Abstract

The enthusiasm of Muslims in memorizing the Qur'an from time to time is increasingly felt. This can be observed in the emergence of boarding school programs that focus on the Qur'an or more precisely the Tahfidzul Al-Qur'an boarding school. Interest in memorizing the Qur'an and the ability to speak Arabic can be a person's influence in achieving the recitation of the Qur'an. The focus of this research will be to discuss the influence of the interest in memorizing the Qur'an and the ability of the Arabic language to memorize Al-Qur'an's achievements in the hope of contributing ideas for the future of Al-Qur'an education in Indonesia.Pesatnya animo dan semangat umat Islam dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an dari waktu ke waktu kian terasa. Hal ini dapat dicermati bermunculannya program pesantren-pesantren yang konsen tehadap Al-Qur'an atau lebih tepatnya pesantren Tahfidzul Al-Qur'an. Minat menghafal Al-Qur'an dan kemampuan berbahasa Arab kiranya dapat menjadi pengaruh seseorang dalam berprestasi terhadap hafalan Al-Qur'an. Fokus dalam penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh minat menghafal Al-Qur'an dan kemampuan bahasa Arab terhadap prestasi hafalan Al-Qur'an dengan harapan dapat memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran untuk masa depan pendidikan Al-Qur'an di Indonesia.

Abstract

Conflicts inherent in human social life, have positive and negative effects. Instead of appearing in a definite form such as strengthening ties and affirming identity, conflict often arises negatively, in the way of violence, destruction, and loss of life. Bina Damai is the ideal concept in managing conflict before becoming destructive. Bina Damai is an effort from all levels of society in creating peace and tries to handle conflict so as not to cause damage and spread so that it is not controlled. All levels of the organization realize Bina Damai through the implementation of values ​​that exist in culture and religion. This study uses qualitative research and data collection using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The purpose of the study is to explore the cultural and religious values ​​that are the foundations of Bina Damai in Gunungsari District, West Lombok. This study uses qualitative research and data collection using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that cultural and religious values are still preserved and held firmly by the people of Gunungsari-West Lombok, these values are preserved in the form of daily acts and religious events, so as to be able to realize Bina Damai among residents in Gunungsari.Konflik melekat dalam kehidupan sosial manusia, memiliki efek positif dan negative. Alih-alih muncul dalam bentuk positif seperti menguatkan ikatan dan penegasan identitas, konflik seringkali muncul dalam bentuknya yang negative, berupa kekerasan, pengerusakan, dan penghilangan nyawa. Bina Damai adalah konsep yang ideal dalam mengelola konflik sebelum menjadi destruktif. Bina Damai adalah usaha dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam menciptakan perdamaian dan usaha mengelola konflik agar tidak menimbulkan kerusakan dan menyebar sehingga tidak terkendali. Bina Damai diwujudkan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat melalui pelaksanaan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam budaya dan agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menelusuri nilai-nilai budaya dan agama yang menjadi pondasi Bina Damai di Kecamatan Gunungsari-Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai budaya dan agama masih dilestarikan dan dipegang teguh oleh masyarakat Gunungsari-Lombok Barat, nilai-nilai tersebut dilestarikan dalam bentuk perbuatan sehari-hari maupun acara-acara keagamaan, sehingga mampu mewujudkan Bina Damai antar warga di Gunungsari.

Abstract

The adoption of government regulations instead of law number 2 of 2017 instead of law number 17 of 2013 concerning community organizations certainly creates a lot of polemic in society. The controversy gave rise to the pros and cons of the law. The community feels freedom in organizing is castrated, while on the other hand, some people agree with the new law and this has an impact on society. The result in society is an unusual social symptom to study, considering that there are so many forms of community organizations in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The number of kinds of community organizations, the government feels that a new regulation is needed, namely perppu number 2 of 2017 instead of law number 17 of 2013 concerning community organizations that have passed into law. With the enactment of Perppu number 2 of 2017 into law, there have been many turmoils in the community in responding to this matter, starting from those who agree and those who do not conform to the promulgation of the Perppu, but the impact in the community is not significant because the organizations legally dissolved they are illegal, they still run religious activities as they should by not violating applicable laws.Disahkannya peraturan pemerintah pengganti undang-undang nomor 2 tahun 2017 pengganti undang-undang nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyarakatan tentunya menimbulkan banyak polemik di dalam masyarakat. Polemik tersebut memunculkan pro dan kontra tentang undang-undang tersebut. Masyarakat merasa kebebasan dalam berorganisasi terkebiri, sedangkan di sisi lain sebagian masyrakat setuju dengan aturan hukum baru tersebut dan hal inilah yang menimbulkan dampak di dalam masyrakat. Dampak di dalam masyarakat merupakan gejala sosial yang menarik untuk diteliti, mengingat begitu banyak bentuk organisasi kemasyarakatan yang ada di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Banyaknya bentuk organisasi kemasyarakatan, pemerintah merasa perlu dibentuk regulasi baru yaitu perppu nomor 2 tahun 2017 pengganti undang-undang nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyrakatan yang telah disahkan menjadi undang-undang. Dengan disahkannya perppu nomor 2 tahun 2017 menjadi undang-undang, banyak gejolak di dalam masyrakat dalam menyikapi hal tersebut, mulai dari yang setuju dan yang tidak setuju diundangkannya perppu tersebut, akan tetapi dampak di masyarakat tidak terlalu signifikan dikarenakan ormas yang mendapat sanksi pembubaran secara hukum mereka illegal, secara kegiatan keagamaan tetap mereka jalankan sebagaimana mestinya dengan tidak melanggar undang-undang yang berlaku.

