Abstract

Pesantren-based educational institutions practically refer to the approach of the national curriculum and compilation with the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion and the local curriculum which is the policy of each pesantren. The pesantren curriculum tends to be conventional, influenced by salafi principles, which are still considered relevant to today's conditions. This study aims to measure the readiness of education personnel in efforts to modernize Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions, as well as to map the potential for administrative readiness and institutional management. This quantitative research uses an exportatory descriptive approach, taking 9 educational institutions at the SD/MI and SMP/MTs levels in South Sumatra Province. Respondents are educational staff, both teachers and administrative and management staff. The analysis was carried out with inferential statistics to measure the level of school readiness. The results of the study indicate that the education staff has a relatively ready readiness, both education staff at the SD/MI and SMP/MTs levels. It can be said that education staff have shown their readiness to modernize administration in school management, although there are almost differences in the pattern of readiness at each level, which in education staff at the SD/MI level is more visible in behavioral readiness and emotional attitudes, and in educational staff at the SD/MI level. SMP/MTs level education shows more readiness in thinking and readiness from emotional attitudes.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of public services, the Ministry of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) has held a One Day Service (ODS) or public service automation. The results of the implementation of the ODS have had a significant impact on accelerating the service process, but complaints about discrepancies or discrepancies in data are still common, the president even issued Presidential Regulation no. 39 of 2019 concerning one Indonesian data as a result of gaps in data between government agencies and data provider agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). So the purpose of this study is to analyze data integration efforts and their constraints, as well as to design a data integration approach model that is seen as more effective and optimal. This descriptive qualitative research collects document data and interviews with informants who are employees at Kominfo regarding data integration efforts, and the analysis is carried out using a member check and FGD triangulation approach. The results of the research show that the process of integrating data is still not optimal, constrained by problems of coordination between agencies that have not been well established, and Kominfo is still focused on aspects of strengthening technological infrastructure, as well as the readiness of several agencies to supply data. Model construction analysis found that the total quality management (TQM) approach led to an increase in the potential of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics to carry out collaboration and collaboration to obtain data, analyze and publish data needed by society, organizations and the industrial sector. This integration can be carried out optimally when using integrated management, namely TQM.

Abstract

The earthquake resulted in structural, non-structural damage, material and non-material losses and even death. Material losses in the form of damage to houses, household furniture, loss of property. Non-material losses in the form of loss of peace, comfort. The above damage is anticipated by increasing the brick wall elements which contribute well to increasing its capacity to carry the combined external forces that occur during the earthquake. In particular, increasing the strength of a brick wall can be done by selecting the quality of the wall constituent materials and designing the brick wall. This research is addressed to investigate the value of the diagonal shear stress of the masonry brick due to the external forces. The testing was carried out as laboratory testing by using the preference model and method. The results of this study is that normal bricks reach 1500 to 1800 Kgf, and the normal diagonal shear stress reaches 1.6603788 Kg/cm2, while initial cracking at 400 to 800 Kgf, later cracking at 800 to 1,000 Kgf and failing at 1,500 – 1,800 Kgf.

Abstract

In the implementation of a system, if the organization provides support to employees for their tasks, the employees will enjoy their work and improve performance through the use of the new system. In addition, when employees feel the same connection with their job or workplace. In mining activities, operators have the potential for high levels of fatigue because production activities are carried out 24 hours and are divided into 2 shifts. In anticipation of accidents caused by fatigue, PT Pamapersada Nusantara is currently developing technology in the unit cabin that can detect indications of operator fatigue when operating the unit. The technology in question is DMS/MH02 (Driving Monitoring System / Mata Hati 2). This research proposes to examine the role of organizational support ,work engagement between and MH02 technology in coal mining use Delone & Mclean model. The quantitative research technique is referred to as the research method. The target of this research is PT. Pamapersada Nusantara, and the research sample, which consists of 279 respondents, refers to the structural equational modelling model. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it turns out that DMS/MH02 for user satisfaction, net benefit, use from user perceptions expressed agreement regarding usability, satisfaction and usefulness for the average value of usability (DMS/MH02 use) at 3.6 while for usefulness ( net benefit) with an average of 4 and for user satisfaction it has the lowest average value, namely 3.27.For the role of organizational support in the implementation of DMS/MH02, it is proven to have a positive influence on DMS/MH02 use. The study found that there was a statistically significant effect of technical and organizational variables in management information system applications. This study led to the need to involve employees and users in the planning process for developing the information/technology system.

Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of road improvements on the road section in Ambeng-Ambeng Watangrejo village, Duduksampeyan, Gresik Regency along ± 1.5 km which caused traffic jams due to narrowing of road capacity. Vehicle travel time is very influential on the level of fuel consumption, because the longer the travel time experienced by a vehicle, the more fuel consumption will be. The length of congestion will affect the temperature of the vehicle engine which will get hotter which will eventually affect fuel consumption which will be more wasteful and this will result in a considerable material loss value. This study used quantitative research methods and direct surveys. The primary data used in this study included vehicle travel time and vehicle volume. The types of vehicles analyzed are several types of cars fueled by pertalite. Then the data is processed using references from the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014) and LAPI-ITB. The results showed that the loss of private cars (KR) fueled by the pertalite type was quite large, namely on Monday, the total loss during the 6 hours of research amounted to Rp.13.575.702 with an average hourly loss of Rp.2.262.617. As for Tuesday, the total loss during the 6 hours of research amounted to Rp.15.942.725 with an average hourly loss of Rp.2.657.121. And for Wednesday, the total loss during the 6 hours of research amounted to Rp.12.182.256 with an average hourly loss of Rp.2.030.376

Abstract

Along the duduksampeyan highway there is road construction (rigid pavement) so that the road section has narrowed, which originally had 4 two-way lanes reduced to 2 two-way lanes along 1.5 km so that traffic became paralyzed and caused long queues of vehicles. This results in a significant delay that can harm transportation users who cross the road. The purpose of this study was to determine the length of queues and travel delay times. Then the data that has been obtained from the field is then analyzed based on technical aspects based on the Indonesian road capacity guidelines in 2014 (PKJI, 2014). From the analysis of the queue length above, the longest queue with a length of 2481.3 meters from the direction of Lamongan - Surabaya and the shortest queue with a length of 1187.1 meters in the direction of Lamongan - Surabaya. The results of the delay time analysis found that the highest delay time occurred on Monday at 07:00 – 08:00 with a delay time of 26,26 minutes from the direction of Lamongan - Surabaya and on Wednesday at 08:00 – 09:00 was the lowest delay time with a delay time of 0,1 minutes from the direction of Lamongan - Surabaya.
