Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the roles of the school principal of his efforts to increase the teachers’ discipline. This research used a descriptive-qualitative method. The datawere gathered from the school principal, the teachers, the staff as well as the students. The results of this research show that the school principal has run his functions well. The indicator was that the school principal has successfully encountered the existing problems to increase the teachers’ discipline. The problems were the teachers’ lack of understanding about teaching administration, the lack of communication among the stakeholders in school. The school principal’s roles in this research are as educator, manager, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator.Key words: leadership, discipline, principal

Abstract

The purpose of this study to evaluation the suitability between clasroom teacher administration in elementary school number 56 Lubuklinggau city with the established standards. The method of this research was descriptive evaluative. The subject of this research are classroom teacher. The data were collected by means of observation, interview and documentation. The result showed the classroom teacher have not complete document, document preparation process conducted jointly by teachers, principals, administrators in accordance with the functions and roles of each, and suitability the charging documents with the established standards is not suitable.Conclusions this reasearch, the administrative documents classroom teacher is not suitable with the established standards.Keyword: evaluation study, classroom teacher, administration

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the non permanent teachers perform at SMPN 12 Ketahun of North Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative and evaluative method. From the result we can conclude that the non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have been able to show good performance. Non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have a complete teaching equipments, learning program, and able to manage a class well. The results also showed that the non permanent teachers performance in assesment is already good. Eight teachers can be categorized as excellent performance since the eight non permanent teachers have been able to compile a syllabus, make lesson plans, implement the learning activites and conduct learning evaluation.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to describe the function of the headmaster as educator, manager, leader, motivator, and supervisor. This study used the qualitative descriptive method.The echniques for collecting the data were interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the headmaster had done the function as educator, manager, leader,motivator, and supervisor to increase the teachers performance,but still not optimal. The suggestion for the education Deapartmen ton give the chance for the headmaster and teachers to increase their professional skill in forward the education world.Keywords: headmaster, performance, teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of writing the article is to describe the barriers and solutions in the management of high school and vocational integration into the province of Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The subjects used in are: Head, Head, Head of Sector Dikmen, and Principal of SMA and SMK. The tools used in the collection of data is by using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study are as follows: Readiness Education Department of Bengkulu province in carrying out the implementation of actional rule No. 23 of 2014, is now being preparing for the transition of authority from the district / city to the provinces to collect data on the number of high school teachers and vocational school, the school's assets, the number of supervisors, as well as matters more about the switch. This data collection has been conducted from February to April 2016 yesterday, then on October 3, 2016 will be the handover of district / city government to the provinces.

Abstract

This research was done with the purpose of research find out the relationship between motivation of work with the performance of , knowing the relationship clmate work the performance of teachers, and know the relationship with between motivation to work and the climate working with the performance teacher middle Junior High Land In Distrit STL Ulu Terawas. There were 37 the teachers as a samples of the commencement of research. Analysis of used in this research is a correlation double and regression double. The results of this research shows that (1) there was a positive correlation between motivation (X1) with performance  (Y); (2) there was a positive correlation between climate work  (X2) with performance  (Y); (3) there was a positive correlation between motivation and climate work (X1,2) with performance  (Y) of the state teachers junior the district STL Ulu Terawas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know learning outcomes with citizenship learning management through model of problem-based learning introduction (PBI). This classroom action research conducted in SMKN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Subjects of the study were students of class XI TP with 17 students. Data collection techniques using test, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used descriptive analysis. Data analysis results in terms of learning assessment resultsand student activity changes step by step If the comparison between the state of the initial conditions, the first cycle and the second cycle can be seen that when the initial conditions average grade of 4.83, while the average value of the class existing second cycle increased to 6.67. The average increase in the second cycle to 7.66. Thus the study of this class action is successful so the researchers recommend citizenship learning management through problem-based learning introduction.Keywords : learning outcome, problem based introduction, management, citizenship

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure of learning in higher education towards student achievement UNIHAZ. This studyuses a quantitative approach. Research was carried UNIHAZ students enrolled as an active student in the second semester of FY 2014/2015 and respondent selection will be determined by proportionate random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires previously tested the validity and reliability testing. Data analysis using simple linear regression. Conclusion of research is a significant difference between the use of learning facilities and infrastructure to the level of interpretation.Keywords : learning , achievement , facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

The purposes of research to know the management of fardhu prayer trought the method of resitasi. The lessons of the Islamic religious education is not enough just to be mastered, but it isnecessary to be applied in the attitudes and behaviorin a student’s life everyday. This study carried out by using research a class action, in a class to know as a result of actions implemented on asubject of research in the class. Abstract

This research aims to tackle the misconceptions in identifying some typical types of relationships (symbiosis) and the relationship between eating and being eaten alive beings (foodchain) in learning management of natural science. This research uses a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research are studens of fourth grade. The technique of collectingdata is through observation. The data are analyzed with descriptive percentage technique. The results show that with the adoption learning management by constructivist approach can tacklingthe students misconception.Keywords: misconceptions, management, constructivism