Abstract

Character educators are educated to form a person's personality through high education of character, which results in the back of someone's reality, namely good behavior, honesty, responsibility, respect for others, hard work, and so on. Gender differences are not really a problem as long as they do not give birth to discrimination. But in reality gender differences have given birth to various injustices, especially to women. Teachers who are held during this time are considered to be still many who are gender biased. These halghter can be found in the subject matter and in the treatment of female students in certain schools. From a material perspective, it can be seen in several book packages on student subjects, in which there is often a treatment that may not be accepted or has led to gender discrimination.Pendidik karakter dididik untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang melalui pendidikan karakter yang tinggi, yang menghasilkan di belakang realitas seseorang, yaitu perilaku yang baik, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, rasa hormat terhadap orang lain, kerja keras, dan sebagainya. Perbedaan gender bukan masalah asalkan tidak melahirkan diskriminasi. Namun dalam kenyataannya, perbedaan gender telah melahirkan berbagai ketidakadilan, terutama bagi perempuan. Guru yang dipegang selama ini dianggap masih banyak yang bias gender. Halter ini dapat ditemukan dalam materi pelajaran dan perlakuan terhadap siswa perempuan di masing-masing sekolah. Dari perspektif fisik, dapat dilihat dalam beberapa paket buku tentang mata pelajaran siswa, di mana sering ada perlakuan yang mungkin tidak diterima atau mengarah pada diskriminasi gender.

