyzing the moderation in the number of working people on the influence of per capita income on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector in 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2002-2021 using the Fixed approach Effect Model (FEM) as a panel data regression model. In this research, the moderating test will be carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Partial test results show that PMDN has a positive and significant effect, PMA has a negative and significant effect, Income per capita has a negative and significant effect on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, The number of employed people moderates the influence of PMDN, The number of employed population moderates the influence of PMA, and The number of working people does not moderate the effect of per capita income on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of promotional models on social media on generation Z purchasing decisions in Sungai Full based on the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share) marketing communication model. In this study, data was collected through the questionnaire method. The population of this study was Generation Z in Sungai Penuh (11-25 years), and the sample used was 90 people. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this research show that Instagram is the social media that is widely used by generation Z in Sungai Penuh namely 72.2%, 62.2% of TikTok users, and only 26.7% of Facebook, and promotions using the AISAS (Attention, Interest) model. , search, action and share) on social media Facebook do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in generation Z in Sungai Penuh. On social media Instagram it is known that interest, search and share have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in generation Z in Sungai Penuh, while attention and action does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh, on Tiktok social media, attention, interest and share have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh, while search and action do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

Jambi City is a city that is experiencing growth and development in its industrial Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with MSMEs contributing 37.68% to the overall industrial sector, out of a total of 6,416 industrial units in Jambi City. The objective of this research is to determine the leading industrial MSMEs and formulate appropriate strategies for fostering the development of these leading MSMEs. The research was conducted in Jambi City due to its highest number of MSME industrial units in the Jambi province. The determination of leading industrial MSMEs utilized the TOPSIS method, while the formulation of strategies for the development of leading industrial MSMEs employed a combination of TOPSIS-SWOT. The research findings indicate that the food sector is the leading industry for MSMEs in Jambi City. The recommended strategies for the development of the MSME industry include increasing product diversification through contemporary product designs, enhancing IT-based workforce competency, providing capital assistance and financial management support, and developing the online market..

Abstract

Inequality between regional aspects is common in regional economic activities. This study is to measure the level of regional inequality, the relationship between economic growth, poverty, and the human development index on inequality, and analyze whether there is convergence in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region of North Sumatra Province. The study uses Williamson index calculations to measure gaps, panel data regression analysis and sigma convergence and beta convergence analysis. The results of the research show that the West Coast Region is indicated by a low level of inequality and the East Coast Region is indicated by a high level of inequality. Economic growth has a positive but not significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and a positive and significant impact on inequality in the East Coast Region. Poverty has a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. The Human Development Index has a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. Simultaneously, Economic Growth, Poverty and the Human Development Index have a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. Sigma Convergence does not occur in the West Coast Region but occurs in the East Coast Region. Beta convergence occurs in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about financial performance in assessing the soundness level of the financial aspects of Infrastructure Service Companies for the 2017-2021 period based on the decree of the minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 concerning the assessment of the soundness level of BUMN in this assessment using eight indicators, namely Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, investory turnover, total asset turn over (TATO), and total own capital to total asset. The financial performance of infrastructure service companies for the 2017-2021 period has increased and decreased when viewed from a total score of eight financial ratio indicators during 2017-2018 infrastructure service companies have experienced increases and decreases for the level financial soundnes of infrastructure service companies are as follows in 2017 the total score 30,2 getting unhealthy predicate with category B, in 2018 a total score 21,7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, in 2019 a totel score of 23,2 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, in 2020 a total score of 24 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, and finaly in 2021 a total score of 22,5 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of influencers and product innovation on Kahf buying decisions with e-commerce as moderating. Data analysis used the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool with a sample size of 154 respondents. The population in this study are consumers in North Jakarta with purposive sampling. The results in this study are that influencers and innovations have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. E-commerce as moderation strengthens the relationship between influencers and purchasing decisions. E-commerce as a moderator weakens the relationship between product innovation and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and company growth opportunities on the initial return of IPOs for the 2020-2022 period. This period was used because during that period there was a pandemic due to the corona virus. The research population is all companies that carried out initial stock offerings (IPO) in Indonesia during the 2020-2022 period. This research uses a purposive sampling technique to determine the research sample. The results of this research found that a company's intellectual capital has no effect on initial returns, meaning that this research does not support the resource-based theory. However, on the other hand, the results of this research show that company growth opportunities have a positive effect on initial returns, meaning that the results of this research also support signaling theory.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or legal entities that meet the requirements of a business. Micro- and small-sized businesses continue to confront a variety of financial and non-financial issues. Therefore, to encourage improved business performance, MSMEs are provided with coaching and/or mentoring by the Integrated Business Service Center-Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (PLUT-UMKM). Most of the MSMEs assisted by PLUT-UMKM in Bandar Lampung City are food MSMEs. The focus of this study is to determine the achievement of PLUT-UMKM coaching targets, determine the performance of MSMEs, and analyze the effect of achieving PLUT-UMKM coaching targets on MSME performance. The method used in this research is a survey. The sampling technique in this study used proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection method used was interviews. This research employs quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to analyse the data. The results of this study indicate that the achievement of PLUT-UMKM coaching targets is in the good enough category, the performance of MSMEs assisted by PLUT-UMKM is in the good category, and the variables that have a significant effect on MSME performance are the variables of access to financing and business networks.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of motivations, tax sanctions, and tamansiswa teachings “Tri-Nga” on student intentions to commit fraud by prospective taxpayers. This research is quantitative and the type of primary data. This study used 100 respondents, namely accounting students at the tamansiswa bachelor of laws university. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, where the results of the study show evidence that there is a positive influence on lifestyle on motivations, tax sanctions, and tamansiswa teachings “Tri-Nga” have effect on student’s intentions to commit fraud by prospective taxpayers.
