Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict on teacher work stress. The research method uses mixed methods with concurrent triangulation design, this study integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis which then the results are linked to each other. The population is 77 people, with a sample of 36 married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis uses path analysis and test results with t-test. The results of the study indicate that emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict have a significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. However, partially only the work-family conflict variable has a positive and significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test how much influence democratic leadership style, information systems, and 5S kaizen have on employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch. Data collection through questionnaires with simple random sampling techniques with a minimum of 167 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of democratic leadership style, information systems and 5S kaizen on employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch. However, partially only the 5S kaizen variable does not affect employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of fraud in the fraud hexagon perspective with religiosity as a moderating variable. The population of this study was all Regional Apparatus Organizations (RAOs) in South Sumatra Province, totaling 34 RAOs. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires given to Commitment Making Officers (CMOs) and Technical Activity Implementing Officers (TAIOs) in various Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square approach through SmartPLS. The results of this study reveal that the variables of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, collusion do not have a significant effect on fraud in the procurement of goods and services. However, the variables of competence and arrogance have a significant effect on fraud in the procurement of goods and services in Regional Apparatus Organizations (RAOs) in South Sumatra Province. In addition, it was also found that the variable of religiosity was unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of pressure and opportunity on fraud in the procurement of goods and services. in Regional Apparatus Organizations (RAOs) in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze a model for increasing e-satisfaction based on online shopping experience and online customer engagement for Shopee marketplace consumers in the city of Jambi. The choice of Shopee e-commerce is one of the marketplaces that is developing in the digital industry in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with the population of the city of Jambi in 2021, namely 612,162 people. The number of samples was determined based on the Slovin formula used, that the number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The analytical tools used are the Likert scale and multiple linear regression. The research results reveal that the better the online shopping experience and online customer engagement, the higher the e-satisfaction of Jambi city Shopee marketplace consumers. Simultaneously and partially, the online shopping experience and online customer engagement variables have a significant effect on shopee marketplace consumer e-satisfaction in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

Fraud has become a challenge in various sectors and has become the center of attention in Indonesia, Every act of fraud has its own motive behind it, and various ways are used by many parties to reduce fraud. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Internal Control Systems, Morality Management, Job Satisfaction on Fraud. The population in this study were Civil Servants at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. This study used primary data, which is a collection of data from the answers of 100 respondents. The result of the study stated that the Internal Control System, Management Morality and Job Satisfaction had a positive effect against Fraud.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the value added of capital employed, human capital structural capital value added, intelectual coeffisients, return on assets on company value. This research takes as its object the companies that are members of the customers goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022 which have made consecutive profits. Based on the research results, value added of capital employed return on assets influence company value. On the other hand, there are human capital, structural capital value added, intelectual capital which have no effect on company value

Abstract

This study aimed to assess how local wisdom integration and clustering strategies impact the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi Province, using a mixed-method approach. It was found that both local wisdom and clustering significantly enhance MSME performance by adding value, differentiating products, and improving access to resources, innovation, and operational efficiency. The research underscores the critical role these strategies play in MSME development. Consequently, it suggests that MSME managers, investors, and policymakers should support initiatives promoting the integration of local wisdom and the development of clusters to boost MSME competitiveness and growth in Jambi Province. This approach demonstrates a viable pathway for MSMEs to enhance their performance and sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand image and company reputation on customer loyalty with customer value as an intervening variable for branded motorbike customers. The research method is quantitative and has a population of people who use Honda brand motorbikes, with a sample of 102 respondents. Furthermore, the analysis technique implements multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that (1) no significant positive influence was found between brand image and customer value; (2) there is a significant positive influence between company reputation on customer value; (3) no significant positive influence was found between brand image on customer loyalty; (4) there is a significant positive influence between company reputation on customer loyalty; and (5) there is a significant positive influence between customer value and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotions, shopping lifestyle, religiosity, and Islamic financial literacy on impulsive purchases on twin dates among Gen-Z Muslims in the Shopee marketplace. This study uses quantitative methods and the types of data used are primary and secondary data distributed through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a structural equation model (SEM) with the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence of promotions, shopping lifestyle, religiosity, and Islamic financial literacy on impulsive purchases on twin dates in the Shopee marketplace. However, partially, the variables of religiosity and Islamic financial literacy do not have a significant effect on impulsive purchases on twin dates in the Shopee marketplace in Jabotabek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management and financial attitude on saving behavior, with self-control as a moderating variable among KH. Mas Mansur students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using a random sampling technique, where each person in the entire target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The study sample consisted of 140 respondents from a population of 220, namely students living at the KH. Mas Mansur Student Islamic Boarding School at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Data collection used a questionnaire sent via Google Forms. Indicators were measured using a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially, there was a significant influence between financial management and financial attitude variables on saving behavior among KH. Mas Mansur students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. However, the self-control variable was not able to moderate the influence of financial management and financial attitude variables on saving behavior among KH.
