Abstract

Information and communication technology has revolutionized the banking sector and at its peak during the Covid 19 pandemic, most transactions can be carried out without the need to visit a bank and using mobile banking applications. In Indonesia, there are two banks that are most popular in using m-banking, m-BCA which is managed by a private bank and Livin by Mandiri which is managed by a state-owned company. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there are differences of trust, service quality and perceived risk on customer satisfaction in private and government managed m-Banking. The research method uses a quantitative approach based on data collected through online surveys. There are 180 active m-Banking customers with generation Z and Millennial demographics, students and productive workers. The results show that the factors that influence customer satisfaction in using m-Banking lie in the aspects of service quality and trust, while perceived risk has no effect. Furthermore, differences in the influence of m-banking application service quality determine customer satisfaction. Where, m-BCA customers are relatively more satisfied because the service is in accordance with the promises, transaction speed, security, attractive visual appearance, the application is more responsive and easier than the Livin by Mandiri. For generation Z and millennials, the use of digital banking applications is more influenced by the application's ability to meet transaction needs rather than threat factors such as the speed of computing personal data, cyber-crime and bank system errors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cost structure, revenue, income and R/C ratio of broiler chicken farming businesses. The analysis method used is quantitative (cost structure analysis, income, R/C ratio and difference test). The research results show that PT X shows better cost efficiency than PT Y, this is reflected in the higher R/C ratio. This indicates that PT X is able to manage production costs more effectively, through negotiating better prices for feed or using more efficient technology. PT X results of the difference test using the Mann Whitney Test show that the two companies have significantly different revenues. PT X and PT Y still have the potential to improve performance. PT Y can learn from PT X best practices in managing costs and increasing revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of internal and external company factors on bank profitability with size as a moderating variable. The company's financial ratios and macroeconomic variables are used to determine bank profitability, specifically the Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC). A panel data model is employed to determine the RAROC in Indonesia for the period 2014 to 2023. This study finds that Non-Performing Loans, Electricity Consumption, Oil Prices, Exchange Rate, and FED Rate do not affect RAROC. However, Net Interest Margin and Total Assets have a significantly negative effect on RAROC, while Market Power has a significantly positive effect on RAROC. Additionally, Total Assets strengthen the negative effect of Non-Performing Loans and Net Interest Margin on RAROC, while Total Assets strengthen the positive effect of Market Power, Electricity Consumption, Oil Prices, Exchange Rate, and FED Rate on RAROC.
