Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the efficiency of the use of capital through the Du Pont approach. The data analysis that will be used is quantitative with the data source, namely secondary data obtained from the 2016-2019 financial statements of PT Siantar Top Tbk. The research variables used are: (1) Asset Turn Over, to show the company's ability to manage all assets to generate sales; (2) Net Profit Margin, to show how much net profit the company gets; (3) Return on Assets, to measure the rate of return of all existing assets; (4) Equity Multiplier, to describe how much equity is compared to the company's total assets or how much assets are financed by debt and; (5) Return on Equity, to measure the rate of return of all existing capital. The results showed that the company's ability to manage its capital in generating net profit was efficient. Factors that affect Return on Equity is the tendency of increasing Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turn Over, and Return on Assets. This shows that the company's ability to generate net profit from sales, manage assets and investments owned in generating sales and net profit is efficient

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the community satisfaction index (IKM) regarding the service quality of PDAM Pontianak City including the service standards carried out during the new normal transition based on Law  no. 19 of 2020. The qualitative descriptive research method uses primary data in the form of 100 customers taken purposively. Research indicators based on Law no. 25 of 2009. The analysis tool uses the IKM analysis and Cartesian diagrams. The results of the study found that based on the IKM analysis, the indicators that were not optimal were the speed of service, service procedures and implementation schedule. Based on Cartesian analysis found major improvements in service procedures and clarity of officers, as well as additional improvements in the form of service speed, fairness of service costs and certainty of service schedules

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Customer Value, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty of PT. BPR Prima Multi Makmur. The population is 88 customers with the sampling technique used is the census. Data obtained by using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that the Customer Value Variable (X2) had a significant and positive influence on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y1). The Service Quality variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y2). The Customer Value variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y2). The CRM variable (X3) has a significant positive effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y2). The Customer Satisfaction variable (Y1) has a significant positive effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y2). Based on the research conclusions, it can be suggested the following: The company, in this case PT. BPR Prima Multi Makmur, must pay attention to the significant pathways in this research in order to add and retain customers better

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena peningkatan jumlah UMKM sektor non-formal dan peningkatan Angkatan kerja di Kota Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian yakni mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan peran UMKM dalam menyerap tenaga kerja yang ada. Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa dokumen dari dinas terkait, hasil wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam komunitas “Ponti Market” yang telah berjalan minimal dua tahun dan memiliki pekerja. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Teknik kualitatif yang terdiri atas penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Pontianak berperan dalam menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 36,33% dari seluruh angkatan kerja. Angkatan kerja yang paling banyak diserap adalah Angkatan kerja tidak terdidik dan atau Pendidikan rendah serta kurang terampil dan UMKM juga berperan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja melalui proses bimbingan secara intensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan dari PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) dilihat dari aspek keuangan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi keuangan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) yang berdampak atas kegagalan perusahaan ini membayar klaim terhadap nasabah pada tahun 2020. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan menggunakan Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor: PER-10/MBU/2014. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi yang bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) periode 2015-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) telah mengalami permasalahan keuangan sejak tahun 2018. (2) aspek ROA, likuiditas, dan RBC menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2018, posisi keuangan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) adalah berada pada kriteria “Sangat Kurang”. (3) sejak tahun 2018, tingkat kesehatan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) sudah berada pada posisi terburuk yaitu “Tidak Sehat dengan predikat C”. Dengan kondisi kesehatan keuangan yang demikian menyebabkan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) tidak sanggup membayar klaim nasabah pada tahun 2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengidentifikasi pengaruh jiwa wirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK N 1 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian expost-facto dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; a) terdapat pengaruh antara jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa hanya sebesar 23,5%; b) terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar sebesar 76,5%; c) terdapat pengaruh kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar sebesar 74,9%. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini yakni: 1) hendaknya pihak sekolah senantiasa menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa melalui kegiatan intra dan ekstra kulikuler; 2) hendaknya pihak sekolah dapat berkoordinasi dengan orang tua siswa sehingga dapat berkolaborasi dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja pada siswa; 3) hendaknya siswa selalu aktif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengasah keterampilan sehingga benar-benar dapat menyiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service in terms of tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in Otomodified stores that affect consumer satisfaction so that it will lead to recommendations from the consumer to the people around him. The method in this study is a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are carried out by filling out questionnaires to consumers and direct interviews with a number of 30 informants. From the results of the recapitulation of interview data in this study, tangible indicators/physical evidence that most dominate on consumer satisfaction so that consumers recommend the store to friends or also the people around them. Physical evidence related to the selection of a very strategic business location, close to the highway, easy parking access, and neat product arrangement. It has become a must for every business actor to always prepare a mature strategy in his business, one example is the selection of a strategic location and a neat product arrangement that can trigger the birth of a recommendation from buyers.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the development of bank credit towards the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) case studies in Pontianak City. Explanatory research aimed at discussing hypotheses and in accordance with research objectives. Provision of bank credit in this case is commercial bank credit consisting of Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI and Bank BPD Kalbar. Population of 415 MSME units that received credit assistance were then sampled as many as 75 respondents who needed at least one year of assistance. The regression used in explaining the effect of giving on the development of MSME businesses is needed through sales volume, labor force, total production and total assets. Lending by banks to MSMEs uses low interest earning productive credit schemes. The results of the study explain that lending influences business development significantly, which affects the sales volume of MSMEs, significantly influences the application of labor, significantly influences the amount of production, and significantly influences the amount of assets.

Abstract

One of the tourism objects that is developing in South Sulawesi is Topejawa Beach, which is located in Takalar Regency. Topejawa Beach is one of the favorite and leading tourist attractions in Takalar Regency. With the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure for tourists, it becomes one of the attractions for tourists to come to visit. Therefore, in the development of Tojawa Beach tourism, it is necessary to organize it effectively and efficiently in order to get a positive perception from tourists. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Topejawa Beach tourist attraction. The method in this study is the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the level of customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the IPA analysis of five variables, namely the image of a tourist attraction, cost, attractions, accessibility, and facilities and services, it is found that the important factor to be addressed (quadrant I) is the image of a tourist attraction. Furthermore, the factors that are considered to have satisfied visitors (quadrant II) are costs and attractions. The factor that is considered not urgent by visitors (quadrant III) is accessibility and the last factor that is considered less important or given too much is the facilities and services in Topejawaa tourism.
