Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market oriented, product innovation and strategic marketing creativity on Kopiah Resam in Dendang Village, Kelapa Bangka Barat. The sample in this study amounted to 187 people us Dusun Belit, Dusun Juruh and Dusun Ganjan using the Slovin method. The data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression methods and the data is analyzed using the SPSS 25 program. Simultaneously independent variables (market orientation, product innovation and strategic marketing creativity) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Marketing Performance) in the Kopiah Resam MSME. R Square value of 0.535 or 53.5% means that the Purchase Decision variable in the Marketing Performance Study of in Dendang Village, Kelapa Bangka Barat is influenced by marketing orientation, product innovation and strategic creativity while the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Many companies are undergoing management reforms. The emergence of the term Agile in this transformation has become an option. A basic understanding of agility in the concept of agile HR as an operational strategy for the HR function is critical to understanding it comprehensively. A concept emphasized in this perspective is the focus on people agility. To understand the emergence of Agile HR as an HR operational strategy, this study is a historical schema that tracks corresponding changes in organizational strategy, talent management, and HR operating models over time. The interaction between strategy and HR strategy makes it possible to understand how HR agility as an operational strategy has emerged as a means to address the challenges presented by the new wave of strategy/HR/management models and explore where agility as an operational HR strategy can take place.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of return on assets (ROA), Return on equity (ROE), Net profit margin (NPM) and Earning per share (EPS) on the stock prices of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). during the 2019-2022 period. The participants in this study are transportation companies that will be listed on the IDX between 2019 and 2022. The population in this study are transportation companies listed on the IDX in the period 2019-2022. This study used a sample using purposive sampling method so that out of 35 companies, 15 transportation companies were found to fulfill the model used as an exploratory test. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) did not significantly influence the stock price of transportation companies. Meanwhile, Net profit margin (NPM) and Earning per share (EPS) have a significant effect on the share prices of transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

Every business or company has risks that are likely to occur, meaning that every business/company that is carried out will be inversely proportional to the risks that follow. Entrepreneurs make risks that are likely to occur in the future used as the main reference/goal by staying away from risks and managing risks. The task of the company/business is to deal with risks that will occur, namely, investors as avoiding risks and management as risk managers, namely reducing the possibility of risks occurring. This study examines the application of ERM in the Tea Break franchise business. The purpose of this study is to find out the various risks that exist in the tea break franchise business and to find out how the ERM framework is applied to the tea break franchise business. The type of research used to conduct this research is using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach by collecting data by means of field studies, namely by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data using observation and interview methods. Secondary data usually comes from library research by collecting, reading, and understanding theories from books, journals, magazines, or data from relevant internet theories.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion on buying interest at the Banjar Mart store, Petaling village, Bangka Induk Regency. This research is a quantitative research, so the data collection that will be used in the research is done by using a questionnaire that will be filled out directly by the respondent. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the result of which is that it is known that the variables of product, price, promotion on buying interest at the Banjar Mart store, Petaling Village, Bangka parent district. The results of the F test show that the calculated F is 34,720> F table 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. This shows that the independent variables are product, price. and promotion together proved to have a significant effect on buying interest. The t-test aims to show how far the influence of one independent variable or independent variable (X) individually in explaining the variation of the dependent variable or the dependent variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.531, which means 53.1% of the independent variables are able to explain the effect on the dependent variable, while 46.9% is influenced by other independent variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Technology Information, Corporate Image, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Sungailiat Branch. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample, distributing questionnaires to Islamic savings customers and filling in answers using a Likert scale, where in the data analysis using an instrument test to measure the validity of each answer item and measure the level of reliability of each variable, followed by using the classical assumption test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing. In the regression analysis, it is obtained that the regression line is Y = 3,363 + 0,366 + 0,248 + 0,211 + e, which shows a positive value meaning that the three X variables affect variable Y. Based on simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing, there are results that information technology, corporate image, and Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, and the information technology variable is the variable with the most dominant influence, namely 0.366 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, digital marketing, and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycles in West Bangka Regency. This study uses an explanatory research approach which explains the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables. The research model is hypothesis testing, which tests the theoretical relationships built by the author. The data used were collected from research respondents, namely consumers/users of Yamaha motorcycles in West Bangka Regency. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the results of the F test calculation state that the brand image, digital marketing and influencer marketing variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycles in West Bangka Regency. Based on the results of the t test, it is stated that the three variables, namely brand image, digital marketing and influencer marketing, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycles in West Bangka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap pengelolaan risiko valuta asing dalam manajemen keuangan perusahaan multinasional (MNC). Fluktuasi nilai tukar mata uang antara negara-negara di mana perusahaan MNC beroperasi dapat memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keuangan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan literature review. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian literatur yang komprehensif dari sumber-sumber yang relevan, seperti jurnal akademis, buku, dan laporan riset. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa risiko valuta asing dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti fluktuasi nilai tukar, stabilitas politik dan ekonomi, serta faktor-faktor mikro ekonomi. Perusahaan MNC menggunakan berbagai alat dan teknik pengelolaan risiko valuta asing, termasuk kontrak berjangka, opsi valuta asing, dan lindung nilai valuta asing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital. This research is a quantitative study, so the data collection that will be used in this study is done using a questionnaire that will be filled out directly by respondents. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, the results of which indicate that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality affect inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The results of the t-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality obtain a significance value of <0.05. The results of the F-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality collectively have a positive influence on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) indicates that facility completeness, health administration, and service quality influence inpatient satisfaction by 51.3%, while the remaining 48.7% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this research.

Abstract

Saat mengevaluasi potensi perubahan aset moneter yang dapat dikendalikan di masa depan dan memperkirakan batas untuk membuat aset ini, laporan keuangan biasanya digunakan sebagai data. Rasio aktivitas (periode perputaran piutang), rasio likuiditas (rasio lancar, rasio uji cepat, cash ratio), rasio leverage (debt ratio, time interest earn ratio), dan rasio profitabilitas (return on investment, gross profit margin, net profit margin) merupakan contoh indikator kinerja keuangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan perbaikan pada rasio aset lancar kewajiban lancar, pendapatan bunga, perputaran piutang, dan pengembalian investasi. Namun, margin laba bersih mengalami penurunan.