Abstract

An effort to educate learner in Islamic education as an order to the learner be able to change character and behavior. For Islamic education, learner hoped to be able to understand whole Islamic teachings and comprehend the aim of Islamic education entirely. Islamic subject Learning system has planned systematically and referred to learning components which have oriented to the new paradigm and the application of contextual teaching and learning approach; the class condition will be conducive and comfortable for the learner to be motivated to learn Islamic subject. In contextual teaching and learning approach be able to direct the process of Islamic teaching and learning for growing learner good behavior, character building, and moral values that will become human who has proper responsibility, emotional, intellectual, and human who has emotional intelligence in developing the learner potency in applying of Islamic educational making good relation between God with human being and doing whole Islamic teachings in Global Era. How the learner knows about Islamic teachings, but it discusses what has known and realized by learner after learning.? Learner hoped to be able to have a strong desire and a high commitment to understand and apply Islamic teachings.Suatu upaya mendidik peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam agar siswa dapat mengubah karakter dan perilaku. Melalui pendidikan Islam, pelajar berharap dapat memahami seluruh ajaran Islam dan memahami sepenuhnya tujuan dari pendidikan Islam. Sistem pembelajaran mata pelajaran pendidikan Islam harus direncanakan secara sistematis dan harus mengacu pada komponen pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada paradigma baru dan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, kondisi kelas akan kondusif dan mudah bagi peserta didik untuk termotivasi belajar Islam objek kajiannya. Tentunya pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dapat mengarahkan proses pembelajaran dan pembelajaran keislaman untuk menumbuhkan perilaku baik peserta didik, pembentukan karakter, dan nilai-nilai moral yang akan menjadi manusia yang memiliki tanggung jawab baik, emosional, intelektual, dan manusia yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dalam mengembangkan potensi pelajar dalam menerapkan pendidikan Islam membuat hubungan yang baik antara Tuhan dengan manusia dan melakukan seluruh ajaran Islam di Era Global. Bagaimana pelajar tahu tentang ajaran Islam, tetapi membahas tentang apa yang telah diketahui dan disadari oleh pelajar setelah belajar? Setiap peserta didik dapat termotivasi serta memiliki keinginan yang kuat dan komitmen yang tinggi untuk mewujudkan dan menerapkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Law enforcement in Indonesia is still not going well and is so alarming. The problem of law enforcement (law enforcement) always tends to be the imbalance of dynamic interactions between legal aspects in expectations or das swollen, with elements of the application of the law in reality das sein. The weakness of law enforcement in Indonesia today can be reflected in various resolutions of significant cases that have not been completed, one of which is the practice of corrupt corruption, but ironically the main actors are very few who are legally enforced. This fact is precisely the best compared to some cases involving small people. Judging from the study of philosophy, the reflection of legal philosophy is done to be able to know the irregularities that exist in the application of the law in looking at the value orientation of justice that concerns the view of human life. Because the code must always be returned to its original purpose to create justice, this study discusses Sidharta's conception of building and legal systems in examining the problem of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research method used in this paper is descriptive research, which aims to investigate law enforcement in Indonesia in terms of the study of the philosophy of law and law enforcement seen from the concept of Sidharta in creating justice law. Penegakan hukum di Indonesia masih belum berjalan dengan baik dan begitu memprihatinkan. Permasalahan penegakan hukum (law enforcement) selalu bertendensi pada ketimpangan interaksi dinamis antara aspek hukum dalam harapan atau das sollen, dengan aspek penerapan hukum dalam kenyataan das sein. Lemahnya penegakan hukum di Indonesia saat ini dapat tercermin dari berbagai penyelesaian kasus besar yang belum tuntas, salah satunya adalah praktek korupsi yang menggurita, namun ironisnya para pelaku utamanya sangat sedikit yang terambah hukum. Kenyataan tersebut justru berbanding terbaik dengan beberapa kasus yang melibatkan rakyat kecil. Dilihat dari kajian filsafat, refleksi filsafat hukum dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui kejanggalan-kejanggalan yang ada dalam penerapan hukum dalam menilik orientasi nilai keadilan yang menyangkut pandangan hidup manusia. Sebab hukum harus selalu dikembalikan kepada tujuan awalnya untuk menciptakan keadilan. Penelitian ini membahas konsepsi Sidharta tentang bangunan dan sistem hukum dalam mengkaji masalah penegakan hukum di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji penegakan hukum di Indonesia ditinjau dari kajian filsafat hukum dan penegakan hukum dilihat dari konsep Sidharta dalam menciptakan hukum yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

The importance of moral education leadership is to ensure the excellent implementation of education at all levels. The ethical implementation of educational leadership starts from oneself, the immediate environment and is done through habituation in the behavior of daily life, moral internalization in educational leadership is supported by knowledge, self-concept, and conscience because the moral direction of education is influenced by internal factors and external. Internal factors include reason, intrinsic motivation, and self-tendencies, and external factors are all factors that come from outside the individual. The implication is that important leaders set an example in good attitudes and behavior, especially for education leaders, that every individual involved in education needs to implement morals, so that an atmosphere that supports each other's moral leadership and makes education moral morale an essential part of the lead process, various factors which affects the moral direction of education needs to be considered, evaluated and corrected so that all become optimal. Pentingnya moral kepemimpinan pendidikan adalah untuk menjamin baiknya pelaksanaan pendidikan di semua tingkat. Implementasi moral kepemimpinan pendidikan dimulai dari diri sendiri, lingkungan terdekat dan dilakukan melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan dalam perilaku kehidupan sehari-hari, internalisasi moral dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan didukung oleh pengetahuan, konsep diri, dan hati nurani, karena moral kepemimpinan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi akal pikiran, motivasi instrinsik dan kecenderungan diri, serta faktor eksternalnya adalah segala faktor yang datang dari luar diri individu. Implikasinya, pemimpin penting memberi contoh dalam sikap dan perilaku yang baik terutama bagi pemimpin pendidikan, setiap individu yang terlibat dalam pendidikan perlu mengimplementasikan moral, sehingga tercipta suasana yang saling mendukung moral kepemimpinan pendidikan dan menjadikan moral kepemimpinan pendidikan sebagai bagian penting dalam proses memimpin, berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi moral kepemimpinan pendidikan perlu diperhatikan, di evaluasi dan di perbaiki sehingga seluruhnya menjadi optimal.

