Abstract

The company's financial performance is one measure of the company's success in an accounting period. One of the measures to assess financial performance is by using financial statement analysis. With a view to knowing the financial performance of PT. Timah Tbk. during 2016 to 2020, in this study the researchers used several financial statement analysis tools. The use of secondary data comes from the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange at the address https://www.idx.co.id/corporate-tercatat/laporan-keuangan-dan-tahun/, to retrieve financial data such as annual financial report data from 2016 to 2015. /d 2020. Quantitative descriptive analysis techniques using comparative financial statement analysis (comparative profit and loss and comparative balance) and financial statement ratio analysis consisting of (a) short-term liquidity, (b) capital structure and solvency, (c) returns on investment capital, (d) asset turnover, and (e) operating performance and profitability. The results showed that the net profit of PT. Timah Tbk. in 2016, 2017, and 2018 on a year-on-year (yoy) basis, with the previous year, generally experiencing an increase, but in 2019 and 2020 experiencing a decline. Financial performance of PT. Timah Tbk. seen from the net profit margin sequentially from 2016 to 2020 experienced fluctuations and the highest achievement was in 2017 and the lowest was in 2019. While the assets of PT. Timah Tbk. in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 on a year-on-year (yoy) basis, with the previous year, generally experiencing an increase, but in 2020 it experienced a decline. Liabilities/debts of PT. Timah Tbk., in 2016 to 2020 on a year on years (yoy) basis with the previous year, in general, experiencing fluctuations. Equity/capital of PT. Timah Tbk., in 2016, 2017, and 2018 years on years (yoy) with the previous year in general increasing, but in 2019 and 2020 experiencing a decline

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of determination between human resources and economic growth in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands before and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of the study indicate that the human resource variable has a positive and significant coefficient value on economic growth, this indicates that the higher Human Resources (IPM) will significantly affect the rate of economic growth (GRDP) in the province of the islands of Bangka Belitung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, leadership, communication, and job stress on employee performance and career development. This research uses the descriptive-quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pangkalpinang City, amounting to 54 respondents. Sampling technique using the census. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of the variables of motivation, leadership, communication, and work stress on employee performance and career development. The results of the study also concluded that the influence of motivation, leadership, communication, and work stress variables partially on employee performance, where the communication variable has the greatest influence compared to other variables that affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this study uses quantitative research, the data collection method that will be used in this study by using a questionnaire or questionnaire that will be filled directly by respondents Testing in this study uses SPSS, in the analysis of multiple linear regression it is known that the variable location, promotion and brand image a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. T-test results from location, promotion, and the brand image obtained sig <0.05 in a persistently independent variable positive effect on the dependent variable is accepted. Test results show that the independent variables jointly have a positive effect on the dependent variable accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that location, promotion, and brand image can influence tourists' decision to point at 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% is explained by other variables outside of research capital

Abstract

The research purpose is to analyze and determine the influence of Competitive Prices, Product Quality, and Location on Purchasing Decisions on consumers in the Selindung Pangkal Pinang Hygienic Market. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely: Competitive Prices, Product Quality, and Location while the dependent variable is Purchasing Decisions. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression analysis followed by simultaneous and partial tests with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study stated that simultaneously competitive price, product quality, and location variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 97.5%. Based on the t-test that the variable competitive prices, product quality, and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis test results indicate the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in all the variables tested, and alternative hypotheses (Ha) are accepted, meaning all independent variables consisting of competitive prices, product quality, and location affect the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Price, Brand Image, and Promotion on Vivo Brand Smartphone Purchase Decisions by using a survey method. The population used in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Payung who used incidental sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the effect of price, brand image, and promotion simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on the Vivo Brand Smartphone Purchase Decision in Payung District. Partial test shows (1) that price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones in the Payung sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising, free shipping, and service quality on purchasing decisions on the Lazada application in the city of Pangandaran. The population used in this study are consumers who buy goods on the Lazada application in Rangkui District, Pangkal Pinang City. A sample of 96 respondents was determined by the accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the influence of advertising, free shipping, and service quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions on the Lazada application in Rangkui District, Pangkalpinang City. A partial test (t-test) shows that 1) Advertising variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Lazada applications in Rangkui District, Pangkalpinang City.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. This research was conducted on guests who have stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Pangkalpinang Pangkalpinang by taking a sample of 193 people using an accidental sampling technique. The sample criteria are people who have stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Pangkalpinang because people with these criteria are considered to have been able to assess the hotel where they stay. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, the promotion has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of acceptance of public service levies, business service fees, and certain licensing fees on Bangka Regency's Original Revenue. The data analysis method used is the Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Testing (Simultaneous Test (F Test), Partial Test (t-Test) The process uses SPSS The results of this study indicate that data analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis methods shows that Public Service Charges, Business Service Charges, and Certain Licensing Fees have a significant effect on Regional Original Income (PAD) in Bangka Regency. Further research is recommended to add variables or conduct research in other governments and using different methods

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure as measured by the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), liquidity as measured by the current ratio (CR), and firm size as measured by the natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets on financial performance. as measured by return on equity (ROE) in textile and garment sub-sector companies for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample used is 10 companies. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that the capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and firm size simultaneously had a significant effect on financial performance (ROE). Partially, capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and firm size have a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROE).
