Abstract

This study analyzes the integration of TransJakarta and LRT Jakarta in supporting public mobility in Jakarta, Indonesia. A qualitative research approach was employed, supported by NVivo 12 and VOSviewer for data analysis and visualization. Data were obtained from four main sources: TransJakarta, LRT Jakarta, Scopus, and Kompas. The findings indicate that the integration of both modes supports public mobility through interconnected routes linking six stations. TransJakarta requires improvements in accessibility, bus stop facilities, route information, social media communication, and staff readiness. LRT Jakarta demonstrated a service performance of 99.88%, with the highest passenger volume reaching 95,090 in August 2022, while 70,117 passengers were recorded in December 2022. These findings highlight passenger safety as an important factor in maintaining service quality. Transport integration is also supported by the use of technology to improve the efficiency and sustainability of public mobility. Development toward 2026 focuses on strengthening information technology, knowledge and risk management, train monitoring systems, human resource management, planning analytics, and transportation service applications. The integration of TransJakarta and LRT Jakarta is an important component in addressing urban mobility challenges and supporting sustainable public transportation in Jakarta.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become an increasingly prominent component of public-sector digital transformation, yet conceptual and evidence-based research on its adoption in the Indonesian government context remains limited. Drawing on a literature-based synthesis of peer-reviewed studies, policy documents, and government publications, this study examines the potential of IoT adoption in the Indonesian public sector through the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework, addressing three questions: (1) what potential applications IoT offers in the public sector, (2) to what extent IoT adoption is feasible in Indonesia when assessed through the TOE perspective, and (3) what barriers and governance challenges must be anticipated. Rather than relying on primary field data, the study synthesizes secondary evidence across the three TOE dimensions to assess technological readiness, organizational capacity, and environmental conditions. The reviewed evidence indicates that documented and piloted IoT applications in Indonesia remain concentrated in a small number of large cities, primarily in smart-city governance, while adoption feasibility appears conditional rather than uniform: technological potential is spatially uneven, organizational capacity is constrained by limited digital literacy and institutional fragmentation, and the environmental (regulatory) context provides a foundation whose enforcement remains inconsistent. Based on this synthesis, the study argues that governance capacity, rather than technological availability, is the principal constraint on IoT adoption in Indonesia's public sector. Its main contribution is to reframe IoT adoption in a developing-country public-sector setting primarily as an institutional-governance challenge, offering a TOE-based analytical structure and policy-relevant priorities for interoperability, digital-literacy investment, and regulatory enforcement to guide subsequent empirical research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of political discourse regarding Prabowo Subianto on the platform X, focusing on temporal developments, political actors involved, thematic structures, and evolving narratives. This research method uses a qualitative approach, assisted by Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) in NVivo 12 Plus. Analysis is performed by organizing, coding, classifying, and visualizing data using features such as Word Frequency, Text Search Query, Matrix Coding Query, Cluster Analysis, and Social Network Analysis. The research data consists of uploads (posts), accounts, mentions, hashtags, and conversational texts about Prabowo Subianto on the platform X during the period 2019–2026. The data was analyzed to identify the development of conversation intensity, the most frequently associated actors, and the themes and narratives formed in the digital political discourse. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of conversations about Prabowo fluctuated, peaking in 2024 and remaining relatively high in 2025. Prabowo became the most dominant actor in the distribution of mentions, followed by Joko Widodo and Gerindra. In contrast, the emergence of international political actors underscores the discourse's relevance to the global context. clustering. This shows that the discourse on Prabowo is multidimensional, encompassing issues of defense, political parties, electoral activity, regional involvement, international relations, and social and cultural issues. The dominance of this activity tweet over retweets also shows that Prabowo's account communication is more oriented towards producing and delivering messages directly.