Abstract

This study is related to the perception of Islamic Education teachers on their teaching practices in the Qur'an recitation skills due to the national primary schools under the administration of Education Ministry. A total of 120 Islamic Education teachers were involved as respondents in this study. They were randomly selected from ten districts in Selangor. Data were collected through a set of questionnaires consisting of 32 items. Descriptive statistics consisted of frequency, percentage and mean were used to report the findings. Findings showed that the average means of all four components in teaching practices were high. The component of lesson induction showed mean=4.03, the component of lesson expansion showed mean=4.18, the component of lesson closure showed mean=4.03 and the component of teaching aids showed mean=3.77. In conclusion, teachers should ensure a continuous improvement in their teaching practices especially in Quran recitation skills.Penelitian ini terkait dengan persepsi guru Pendidikan Islam tentang praktik mengajar mereka dalam keterampilan membaca Al-Qur'an karena sekolah dasar nasional di bawah administrasi Departemen Pendidikan. Sebanyak 120 guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dilibatkan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Mereka dipilih secara acak dari sepuluh distrik di Selangor. Data dikumpulkan melalui seperangkat kuesioner yang terdiri dari 32 item. Statistik deskriptif terdiri dari frekuensi, persentase dan rata-rata digunakan untuk melaporkan temuan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata rata-rata keempat komponen dalam praktik mengajar tinggi. Komponen induksi pelajaran menunjukkan rata-rata = 4.03, komponen ekspansi pelajaran menunjukkan rata-rata = 4.18, komponen penutupan pelajaran menunjukkan rata-rata = 4.03 dan komponen alat bantu mengajar menunjukkan rata-rata = 3.77. Sebagai kesimpulan, guru harus memastikan peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam praktik pengajaran mereka terutama dalam keterampilan membaca Al-Quran.

Abstract

In religious learning, students are expected to be able to understand the daily prayers taught in class. To achieve these goals, the right method is needed so students can follow these prayers. One way that can be used to prepare daily prayers is the sima'i method. This type of research is classroom action research. The results in this study are students can memorize correctly and both on the accuracy of speech, fluency, and attitude. This study concludes that the sima'i method has a positive influence on increasing the ability to memorize daily prayers on the subject. The results are taken based on the comparison of data between before and after being given treatment in the form of applying the sima'i method to the topic. Dalam pembelajaran agama, siswa diharapkan mampu mamahami doa-doa harian yang diajarkan di kelas. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, diperlukan metode yang tepat agar siswa dapat memahami doa-doa tersebut. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan doa-doa harian adalah metode sima’i. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswa dapat menghafal dengan benar dan baik pada ketepatan ucapan, kelancaran dan sikap. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah metode sima’i memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menghafal doa-doa harian pada subjek. Hasil tersebut diambil berdasarkan perbandingan data antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan berupa penerapan metode sima’i pada subjek.

Abstract

This research caused by the ineffectiveness of the implementation of student discipline on the punishment. The research aims to reveal, 1) the implementation of student rules regarding punishment in the Islamic perspective, 2) the effectiveness of the implementation of student rules regarding punishment in the Islamic perspective, 3) the obstacles in implementing student discipline regarding punishment in the Islamic perspective. This research used descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. The research conducted at Mujahidin Private Senior High School. The subject of this study was the counselling teacher and the teacher of Islamic education. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The validity checking data technique used in this study is data triangulation. The results of the research: 1) Implementation of the rules has been applied to the maximum, considering students have understood the prevailing rules and regulations as well as students who violate but are still said to be reasonable because they are only related to minor violations. 2) There is an awareness of his mistakes and the responsibility to improve them. The decline in the number of violations is also evidence of the increase in awareness in carrying out school discipline and the progress made by this school because of implementation punishment. 3) The inhibiting factor is the student itself related to awareness, environment, and parents. While the supporting factor is the cooperation that exists between the school and students.Penelitian ini disebabkan oleh ketidakefektifan penerapan disiplin siswa pada hukuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan, 1) implementasi aturan siswa tentang hukuman dalam perspektif Islam, 2) efektivitas penerapan aturan siswa tentang hukuman dalam perspektif Islam, 3) hambatan dalam menerapkan disiplin siswa mengenai hukuman dalam Islam perspektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Swasta Mujahidin. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru konseling dan guru pendidikan Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan data validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian: 1) Implementasi aturan telah diterapkan secara maksimal, mengingat siswa telah memahami aturan dan peraturan yang berlaku serta siswa yang melanggar tetapi masih dikatakan wajar karena hanya terkait dengan pelanggaran kecil. 2) Ada kesadaran akan kesalahannya dan tanggung jawab untuk memperbaikinya. Menurunnya jumlah pelanggaran juga merupakan bukti meningkatnya kesadaran dalam melaksanakan disiplin sekolah dan kemajuan yang dibuat oleh sekolah ini karena hukuman pelaksanaan. 3) Faktor penghambatnya adalah siswa itu sendiri terkait dengan kesadaran, lingkungan, dan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah kerja sama yang ada antara sekolah dan siswa.
