Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the administration of the primary school 164 Seluma.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative method. The conclusions of thestudy implementation are: first, the administration of student work effectively. All students complete administrative requirements and well-crafted. Second, in the administration ofeducational staff includes academic qualifications and competence of teachers and education personnel. Third, the administrative activities of the school is able to operate effectively despite the power administras ie TU no. Fourth, the implementation of the financial administration refers to standard financing consisting of: investment costs, operating costs and, personal expenses. Fifth, in the administration there is a problem that affects not effective implementation of theadministration.Keywords: implementastion, elementary school, administration

Abstract

This research aims to improve the skill of teacher in the use of Information Comunication and Technology. The research study design is a research method school (PTS). The subject is teachers of state elementary School 08 Ketahun District of North Bengkulu. Research shows in the first cycle, the level of ability of participants of the workshop using ICT is 43,34 %, capable of using Microsof Word, Microsof Excel and Microsof Power Point, and the second cycle level workshop participant’s ability to use ICT is 73,34 %. Based on the results of the study coaching principals in improving the profesionalism of the filed of skill in the use of ICT greatlyneeded.Keywords: skill, information comunication and technology

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe clearly the managerial supervision conducted by the superintendent of madrasah aliyah in MA Al Muhajirin Tugumulyo Musi Rawasdistrict. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research was superintendents, headmaster, deputy head of curriculum, deputy head of student, and the head of the administrative staff. The result of the study concluded as follow: (1) the planning include perspective, mission, purpose, program, target, and schedule, (2) the implementation same with planning, (3) the monitoring and evaluation include monitor, evaluation, reporting, anddocumentation, (4) in terms of the follow-up are founding and next new program of supervision.Keyword: managerial supervision, Madrasah Aliyah, superintendent

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of English language learning materials compose the text form of the report through the application of learning models make amatch students of SMKN 2 Bengkulu City. This study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle activities include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Results showed improvement of learning outcomes and student learning activities. The first cycle with the percentage of active students is 66.29% to 77.14% enough category into the good category. Learning ability of teachers increased from 62.5% to a category quite the first cycle to 72.9% in both categories at the second cycle. 65.7% student learning outcomes of students pass the study in the first cycle increased to 77.14% of students pass the study on the second cycle. Thus the management of English language learning success.Keyword: management, report, make a match

Abstract

The objective of is to describe teacher’s stress, factors, impacts and efforts to overcome. The result of research are: first, teacher’s stress are viewed at low of job satisfaction, performance, zest and energy, communication, making decisions, creativity and innovation, and unproductivetask; second, factors stress are many tasks, limited time, less of widely work, ambiguity function, difference of educational purposes to regional autonomy, roles conflict and fairless career; third, stress impacts disability, late, difficulty in decision, ignoring works, forgets, miscommunication, unhealthy; fourth, efforts to overcome is to increase motivation, underlying works, refreshing, self confidence, always notice activities, avoid conflict, and keep healthy.Keywords: teachers, stress, autonomy

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about the role of leadership in improving english teacher performances. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principal, english teachers at Junior High Shool Number 2 of South Bengkulu. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general result of the study show that the role of school principal in increasing english teacher capability was run well. The specific results were: The process of teaching and learning process by the english teacher was done perfectly, the english teacher competence was increased, the quality of  english teacher work was done continually.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe the managerial skill of principal in fostering teacher’ teaching discipline in Senior High School 8 South Bengkulu. The research methods of this study was descriptive qualitative and the techniques of data collection were interview, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principal and teachers. The findings of this study show that the principal generally had applied several managerial skills in fostering teachers’ teaching discipline at Senior High School 8 South Bengkulu in accordance with the chacarteristic and the condition of the school.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was improve the sucessfull learning management in Bahasa Indonesia using picture. The technique collecting the data using test and observation, the throughof apply to picture story Reka could improve the student result of study. In the first cycle the student get score 69,24, the second cycle improved to 74,88 and the thrid cycke the student getresult 76,92. In the post-test so that wasn;t student get bad score. Abstract

The objectives of this research were to describe the management of school finance at Junior High School number 1 Tebat Karai, Kepahiang Regency. The research method wasdescriptive qualitative. The subject of this research are principal, administration staff, teachers, school committee and treasurer. The data were collected by interview, observations anddocumentations. The result of this research show that school finance was begun by designing of planning and school finance. The main problem was limited for principal to manage some budgets in all activities at school. To design planning and school finance, principal together with school committee, teacher representatives, treasure to define allocation of school budgets.Keywords: management, school finance

Abstract

Class Action Research aims to describe the learning management Civics through the implementation of the scheme engineering students at SMK 2 Bengkulu City . This study was conducted on 30 students of class 2. Data collected malalui observation of teachers , students and study notes . The results showed the average value before the action research by 50 % , and the average value of 73% after the action . This shows an increase in students' understanding of civics at 23 %.Keywords: learning management , engineering scheme
