Abstract

The reasons for the use of sharia accounting are its principles, which pay attention to human relationship to God, with fellow human beings naturely. So far conventional accounting has only paid attention to one aspect, namely human with human. As for the relationship with God and nature, it is almost neglected. So accounting as a science, then incarnate as a machine. Sharia accounting principles that are specifically applicable in Indonesia, are divided into two major parts. It is mentioned to apply specifically in Indonesia, because sharia accounting is still developed and studied, so the international standard form is still not found. In this study, using library studies, which were conducted to obtain the theoretical basis that can be used as guidelines when solving problems and formulating hypotheses to be tested. By conducting library studies we can also avoid research on aspects of a problem that has been studied before. Interpretation of Q.S. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Islamic social justice during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for the welfare of the people at large, both in the economic, health and security fields. The research in this article uses a literature study instrument which is carried out by collecting data information relating to the role of Islamic social justice during the covid-19 pandemic. Very important role is Islamic social justice which is known in the form of zakat, infaq, alms, waqf. Islamic social justice that has been carried out by philanthropic institutions on the ZISWAF instrument plays a very important role in the welfare of the people during the covid-19 pandemic in the fields of health, economy and security, although it is not comprehensive or can alleviate poverty but can improve the welfare of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the product-based value added strategy in improving customer decisions in a business towards consumer purchases in the research object at Indomaret retail, Kraksaan District. This study uses a qualitative approach, where the researcher tries to understand the phenomena that occur. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were carried out by observing, interviewing, and interviewing. Data analysis was carried out by presenting the data, and followed by drawing conclusions. The results showed that in product based value added in improving customer decision in Indomaret, Kraksaan District, it was done by determining the location of market intelligence, customer service, product of store and competitive price.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk tantangan dan peluang praktik ekonomi Islam di Indonesia di tengah perkembangan ekonomi konvensional. Praktik ekonomi Islam mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik, namun diikuti pula oleh tantangan-tantangan yang dapat memperlambat pencapaian visinya. Data yang dijadikan pijakan analisis adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner berupa pertanyaan tertutup dan terbuka kepada 100 responden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari temuan beberapa jurnal, website resmi, dan literatur yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik kajian ini. Temuan pada artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan ekonomi Islam di Indonesia cenderung positif. Hal ini didukung oleh adanya regulasi yang jelas, peran aktivis ekonomi Syariah, dan realitas penduduk Indonesia yang mayoritas Muslim. Namun demikian, terdapat juga tantangan terkait dengan pengembangan ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Literasi dan kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan ekonomi yang berlandaskan syariah masih rendah.

Abstract

Product development is a marketing strategy and a solution to increase sales volume because consumers have more choices to fulfill their desires. There is a possibility that if the company ignores product development, consumers will switch to competing products, if this happens, the company will lose customers or consumers and result in decreased sales volume. But if the product development is carried out in accordance with the wishes, needs and tastes of consumers, it is expected to increase the company's sales volume. Given the increasing level of competition, the company must improve the company's performance, including the variety of products offered, to build long-term relationships with its customers or v vother potential customers. Product is one element of the marketing mix that is very strategic in increasing sales volume.The purpose of this study is to determine whether product development can increase sales volume and to determine the Covid pandemic as a control variable between product development and sales volume.The degree of correlation between product development and sales volume indicates a close relationship between these two variables. With a significance level of 0.00, it means that between product development and sales volume has a significant relationship. Before the pandemic was included as a control variable, product development had a very weak relationship with sales volume. with a significance level of 0.570, which means that the product development variable does not have a significant relationship with sales volume. After the pandemic was included as a control variable, the relationship between product development and sales volume became very close. So it can be concluded that the pandemic acts as a control variable between product development and sales volume.

Abstract

The study aims to test the effect of trust and satisfaction on both partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty of Indonesian Syariah Bank. This study used a sample of 100 Indonesian Islamic Bank customers with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust (X1) partially had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) as evidenced by the results of the t-statistical value of 8.294 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The satisfaction (X2) has a t-statistic value of 2.578 with a significance value of 0.011 <0.05, thus the satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (Y). The results of the F test with a statistical F value of 205.699 with a significance of 0.000. These results prove that trust and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the acceleration of the distribution of technical selling through knowledge selling on social media. This study uses a qualitative type, namely descriptive data research in the form of sayings or pictures of people. Qualitative approaches can produce in-depth descriptions of the utterances, descriptions or results observed from each individual, group and community. Where this research was conducted with the support of primary and secondary data. The results of the Technical Selling Acceleration through Knowledge Sharing using social media marketing are proven. Of course, by implementing various business strategies ranging from sales strategies on social media with an AIDA basis (Attention, Interest Desire, and Action) as well as Knowledge Sharing for distributors who pay attention to several aspects such as Knowledge Value, Motivation in sharing knowledge, motivation, and the benefits provided for existing knowledge. With various methods applied both online and Offline Store, Ms. Glow Kraksaan continues to experience a significant increase. Even based on the data obtained, there are at least 30 store visitors every day. This goes linearly with the massive amount of information and marketing being carried out.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To know the application of the qardh principle to the Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 2) Knowing the application of the principle of rahn on Sharia Gold Pawn products in BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 3) to find out the application of the principle of ijarah to Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The research approach uses qualitative methods phenomenology with data collection methods with in-depth interviews and documentation to employees of BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The results of the study show that the qardh principle in the Islamic Pawn Gold product is used to bind loans given by BMT to customers. The rahn principle is used to bind the collateral in the form of gold and the ijarah principle is used to bind the rental of the place for storage and security of the collateral goods. The conclusion from the analysis of the application of the contract in the practice of Islamic gold pawning (GES) at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar, shows that the principle of ijarah on sharia gold pawn products at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar is used as a contract to bind the rental of storage and security of collateral goods, the determination of fees or ujrah on this product is not in accordance with sharia provisions as described in the regulations governing ujrah and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter regarding gold-backed qardh.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Gross Domestic Product, District Minimum Wage, and Education on Employment Opportunities in East Java. This type of research is explanatory research which is a research that aims to determine the effect of the variable product influence Gross Regional Domestic, Minimum Wage, and Education on Employment Opportunities in East Java. The method used in this study is panel data with a Fixed Effect approach and is associated with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has a positive and significant effect on Employment Opportunities in East Java, the Regency Minimum Wage has a negative and significant effect on Employment Opportunities in East Java and Education has a positive and significant effect on Employment Opportunities in East Java

Abstract

This article discusses how the postulates related to inheritance contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah (hadith) are then related to how the concepts contained in these arguments when entering investment products into the inheritance section or are said to be products the investment product is used as the object of inheritance itself. The output determines whether or not the products in the Investment can be used as objects of inheritance. As well as conducting a study of these arguments using a thematic method in which in the study the author determines which arguments will be used in accordance with the theme being carried and then examines them in detail starting from the origins, the sanad, and also about the validity of the arguments. Then also present other hadiths which, if related to the existing theme, are used as reinforcement from the previous hadith.
