Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strength of the brand Yamaha Jupiter MX when viewed from the aspect of advantages and disadvantages which become the basis of the formation of a community of users. To answer the research question, used qualitative analysis techniques, which collects information from informants that members of the community Jupiter MX, then the results are summarized in a complete accurate. The determination is based on the speaker or respondent snowball sampling method, if after the interview, the initial group is asked to appoint another person to be interviewed. Then, new to the respondents, the researchers also ask another name that .fits into the target. With this technique will produce a relatively homogeneous sample, because respondents tend to appoint people who have the same characteristics with them.The study concluded that the strength of the brand Yamaha Jupiter MX is already well marked by numerous communities popping its kind in the real world or in cyberspace. Of these communities can be assembled several advantages and disadvantages Yamaha Jupiter MX which can later be used as additional information for the Yamaha factory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the assessment of financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods for telecommunications companies listed on IDX in the period 2015-2018. EVA is an estimate of the actual economic profit of business for particular year. MVA is the reduction between market value of equity and equity capital invested. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a sampel of telecommunications companies listed on IDX, with secondary data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that from 2015-2018 PT. TELKOM has positive EVA, In 2015-2016 BTEL has postive EVA value, while 2017-2018 EVA negative value. ISAT 2015-2016 EVA value is negative, 2017 EVA Value is positive, 2018 EVA value is negative. While In 2015 XL has EVA negative EVA value, In 2016-2017 EVA value is positive, and 2018 XL has EVA negative. For the MVA calculation form 2015-2018 PT. TELKOM and BTEL have positive MVA values, FREN has MVA negative. In 2015 ISAT MVA is negative. In 2016-2018 the value of MVA is positive. Whereas In 2015-2016 XL has negative MVA, In 2017-2018 MVA value is positive. It can be seen that although the EVA value is positive, the MVA value is not necessarily positiv

Abstract

The method used is explanatory research and associative. Study population so that the same number of samples, a total of 107 respondents. Measurement data using a Likert scale, the data is processed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis of the influence of variable compensation and leadership simultaneously towards employee motivation. Determinansi amounted for 34.0% (R2) can be explained by the model, with the remaining 66% are influenced by other factors outside the research model. Dominance partially on work motivation in a row is a variable compensation and a variable leadership. Furthermore, the effect of motivation on the performance of significant influence by determinansi by 10.8%

Abstract

Brand image, price, and good customer value, of course, have an impact on customer satisfaction. If the customer is satisfied with the services or products provided, of course, will recommend services and products purchased or used will create positive Wom. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable is brand image, price perception, customer value, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable to Wom users of Maxim online transportation services in Pontianak. Based on previous research and linked to supporting theories put forward by experts using SPSS as a statistical data processing device. This type of research is associative research. In this study, researchers used a nonprobability sampling technique because the researcher did not know the total number of members of the population under study. While the sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. Whereas the sample population numbered 100 people, with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Based on data processing using path analysis, it is evident that brand image, price perception, customer value affect customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on Wom with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Tidak terlepas dari tugas dan fungsi perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang yaitu menjaga dan mengantarkan kiriman barang pelanggan dengan keadaan baik sampai pada tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen pengguna jasa pengiriman barang PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Pontianak terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kurangnya pelayanan terhadap konsumen pengguna pelayanan jasa pengiriman barang PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Pontianak serta untuk mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil oleh pihak pimpinan PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) dalam meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan.Untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan harus diperhatikan aspek tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan dan kepastian), serta empathy (perhatian). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil peneliti adalah kebijakan yang diambil oleh PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Jl. H.O.S. Cokroaminoto No. 100 Pontianak dengan memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan. Pelayanan yang maksimal dan perhatian yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, akan memberikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Jl. H.O.S. Cokroaminoto No. 100 Pontianak yang hingga saat ini dikatakan cukup baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was made by looking at the phenomenon of the growth in the number of businesses in 2017, there were more than 6,500 (six thousand five hundred) new business entities formed in Pontianak City which indirectly also affected Pontianak City's Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) according to the business field in 2018 which an increase of 5.05 percent from the previous year. However, in reality on the ground, according to the release of data by BPS Pontianak City in 2018, it shows that the open unemployment rate in 2018 was 10.37 percent, up 1.04 percent compared to 2017. This is very contrary to the previous fact where the agency business continues to increase in Pontianak City. This study will dig deeper into the role of businesses, especially in the trade sector, in attracting prospective employees as an effort to reduce unemployment in Pontianak City. The data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with business people, of course, by prioritizing health protocols. The results showed that the biggest problem with the increase in the unemployment rate in Pontianak City was the interest of business actors to seek workers from outside the Pontianak City area which prevented the existing workforce from being absorbed. inside the city of Pontianak. Keywords: recruitment, labor, Pontianak ABSTRAK Penelitian dibuat dengan melihat fenomena adanya pertumbuhan  jumlah usaha tahun 2017 tercatat lebih dari 6.500 (enam ribu lima ratus) badan usaha baru terbentuk di Kota Pontianak yang secara tidak langusng juga mempengaruhi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kota Pontianak menurut lapangan usaha pada tahun 2018 yang meningkat 5,05 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Namun pada kenyataan di lapangan menurut rilis data oleh BPS Kota Pontianak tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 10,37 persen, naik 1,04 persen dibandingkan dengan tahun 2017. Hal ini menjadi sangat bertolak belakang dengan fakta sbelumnya dimana badan usaha terus bertambah di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini akan menggali lebih dalam peran usaha terutama pada sektor perdagangan dalam menarik calon karyawan sebagai usaha mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di Kota Pontianak. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan wawancara dengan para pelaku usaha tentu dengan tetap mengedepankan protocol kesehatan.hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masalah terbesar meningkatnya tingkat pengangguran di Kota Pontianak adalah ketertarikan para pelaku usaha untuk mencari pekerja dari luar daerah Kota Pontianak yang membuat tidak terserapnya tenaga kerja yang ada di dalam Kota Pontianak. Kata Kunci: rekrutmen, tenaga kerja, Pontianak

Abstract

In this research, we investigated impact of the solvability ratio and the ownership to the corporate value. We use causality research by using multiple regression analysis method to solve the hypothesis. As conclusion, only the ownership has the significant impact to the corporate value, while the Solvability ratios as the independent variable didn’t have significant impact to the corporate value. In simultaneity, both independent variable have positive influence to the corporate value as the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student attitudes toward the leadership style of the Sebalo Bengkayang Academy of Management. The research variables consist of attitude and leadership style. The population is all active students of the Sebalo Bengkayang Earth Management Academy. The sample was represented by 114 students taken using the Slovin formula randomly drawn. The research instrument used a closed question type questionnaire. Indicators are arranged in a construct based on the theme. Hypothesis testing using behavioral models from Fishbein and Ajzen. The results of the study concluded that the attitude of students included in the category is quite good, according to the findings it can be stated that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, significantly that students have a positive attitude towards leadership style

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is to determine how marketing strategies to increase competitive advantage at PT. Telkom Pontianak. The number of respondents was 18 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a questionnaire, which is an information collection technique that allows the analysis to study attitudes, behaviors, and characteristics, some of the main people in the organization who can be influenced by the proposed system or by the existing system. Based on data analysis, agree that price, product, promotion and distribution are factors that affect the level of marketing strategy. Constraints faced by PT.
