Abstract

Studi kasus kualitatif ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara tingkat perhatian guru dan hasil belajar siswa kelas enam di SD IT Ihya' As-Sunnah Singkut. Melibatkan 12 siswa dan 3 guru, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, analisis dokumen, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus, dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan triangulasi dan pemeriksaan anggota untuk kredibilitas. Temuan mengungkapkan korelasi positif antara perhatian guru dan hasil belajar siswa di tiga dimensi utama: (1) perhatian pribadi meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik sebesar 78%; (2) pembelajaran yang dibedakan meningkatkan penguasaan materi sebesar 85%; (3) umpan balik yang membangun meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa sebesar 82%. Perhatian guru yang konsisten dan terukur menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif yang mendukung pencapaian akademik yang optimal. Implikasi praktis menekankan pentingnya mengembangkan kapasitas guru dalam memberikan perhatian yang dipersonalisasi dan pembelajaran yang dibedakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di sekolah dasar Islam terpadu. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pemahaman baru tentang perhatian guru sebagai faktor penting dalam ekosistem pembelajaran lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The development of social media provides a wide space of freedom for students to express their opinions and interact, but this freedom is not always accompanied by an adequate understanding of social ethics. This study aims to describe the impact of freedom of opinion and interaction on social media on the social ethics of students at MAS Al Falah Pancor Dao, as well as identify the factors that influence it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of students and the school. The results of the study show that social media has a positive impact in the form of increasing students' courage in expressing opinions, growing learning motivation, and the emergence of mutually supportive interactions. However, negative impacts are also seen, such as the emergence of sarcastic behavior, rude comments, imitation of content that is not educational, and decreased learning discipline. Factors that affect social ethics include the living environment, circle of friends, interaction in online games, and the type of content that students consume. This study concludes that the formation of social ethics in the use of social media must be carried out through consistent coaching, collaboration between schools and parents, and the cultivation of digital ethics that are contextual with the lives of today's students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital-based science learning media through the 4D procedure involving three elementary schools in Malang. The research subjects consisted of 45 fifth-grade students, teachers, and experts. The define stage showed variations in student characteristics, with SDN A having 60% weak categories, 20% standard, and 20% understanding; SDN B having 53.33% weak categories, 20% standard, and 26.67% understanding; SDN C having 40% weak categories, 20% standard, and 40% understanding. The design stage resulted in different media preferences, namely color videos, animated games, and digital-based materials. Media design was carried out using Canva, Adobe Premiere, and stop motion techniques to improve the appearance, audio, and interactivity. The develop stage showed that the media created was interesting, creative, easy to understand, and increased learning motivation. Integrated materials, games, and competency test sheets facilitate student access. Expert validation yielded scores of 91% from media experts, 93% from language experts, and 90% from material experts, declaring the media highly valid and suitable for use. The dissemination phase was conducted through fifth-grade teachers at the three schools, and introduced through YouTube and the Temuguru forum. The experts recommended further development to turn the media into an app for offline access.

