Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the exports of 3 ASEAN member countries, namely Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam to China experienced significant changes both before and after the ACFTA (ASEAN – China Free Trade Area) agreement, and whether macroeconomic factors such as population, per capita income, foreign direct investment, exchange rates and inflation rates have different effects on exports to China. The findings in this study indicate that the exchange rate, per capita income and foreign direct investment have a positive and significant effect, while other factors such as population, inflation rates and the implementation of ACFTA have a negative and significant effect on the exports of 3 ASEAN countries to China.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of G-HRM on employee performance by considering the mediating function of employee engagement and organizational commitment. This study used quantitative methods and collected data through a survey among 70 staff members from 10 Fitness Plus outlets in Bali. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis was used to determine the relationship between variables and the possible mediating role. The results revealed that, both directly and through higher employee engagement, G-HRM significantly improves employee performance. The relationship between G-HRM and employee performance is largely mediated by employee engagement. In contrast, organizational dedication does not show a significant mediating effect on this relationship. In addition, this study also found that G-HRM can improve employee performance, the effect is most significant if accompanied by increased employee emotional involvement in their work.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of user participation and top management support on user satisfaction of accounting information systems (AIS), with task complexity as a moderating variable. The research subjects were supermarket employees in Padang Pariaman Regency who use AIS in their daily operations. A quantitative approach was applied using Partial Least Square (PLS) with 30 respondents. The findings indicate that user participation has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while top management support has a positive but insignificant effect. Furthermore, task complexity does not moderate the relationship between user participation or top management support and user satisfaction. These results suggest that user satisfaction is more strongly influenced by direct employee involvement in system utilization rather than structural support from management or the complexity of tasks. This study highlights the importance of individual factors in determining AIS success in the retail sector.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the leading manufacturers of ceramic tiles for walls and floors. The application of the lean warehousing method is carried out using Value Stream Mapping to map each flow of the process that occurs in warehousing activities. Determining the weight of each waste that occurs using the Waste Assessment Model (WAM) method. The results of the study show the order of waste or waste from the highest to the lowest percentage, namely defects are 20.15%, overproduction is 17.44%, unnecessary motion is 16.86%, unnecessary inventory is 16.78%, transportation is 11.55%, waiting is 11.33% and unappropriate processing is 5.88%. The three types of waste with the highest frequency of values in the warehousing flow process are waste defects with a value of 20.15%, waste overproduction with a value of 17.44%, and waste unnecessary motion with a value of 16.86%, unnecessary inventory 16.78%. The results of the activity simplification obtained a total number of activities which previously amounted to 30 activities to 24 activities with an initial lead time of 19428 seconds and a lead time after improvement of 14100 seconds, so there is a time efficiency of 5328 seconds from the previous time.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the service quality of digital-only banks in Indonesia through sentiment analysis and topic modeling of Google Play Store reviews, with a focus on SeaBank, Bank Jago, and Bank Neo Commerce three of the country’s leading digital banks by total assets and user base. Using the E-S-QUAL framework, this research identifies five key service quality dimensions: Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Privacy. The study employs a fine-tuned BERT model to classify sentiment and extract themes from 277,877 reviews. The findings reveal that SeaBank leads in overall performance, particularly in efficiency, with 89.4% of positive sentiment, indicating operational excellence and strong emotional engagement with users. However, gaps in customer service responsiveness were also identified. Bank Jago performs well in efficiency but faces critical issues in reliability, especially related to authentication and device restrictions. Bank Neo Commerce demonstrates the most fragmented sentiment pattern, with systemic weaknesses in reliability and responsiveness. The results offer practical insights for digital banks to improve specific service areas and enhance customer satisfaction. This study contributes to digital banking research by demonstrating how advanced text mining can reveal nuanced service quality patterns directly from user feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of infusion stand products at PT. XYZ. The research method used in this study is the New Seven Tools method and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The data collection technique uses interview and observation methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence defects in infusion stand products are based on human factors, material factors, machine factors, method factors, and environmental factors. It is also known that defects with the highest Risk Priority Number value which will be a priority for repair are broken wheel defects with an RPN value of 280.
