Abstract

Parental divorce is a significant life event that can affect an individual’s process ofpsychological adjustment, particularly when the family forms a new structurethrough the presence of a stepfather. This condition becomes increasingly criticalduring young adulthood, a developmental phase characterized by the demands ofindependence, identity formation, and the ability to establish healthy interpersonalrelationships. This study aimed to examine the relationship between stepfathersocial support and adjustment among young adults who have experiencedparental divorce. This study employed a quantitative approach using a surveymethod involving 240 respondents aged 20-40 years who met the research criteria. Social support was measured using the Social Provisions Scale (SPS) developedby Cutrona and Russell (1987), while adjustment was measured using thePsychological Adjustment Scale (PAS) developed by Haber and Runyon (1984). Data were analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis due to the non-normaldistribution of the data. The results indicated a significant positive relationshipbetween stepfather social support and young adult adjustment, with a correlationcoefficient of r = 0.550 and a probability value of p = 0.000. These findings suggestthat higher levels of social support provided by stepfathers are associated withbetter adjustment among young adults following parental divorce. Stepfather socialsupport contributed 34.3% to adjustment, while the remaining variance wasinfluenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. Overall, this studyhighlights the importance of the quality of the stepfather-child relationship insupporting the adjustment process of young adults within newly structured families.

Abstract

Discovery learning is a method of understanding concepts, meanings, and relationships through an intuitive process, which ultimately leads to a conclusion. This animated video media is suitable for use and can be used as a solution to problems in learning on science learning outcomes. Science (Natural Science) is one of the integrated subjects in elementary schools that focuses on students getting real learning experiences in order to develop their competence to understand scientifically in the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by animated videos on learning outcomes on energy material and its changes at SDN 102 Palembang. The research subjects were class IV B at SDN 102 Palembang. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the study were seen after conducting a pretest, treatment, posttest on the experimental group and the control class so that the results of the "Paired Sample Test" calculation above were obtained, the Sig. (2-Tailed) value was 0.001 <0.05, so in this case HO was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of the pretest and posttest, which means that there is an influence of the use of the discovery learning model assisted by animated videos on learning outcomes in the material on energy and its changes at SDN 102 Palembang.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru ketika mengajar sering kali terjadi di sebagian sekolah, tetapi masih banyak guru yang seringkali tidak menggunakan media, terlebih pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Permasalahan ini kerap kali menjadikan pembelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru menjadi monoton dan membosankan. Akibat dari hal ini adalah siswa merasa ngantuk, bosan, bahkan tidak menjadikan suasana kelas yang aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media papan siklus hewan terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas III SDK Nita 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitati dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimental, yaitu One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SD yang berjumlah 20 orang.Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar dan lembar pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, meliputi perhitungan nilai minimum, nilai maksimum, nilai rata-rata (mean), serta persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori kurang dan kurang sekali. Nilai rata-rata pretest siswa adalah 62,75, dengan nilai tertinggi 85 dan nilai terendah 50. Berdasarkan KKM ≥ 75, sebanyak 4 siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan, sedangkan 16 siswa belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Sedangkan, hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa berada pada kategori baik dan baik sekali. Nilai rata-rata posttest siswa adalah 78,00, dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 60. Berdasarkan KKM ≥ 75, sebanyak 16 siswa dinyatakan tuntas belajar, sedangkan 4 siswa belum mencapai ketuntasan. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran papan siklus hidup hewan pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas III SDK Nita 1 memberikan gambaran capaian hasil belajar yang berada pada kategori cukup baik hingga baik sekali. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan media tersebut telah melampaui KKM, dan sebagian besar siswa dinyatakan tuntas belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of coaching and mentoring in developing teacher professionalism at TK Islam Al Fattah Sumampir, Purwokerto Utara, Banyumas. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that coaching and mentoring are implemented regularly and systematically, providing a positive impact on teacher professionalism. Coaching helps teachers enhance pedagogical competence, classroom management, and the use of creative learning media, while mentoring provides long-term guidance that promotes motivation, self-confidence, and the ability to design innovative learning activities. Teachers also become more creative, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents. Overall, coaching and mentoring are proven effective in improving teacher professionalism comprehensively, ultimately positively impacting the quality of early childhood education at TK Islam Al Fattah Sumampir. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi karakteristik individu terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) pada guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pamulang. Karakteristik individu yang diuji meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, lama bekerja, pendidikan terakhir, dan status kepegawaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji SPSS untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap OCB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir, dan status kepegawaian tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,249; 0,113; 0,506; dan 0,063 (>0,05). Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1, H2, H4, dan H5 ditolak. Sebaliknya, variabel lama bekerja memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,046 (<0,05), sehingga hipotesis H3 diterima. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa lama bekerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, di mana semakin lama guru bekerja, semakin besar kecenderungan mereka menampilkan perilaku ekstra peran dalam mendukung keberhasilan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dari lima karakteristik individu yang diuji, hanya variabel lama bekerja yang berpengaruh terhadap OCB pada guru SD di Kecamatan Pamulang. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengalaman kerja menjadi faktor penting dalam pembentukan perilaku OCB, sementara karakteristik individu lainnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of crossword media in vocabulary learning for sixth grade mildly mentally retarded children at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Two informants were used: the classroom teacher and the principal. Data validity was validated using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that crossword puzzles play a crucial role in vocabulary learning. They help students recognize new vocabulary through concrete visual cues. Furthermore, the activity of arranging letters in a grid provides students with the opportunity to gradually and systematically understand word structures. Crossword puzzles also align with the cognitive characteristics of students with mild intellectual disabilities, who require concrete and visual stimuli in their learning. Therefore, crossword puzzles play an active role in vocabulary learning for students with mild intellectual disabilities at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa dalam pembuatan batik jumputan pada pembelajaran seni rupa terapan kelas V SD Negeri 06 Pulau Beringin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kreativitas yang baik hingga sangat baik. Siswa mampu mengembangkan ide pola, memilih kombinasi warna yang serasi, serta menerapkan teknik pengikatan dan pewarnaan dengan variasi menarik. Berdasarkan teori Torrance (1980), kreativitas mencakup kemampuan mengenali kesenjangan, merumuskan hipotesis baru, serta menguji dan memodifikasi ide. Dari 24 siswa, sebanyak 12 siswa (50%) memperoleh kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan karya yang orisinal dan rapi, sedangkan 12 siswa lainnya memperoleh kategori “Cukup”, menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam eksplorasi ide dan keaslian. Secara keseluruhan, siswa menunjukkan kemampuan teknis yang memadai dalam pembuatan batik jumputan. Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, eksplorasi, dan pengembangan kreativitas siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with a highly complex socio-cultural diversity, requiring a strong ideological foundation and national orientation to maintain unity and national resilience. This study aims to analyse the implications of national insight on Indonesia's national resilience in socio-cultural aspects. Using a literature review method, this study explores scientific literature that discusses the role of national insight in strengthening national identity, social harmony, and the preservation of local culture. The results of the study show that national insight has a strategic role as a social glue through the internalisation of Pancasila values, the spirit of diversity, and solidarity among citizens. In addition, national insight acts as a cultural filtration mechanism amid the tide of globalisation, enabling society to select foreign values without losing its identity. The preservation of cultural values and the strengthening of national character have been proven to contribute significantly to socio-cultural resilience, as both create a society that is adaptive, tolerant, and committed to national unity. This study emphasises that strengthening national awareness is not only an ideological necessity, but also a strategic prerequisite in building a strong, inclusive, and sustainable national resilience in the era of globalisation.

