Abstract

This study aims to analyze occupational safety and health risks in the construction project of the B3 waste TPS PT INKA (Persero) in Banyuwangi using the House of Risk (HOR) and integrated with the Software-Hardware-Environment-Liveware (SHELL) model. This HOR method consists of 2 (two) phases, namely HOR phase 1 which is used to identify risk events and risk agents that can occur in the company's operational processes and HOR phase 2 which is used to identify alternative risk mitigation strategies. The results of the study identified risks in HOR Phase 1, there were 27 risk events caused by 34 risk causes. Based on the ARP (Aggregate Risk Potential) calculation, 13 dominant risk causes were obtained. Then in HOR Phase 2, 18 mitigation steps were designed to prevent or effectiveness and degree of difficulty, the results of the mitigation effectiveness ranking based on the risk of difficulty (Effectiveness to Difficulty of Ratio - ETDk) were obtained with the highest value of carrying out routine preventive maintenance on carrying out routine supervision to ensure that workers follow the correct procedures and use PPE properly, and the last ranking was ensuring workers obtain relevant certification for special tasks that require special skills at the PT INKA (Persero) B3 Waste TPS in Banyuwangi).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of active Shopee and Tokopedia users. The sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 97 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that service quality and customer experience have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is also proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, service quality and customer experience have a direct effect on loyalty, but are stronger through an indirect path mediated by customer satisfaction. The R² value of 0.945 on customer loyalty indicates that the model has very high predictive ability. This study provides a theoretical contribution by strengthening the understanding of the relationship between service, experience, satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of e-commerce, as well as a practical contribution for digital platform managers to improve service quality and customer experience in order to build long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of regional wealth level, regional dependence, and tax efforts on the financial performance of local governments in 27 regencies and cities in West Java Province during the 2019–2023 period. The data used are sourced from secondary data in the form of APBD Budget Realization Reports and GRDP. The study population covers all district/city governments in West Java Province during that period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of regional wealth level, regional dependence, and tax efforts on the financial performance of local governments in regencies and cities in West Java Province in 2019–2023. However, partially the 3 independent variables in this study show different variations, namely the regional wealth level variable has a positive effect on the financial performance of local governments, the regional dependence variable has a negative effect, and the tax efforts variable does not have a significant effect on the financial performance of local governments in regencies and cities in West Java Province in 2019–2023.

Abstract

PT CDE is a strategic company owned by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) specializing in the production of key equipment for Indonesia's defense system, particularly for the maritime sector. The House of Risk (HOR) model is an approach inspired by the FMEA (Failure Mode and Error Analysis) method. Risk assessment in this method is carried out using a metric called the Risk Priority Number (RPN), which consists of three factors: the probability of occurrence and the severity of the possible impact. The results show that there are 20 risk events and 41 risk agents that constitute supply chain risks, along with recommendations for mitigating priority risk agents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (RoA), Return on Equity (RoE), and Earnings per Share (EpS) on stock returns in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020–2024 period, with Price to Book Value (PBV) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports from 12 companies that met the purposive sampling criteria. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with a Random Effects Model (REM) and the Sobel test to test the mediating effect of PBV. The results showed that RoA, RoE, and EpS significantly influenced PBV, while DER did not. The stock return model, RoA, and PBV proved to have a significant effect, while DeR, RoE, and EPS did not have a direct effect. The mediation test showed that PBV was unable to mediate the effect of DER, RoA, RoE, or EpS on stock returns. This finding indicates that profitability and market valuation factors have a more dominant role than capital structure in influencing sharia stock returns in JII.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015 (before digital transformation) and 2017-2020 (after digital transformation). This study used a quantitative descriptive method and a population of 144 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 98 trading sector companies. The data analysis technique used Paired Sample T-Test analysis. The results of the study indicate differences in the financial performance of companies in the trading sector before and after digital transformation as measured by the return on asset ratio, total asset turnover, and debt ratio on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of digitalization, innovation, orientation in improving the business performance of MSMEs Souvenir Murah Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative method, by distributing questionnaires to the people of Sidoarjo. The population in this study are consumers who buy MSMEs Souvenir Murah Sidoarjo products with samples taken from consumers who have purchased MSMEs Souvenir Murah Sidoarjo products. The technique used for sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Less Square (PLS) and the measurement model is evaluated using the outer model and inner model. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously and partially the role of digitalization, the role of innovation and the role of orientation have a positive and significant effect on business performance in MSMEs Souvenir Murah Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work assessment criteria that affect the quality of employee work, as well as provide solutions to improve employee performance. The methods used in this study are the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) and Management By Objectives (MBO) methods. The results of this study found that there are 5 (five) factors that affect employee performance, namely attendance, work behavior, work quality, reliability, and managerial factors. These factors can be appreciated in the form of gifts, development such as skills training or improving certain abilities, and promotions. Therefore, the BARS method will provide the criteria that most affect employees, while the MBO method provides solutions to improve employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of each variable of employee enrichment, employee safety, employee commitment on employee performance in moderation of psychological well-being. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The population that became the subject of the study were all employees of CV. Jaya Abadi Beton, totaling 158 people with a sample of 100 people. The results of this study are employee enrichment has an effect on employee performance, employee safety has an effect on employee performance, employee commitment has an effect on employee performance, psychological well-being has not been able to moderate the effect of employee enrichment on employee performance, employee safety has an effect on employee performance that can be moderated by psychological well-being, employee commitment has an effect on employee performance that can be moderated by psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Government concept and the performance of State Civil Apparatus (SCA) at the Jambi Provincial Forestry Service. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 74 respondents, consisting of SCA within the Jambi Provincial Forestry Service. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Entrepreneurial Government and the performance of SCA. Furthermore, the implementation of Entrepreneurial Government has been shown to significantly improve the performance of SCA.