Abstract

The transformation of reading instruction from traditional textbooks to digital literacy in elementary schools represents a significant shift in education to meet the demands of the digital era. This study aims to explore the implementation and impact of digital literacy on reading instruction, focusing on how it affects students’ engagement, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. Using a qualitative approach with case study design, the research investigates the experiences of teachers and students in schools that have integrated digital learning tools into their reading curriculum. The findings indicate that digital literacy enhances student engagement by providing interactive and multimodal content, allowing for a more comprehensive learning experience. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited access to technology, and the need for teacher training were identified as barriers to successful implementation. Despite these challenges, the study highlights the potential of digital literacy to foster critical thinking, improve information access, and equip students with essential 21st-century skills. The research concludes that for a successful transformation of reading instruction, a balanced approach involving access to technology, teacher development, and relevant curriculum integration is essential.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed communication patterns and consumer behavior, so companies need to adapt to marketing communication strategies. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is an important strategy to maintain message consistency, strengthen brand image, and build consumer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT Sumoda Tama Berkah or Susu Mbok Darmi, a local Food and Beverage company from Bogor that produces pasteurized milk from local farmers. Data collection was through observation, active participation, and literature review while the author was directly involved in activities within the Marketing Communication division. The purpose of the research was to determine the elements used and the elements that most contribute to building loyalty. This study found that Susu Mbok Darmi applies five main elements of IMC: Sales Promotion, Events and Experiences, Public Relations, Direct Marketing, and Interactive Marketing. Of the five elements, Events and Experiences and Public Relations have the greatest influence on building consumer loyalty because they create direct experiences and strong emotional connections between the company and consumers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the human resource development (HRD) process at SMA IT Arraihan, focusing on needs identification, goal formulation, program implementation, and evaluation. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents. Results show systematic HRD enhancing pedagogical, managerial, and instructional competencies.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SDN 02 Trengguli, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan supervisi, pemahaman guru, serta perubahan yang terjadi setelah supervisi dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai supervisi akademik dan mampu menerapkan umpan balik yang diberikan kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik terbukti berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, mengelola kelas, memilih metode yang tepat, serta meningkatkan interaksi dengan siswa. Selain itu, hasil observasi dan dokumentasi memperlihatkan adanya perubahan nyata dalam kualitas pembelajaran setelah supervisi dilakukan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, variasi kesiapan guru, dan tindak lanjut yang belum optimal masih ditemukan dalam proses supervisi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the emotional development of children aged 5–6 years from military families in TK Kartika II-3 Palembang. The research focuses on three main aspects: self-awareness, responsibility, and prosocial behavior, along with the role of teachers and parents in emotional stimulation. Using a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interviews, and documentation, data were collected from two subjects with similar family backgrounds but distinct emotional characteristics. The results show that the first subject tends to express emotions impulsively, experiences difficulty in emotional regulation, and shows inconsistency in responsibility and prosocial skills. Meanwhile, the second subject demonstrates more stable emotional regulation, can express feelings appropriately, and shows positive prosocial behavior such as empathy and politeness. The findings highlight the essential role of teachers through guidance, observation, and emotional modeling, as well as the role of parents in providing warm and responsive parenting. Emotional development is shaped by the combination of a child's innate characteristics and the emotional climate created at home and school.

Abstract

This study discusses the relevance of Raja Ali Haji's Gurindam Dua Belas (Dua Belas) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and the character formation of the Alpha generation. The focus of the study is directed at the values of faith, morals, and etiquette contained in the gurindam and their relevance to the needs of modern education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis of the Gurindam Dua Belas text as a primary source, supported by Islamic education literature and character studies of the digital generation. The results show that the gurindam contains core PAI values such as strengthening faith, self-control, social ethics, and the habituation of noble morals. In addition, its short and concise form makes the gurindam highly relevant as a moral literacy medium for the Alpha generation who tend to be practical, visual, and quick in absorbing information. The gurindam's messages regarding guarding one's tongue, self-control, and social responsibility have proven to be appropriate to the challenges of the digital era such as hate speech, hoaxes, and impulsive behavior due to the use of technology. Thus, Gurindam Dua Belas can be an effective teaching resource in strengthening Islamic character and PAI competency for today's young generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristikbahasa yang digunakan oleh individu dengan gaya kelekatanavoidant dalam konteks interaksi romantis, baik pada fasependekatan maupun setelah mendapatkan pasangan. Dari perspektif pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia, artikel inimengkaji bagaimana pilihan leksikal, struktur kalimat, dan strategi komunikasi pragmatis merefleksikan kebutuhan untukmenjaga jarak emosional dan otonomi diri. Artikel ini juga membahas dampak penggunaan bahasa avoidant terhadapdinamika hubungan dan interpretasi calon pasangan, denganharapan dapat memperkaya pemahaman tentang hubunganantara psikologi dan penggunaan bahasa dalam konteksromantis.