Abstract

Axiology is a branch of the philosophy of science that examines values, ethics, and aesthetics as normative foundations in the development and application of scientific knowledge. This article aims to analyze the values and ethics of science from the perspective of axiology in the philosophy of science and to emphasize the importance of moral and social responsibility in scientific practice. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research by critically reviewing relevant books and scholarly articles. The findings indicate that axiology plays a significant role in determining the direction and usefulness of science so that it is not only oriented toward truth and intellectual progress, but also toward human welfare. Ethics functions as a moral guideline for scientific behavior and the application of knowledge in accordance with social and cultural norms, while aesthetics complements ethical considerations through values of beauty, order, and harmony in human works. Values in science are subjective and contextual, depending on humans as valuing subjects. Therefore, the development and application of scientific knowledge must be accompanied by ethical awareness and social responsibility to ensure positive contributions to human life and society.

Abstract

Civics Education in elementary schools plays a strategic role in strengthening students’ character, particularly their cooperative attitudes. The Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model is considered relevant to support this objective; however, previous studies indicate variations in its implementation and outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of NHT implementation, its influence on strengthening elementary school students’ cooperative attitudes, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its effectiveness in Civics Education learning. This research employs a literature study method using a Systematic Literature Review approach through the SPAR-4-SLR procedure. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar within the period of 2017–2025. Out of 35 reviewed articles, 25 articles were selected based on relevance criteria. The findings reveal that the implementation of the NHT model is characterized by active student engagement, group collaboration, individual responsibility, the teacher’s role as a facilitator, and the organization of heterogeneous groups. The NHT model has a positive effect on strengthening students’ cooperative attitudes, particularly in aspects of active interaction, group cohesion, and individual responsibility. Supporting factors include teacher competence, habituation of cooperative learning, and school support, while inhibiting factors consist of low student readiness, limited instructional time, and inadequate learning facilities.
