Abstract

Sugar factory waste is pretty exciting stuff for in the analysis. Waste generated solid,gas, liquid still need to utilize the waste handling. On this occasion, the researcher triedto analyze molasses added to concrete materials. In this study, we created two groups of specimens will be compared to the results which one is better. Then the object testedsectioned with a compression test machine. After investigation it turned out the result showed the difference between concrete with molasses added material would be betterthan ordinary concrete. Top Calculation results divisive 15.63 Kg/cm2 test without added ingredients and 33.71 Kg/cm2 concrete with molasses added ingredients

Abstract

Building is a place of activity and interaction among it’s occupants. There fore, the protectian of the strength of building structure must be noticed well. Same dangers that likely to happen are flood, eartquake and corrosive. This research is aimed at knowing the strength of concrate residue. The method used in this research are visual observation, distructive and non destructive test. Distructive method uses hammer test,while non destructive uses compresssion test machine. The result of hammer test is counted by normal and homogeneuos data test. Then, the result of distructive and non destructive test are declaredto be received if the width more than 80% the strength of concrate residue (250kg/cm 2). It can be concluded that the result of destructive, non destructive and analysis are the demage of building 10.1 %, wall 8.5 %, column 1.4 % (there are two column damage), bean 0.3 % (one beam demage). Several damagae building structure are strengthened by carbon fibre stripe.

Abstract

Gedung adalah tempat untuk beraktifitas dan bersosialisasi manusia. Oleh sebab itu gedung harus memenuhi persyaratan keamanan dan kenyamanan sehingga manusia yang beraktifitas didalamnya merasa aman terhadap bahaya yang memungkinkan terjadi.Salah satu bencana yang memungkinkan terjadi adalah gempa bumi. Pada penelitian kali ini peneliti mencoba untuk mengetahui kekuatan tekan beton sisa. Metode yang digunakan adalah distructive and non destructive test. Non distructive method menggunakan alat hammer test, destructive menggunakan alat compresssion test machine. Hasil dari kekuatan beton sisa harus lebih dari 80% kuat tekan beton rencana (250kg/cm 2) atau sebesar 250kg/cm 2. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan pada titik IV dan VI dibawah 200 Kg/cm2.Oleh sebab itu pada daerah IV dan VI diperkuat dengancarbon fibre stripe. Sehingga kekuatannya dapat memenuhi persyaratan yang diijinkan.
