Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence and correlation of interest rates as one form of the implementation of usury practices on inflation and poverty in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia for the period 2005-2018. This study uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques and Pearson Correlation Techniques. The results showed that interest rates as one form of the implementation of usury practices had an effect and had a positive and significant correlation to inflation in Indonesia. The practice of ribawi actually will bring a negative impact on the economy of the people in Indonesia in the form of an increase in the level of inflation in society. Measures of monetary policy intervention in maintaining price stability and inflation in society have not shown a positive impact. Also, the results of the study showed that interest rate policy also had a positive influence and correlation on the increase in the poverty depth index. That is, when interest rates are set to rise, the poverty depth index in the community also tends to go up or get worse. The findings of this study reinforce the legitimacy of the word of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala in the Qur'an and the Hadith related to the prohibition of usury practices that can lead to injustice, wrongdoing, and economic destruction of the people.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an astronomical analysis of the viral video of the Sunrise from the north on Thursday, June 17, 2021, in Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The video shows a man testifying to the Sun's position in the north and associating this phenomenon as one of the signs of the Day of Judgment. It attracts much attention to become a trending topic, both of social, national, and international media. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using library research methods and content analysis of location, calculations, and images. Primary data was obtained through the interview, while secondary data came from related articles and books. Data collection techniques used documentations and relevant data or theories to the research question. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed inductively and comparatively. Location analysis was carried out using the Google Maps application, and it was found that the coordinates of MAN Binamu Jeneponto were at 5.67o South (S) and 119.73 East (E). Through calculation analysis, it is known that day the Sun rose in Jeneponto at 06.08 WITA with an azimuth of 66° 35' 23". The comparative analysis between the video displays and google maps was then applied and found that the north direction shown in the video was not the actual one. The confirmation process concluded that the Sun did not rise from the north but the east (towards the northeast). The misunderstanding of Qiblah leading the west causes the observer's misidentification of the Sun's position.

Abstract

Pembuktian merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting didatangkan dan disiapkan oleh para pihak (Penggugat dan Tergugat) dalam membuktikan kebenaran suatu peristiwa hukum. Ada bermacam-macam alat bukti yang ada pada proses pembuktian dalam hukum acara perdata yang salah satu di antaranya adalah alat bukti tulisan/surat. Alat bukti ini menempati posisi yang pertama bagi hakim dalam menilai suatu peristiwa hukum yang terjadi di antara para pihak. Alat bukti tulisan mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna jika akta tersebut memenuhi syarat otentisitas yang ditentukan oleh undang-undang, salah satunya harus dibuat oleh atau di hadapan pejabat yang berwenang. Jika persyaratan yang ditentukan oleh undang-undang itu dipenuhi oleh para pihak maka kekuatan hukum pembuktian itu (alat bukti tulisan) sangat menjadi pertimbangan utama hakim dalam mengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pokok perkara yang disidangkan.

Abstract

Islam mengatur pembagian warisan secara adil lewat aturan-aturan yang ada dalam Al-Qur’an. Ahli waris adalah orang-orang yang akan menerima hak pemilikan harta (tirkah) peninggalan pewaris. Ahli waris merupakan salah satu syarat yang seseorang dikatakan pewaris. Hal ini sangat logis, karena proses waris-mewarisi dapat terjadi apabila ada yang menerima warisan. Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) merumuskan pengaturan pelaksanaan tiga persoalan pokok dalam keperdataan Islam yang berkaitan dengan kondisi sosial yang sangat mendesak, yaitu perkawinan, kewarisan dan perwakafan. Olehnya dalam pembahasan ini penulis akan mencoba melihat seta membahas bagaimana pengaturan kembali ahli waris dan kelompok ahli waris dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Yusuf Al-Qardhawi's views on ihdad and the implementation of career women's leave rights due to the death of their husbands and their relevance to contemporary Islamic family law. This research is a field research study. The informant consisted of the General Manager of the Chandra Supertore Bandar Lampung company, qualitative analysis. Research findings show that Yusuf al Qardhawi is of the view that women who are in ihdad may carry out their professions outside the home, limited to professions permitted by religion, maintaining religious ethics, whether in clothing, walking, talking, avoiding making up, wearing perfume, interacting with the opposite sex. This ability protects the benefit and survival of the family, as is the concept of Maqashid al Syari'ah to protect the soul, religion, mind, lineage, and property. Career women's leave rights due to the death of their husbands are only two days in employment law. However, in its implementation at the Chandra Superstore company, career women generally take one week off. They consist of the right to 2 days of leave plus permission from the company for two days, plus exchanging work schedules with colleagues in the profession. The company still requires its employees to look attractive according to the Company's SOP. Implementing this left-right is still very far from being different from the head criteria in Islamic family law.

Abstract

Perjanjian memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam hubungan keperdataan. Sebab dengan adanya perjanjian tersebut akan menjadi jaminan hukum para pihak dan menjadi bukti bahwa telah benar-benar diadakan perjanjian. Sehingga jika di kemudian hari terdapat perselisihan akibat hubungan hokum tersebut maka maka para pihak kembali melihat perjanjian yang telah disepakati.

Abstract

This study about shopping behavior changes from traditional markets to modern market in the  Manado city is viewed from the aspect of sociology. This study used a qualitative approach. The results showed that the shopping behavior of most citizens of Manado city has changed shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. Everyone in the economic measures based on efficiency considerations that revolve around efficiency of money and space also efficiency of time and energy. Before someone decides to shop, his views always consider the fourth aspect of it, and then decided to act. Thus the action is determined by the orientation to the person's environment that is tailored to the needs inherent in him. Then someone can act as he wishes. Most citizens of Manado city construct behavior of shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. The peoples leaving the characteristics of cooperation and confidence in social economy action trough activity in the traditional market began to fade, tend to behave consumerist, individualistic, laden competition, but innovation and creative. The pattern of this kind of action can be a collective action at the subjective macro level. This means that changes in individual behavior of Manado city residents at a certain level in line with the rapid development and progress of science and technology, will have implications on fundamental social changes in the structure of social behavior overall Manado city residents. Manado, will become a city inhabited by modern society with a consumption-oriented economic measures or commonly known as the consumerist society.

Aborsi merupakan masalah yang kompleks, mencakup nilai-nilai religius, etika, moral dan ilmiah serta secara spesifik sebagai masalah biologi. Agama Islam memberi aturan bagi umat muslim dalam rangka kehidupan dan peradaban yang lebih baik. Tak terkecuali dalam hal pengguguran kandungan yang disengaja atau aborsi. Hukum aborsi menurut Islam jelas keharamannya karena janin bayi yang berada dirahim seorang ibu telah mempunyai nyawa. Penghilangan terhadap nyawa seorang adalah pembunuhan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the degree of understanding of zakat on profession/income and the characteristics of the community distribution model as an effective collection model for zakat institutions. This study used a qualitative method with 68 respondents from various professional work backgrounds including civil servants, teachers, employees, military, police, and government officials. The results of this study were that Jepara people have a high degree of understanding about zakat but have not been fully able to calculate nishab of zakat especially zakat on profession/income. Therefore, not all people who are obliged to pay zakat on professionand the distribution of zakat on professionis still directly to mustahiq.Keywords: Zakat on Profession/Income; Understanding of Zakat; Zakat; Alms
