Abstract

lapbook learning media. The research method uses the 4 D research and development model consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research instrument used attitude scale measurement parameters raised by Likert. This research produces lapbook learning media which is used in thematic learning in elementary schools. The development of lapbook learning media has been developed through the stages of validation by expert judgment with an average value of 88.87% with a very decent category. Material experts give a score of 87%, linguists 85%, 88.5% presentation and graphic experts give a score of 95 all with very decent categories. After being tested for a limited test in grade 1 elementary school the response value of 84.50% was obtained with a very good category. From the research data it can be concluded that this lapbook learning media has very good quality as a medium for thematic learning in low grade.

Abstract

The aim that will be achieved in this research is to investigate the influence of teachers' social support to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. The research method used is quantitative, with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The number of respondents involved in this study was as much as 35 students, and the sampling techniques used were random sampling. The results showed that the teacher's social support contributed positively and significantly to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). While the contributions of effective teachers' social support variables the teachers to the motivation of achievement of 58.8%, and the remaining 41.2% are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of this research proved that the increasing teachers' social support, the increase also the motivation of achievement of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how significant a significant level of scientific influence on student activity. The school which is the object of this research is SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangerang on Jl. Inpres Raya RT. 003/004 Kel. Gaga Kec. Larangan Tangerang City. The method used in this study is to use t-test testing with the comparative hypothesis testing of two samples to assess whether the effect of an action on behavior or to test whether there is an effect of that action between the Scientific Approach and Student Activity. After the authors conducted t-test testing by testing the comparative hypotheses of two samples, testing using t-test correlates with the right side test because the alternative hypothesis (Ha) sounds better. Hypothesis testing obtained t-hitung -15.637 and ttabel at position 1.668 which means that there is a high influence of scientific application on the activeness of students in social studies class VIII at SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

The study aims at determining the effect of the implementation of the quantum learning model assisted by Islamic-character learning media on the responsibilities and learning outcomes of the fifth graders at Prampelan Elementary School. This research used is pre-experimental design. The results showed that there was an effect of learning responsibilities on the implementation of the quantum learning model assisted by Islamic character learning media influencing student learning outcomes, 51.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining of learning outcomes, 48.2% of student learning outcomes could be explained by other variables outside this study. Based on the classical completeness test that students in Grade VA at SDN Prampelan with a quantum learning model assisted by Islamic learning media with a value of ≥ 65 has reached 75%.

Abstract

PGSD (elementary school teacher Education)'s research skills affect the quality of the resulting thesis, which also affects the length of student thesis completion. The purpose of this research is to develop the book of research methodology in PGSD, with the need for examples of research topics in elementary school with a mind map to make the mindset more and more skilled and lead students in research. This development research uses the model ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Analysis of the data conducted, i.e. analysis of teaching materials feasibility, analysis of student responses to teaching materials, analysis of increased learning outcomes. The results of a need analysis showed 94.56% of students needed a complete and systematic learning resource innovation and equipped with a mind map as a guideline of thought flow. The content of the teaching book has been designed according to curriculum needs and need analysis results. The Draft I tested validity by material experts got a score of 87.5% (very decent) and by linguist got a score of 96.8% (very decent). Advice from material experts and linguists was made a material to revise the teaching book into Draft II, which was then tested to be limited to seeing the aspect of readability. Limited test results show student responses to the study methodology teaching book in excellent category (85.71%). Student learning results have increased and the results of N-gain test show the increase of the low category (0.26). The conclusion is the book of Research Methodology assisted mind map is valid and well worth using.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of student motivation in learning so that student learning outcomes are low. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation in the thematic lessons on the theme of saving sentient beings by applying the cooperative learning model to find a partner. This research was conducted at SDN 04 Bukit Harapan, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency with 21 students consisting of 9 men and 12 women. This research is a classroom action research with research procedures such as planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that student motivation in cycle I was still relatively low with a score of 62 with an average percentage of 4 indicators of learning motivation of 73.8%, while in cycle II it reached a score of 79 with very high criteria, with an average student motivation for learning motivation indicators (4 indicators) of 93.5%. From these results it can be concluded that by applying the type of cooperative learning model to find optimal partners in increasing student motivation.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the involvement of students who are lacking in learning and the low learning outcomes of PKN students. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the three stay one stray cooperative learning model (TSOS) which facilitates students to actively learn to find the information they need in learning. The research was conducted at SDN 002 Muara Lembu with 21 students as research subjects. This research is a class action research conducted in class III B. The research instrument used was an observation sheet and a test of learning outcomes. The results showed that an increase in learning activities after the three stay one stray cooperative learning model was applied where in the first cycle the teacher's action was 57% with a sufficient category to be 77% which was included in the good category, the percentage of student activities in the first cycle was equal to 62% to 80% in the second cycle which is a good category, and student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I which has an average of 72 (enough) to 80 which is included in both categories. The conclusion based on the results of the study is that through the application of the three stay one stray type of cooperative learning model (TSOS) can improve student learning outcomes in class III B SDN 002 Muara Lembu.

Abstract

This study aims to make the development product in the form of an applied mathematics digital module that is used as teaching material for cadets at the Nautics Department at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This development product includes teaching material and simulations that can be executed through the links available in teaching materials to facilitate understanding the material. The research method uses the waterfall development model with 5 (five) stages, namely needs analysis, design and implementation, testing, product release, product maintenance. Development products are tested to content, media experts, and development design experts to obtain product feasibility. The development products were then tested in small groups (6 cadets) and large groups (26 cadets) and allied teacher assessments. The average results of the feasibility assessment by experts amounted to 79.2% or very well qualified. The product feasibility assessment from the small group test was 83.6%, while the product feasibility assessment from the large group test was 85.7%. The scores of allied lecturers were 93.3%. This digital module of applied mathematics is effective in learning and there are simulations that help cadets understand the material.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a valid and practical Socio-Scientific Issue (SSI) based student worksheet (LKPD) on grade VII science learning in junior high school. There are three issues discussed, namely the issue of Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) in Kuansing, the issue of waste and the issue of Forest and Land Fires (KARHUTLA). The development research method uses the Plomp model which consists of the preliminary research phase, the prototyping phase and the assessment phase. In the initial investigation phase, a needs analysis is carried out to see the importance of the issues used as the basis for the development of LKPD. The LKPD prototype manufacturing stage was designed based on SSI with validation by experts consisting of lecturers and teachers. Large group test assessment stage on 31 students to see the practicality of the prototype. LKPD validation results are very valid with an average score of 3.4, very practical with a score of 82.9% by the teacher and very practical 81.4% by students. It can be concluded that LKPD based on SSI is valid and practical to be applied in junior high school science learning.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know the process of learning the skills to write articles by students PBSI VI semester University Hasyim Ashari thorough approach to the process, barriers s ver the process of learning as well as the effectiveness of the approach to the process in the process of learning to write. Research is shortly g using design PTK with 2 cycles. The results of the research are, first, the learning process runs according to the plans that have been prepared. In cycle 1 consists of planning, implementation (introduction, core, and closing), while in cycle II, it consists of replanning and implementation (introduction, core, and closing). The results of the second, namely, the barriers were experienced among which several references have not been prepared by lecturers, students who arrive late, students who are not active in disguise group, indoor heat, sound noisy at the outside of class. These obstacles are not the same every cycle. Third, the process approach is proven to be able to improve students' abilities in making scientific articles. Through the approach of the process, how to write the students more focused and gradual. This increase can be proven from the average value of the class which was originally 55 in the initial condition to 75 in the first cycle and 80 in the second cycle.
