The aim of the research is to find out the correlation between teacher’s working motivation and principal’s leadership with teacher’s working discipline. The applied research method was survey method with correlation approach and data analysis techniques using both linier and multiple correlation and regression statistic test. The results show that teacher’s wor ki n g discipline at public senior high school number 1 Ketahun North Bengkulu wascorrelated with teacher’s working motivation and principal’s leadership.Keywords: teacher, motivation, principal and discipline

This study includes learning management PAIKEM models in mathematics. The method used is a class action research. The subjects were students of class V MI Nurul Huda of Bengkulu. Data collection technique used tests, observation and documentation. Results of the study are: an increase in the average percentage of students' learning activities from 73.05% to 77.34%. Average increase learning outcomes of 66.65% with a percentage thoroughly studied classical 60.53% to 76.12% with the percentage of 81.58% complete classical learning. Teacher performance of the average value of 78.28 increased to 82.74. So it can be concluded that the learning management PAIKEM models can increase the activity and student learning outcomes and teacher performance in mathematics.Keywords: mathematics, PAIKEM, management

Generally, RPP is not in accordance with the standards and has not complied with the rules of preparation of the RPP. This happens due to the lack of ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans. Therefore, it needs continuous guidance conducted by the Principal in preparing the RPP and also to improve the ability of teachers. The method used is Action Research School with two (2) cycles. Data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. At the initial conditions obtained average value of teachers' ability to grade 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 24.5, and Master Classes 4, 5, 6 in preparing the RPP: 22.7. In the first cycle obtained average value teachers' ability to Class 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 35.75 and Master Classes 4, 5, 6 in menyususn RPP: 35.66. In Cycle II obtained average value the ability of teachers 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 46, and the teacher 4, 5, 6 in preparing the RPP: 45.66.

The type of this research is to improve of teacher’s ability in implementing constructivism of learning theory. The method used through academic supervision approach direct instruction which held by four step, that is: review, presentation, practice guided and selfsupporting practice. This research was held in SMKN 2 Bengkulu City. The result of data analysis is the average of teacher’s ability in cycle I: test result is 72,04; writing lesson plan is 74,89 and implementing contructivism learning is 70,36. While the analysis result in cycle II: test result is 87,78, writing lesson plan is 89,11 and implementing constructivism learning is 86,66. The average score of teacher’s ability increase from cycle I to cycle II.Keywords: constructivism, learning theory, academic supervision, direct instruction

The purpose of the research is to describe about the management of English teaching-learning in reading comprehension skill at the Junior High School number 15 of South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teacher and students at the Junior High School Number 15 of South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study show that: planning was planned successfully, implementation was done appropriate with the planning, evaluation was done continually, the follow up in the English Teaching-Learning Management in Reading Comprehension Skill was done well at the Junior High School Number 15 South Bengkulu.

Abstract. The general purpose of this research was to describe in depth and comprehensive the clasroom management of physics learning class at Public Senior High School Number 1 West Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals, teachers, supervisors and students. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that the management of physics learning class at Public Senior High School Number 1 West Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency was conducted by physics teacher with the main objective so that the physics learning given to the students was really mastered by them as well as possible. Such mastery both in the meaning of conceptual mastery, as well as mastery of knowledge about physics in general. In order to get there the teacher first examines the main characteristics that are the essential elements of physics learning are believed to be very different from other fields of learning. The lesson of physics has its own identity, therefore the management of the classes done in the study of physics must be adapted to the main characteristics of the physics lesson itself

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management facility of language laboratory at Public Senior High School Number One Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are principle, vice principle of facility, head og language laboratory, laboran, language teacher and students. The techniques of the data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The conclusion shows that: The planning of the facility do in, the early of academic year but the committee seldom existed. The provisioning of the facility mostly by puchasing and the government assist. The inventories of the facility aren’t proceduraly. The storage of the facility are procedurally. The using of the facility unapropriate of the list of schedule but the regulation has been running well. The maintenance of the facility is doing based on necessity, the maintenance are; daily, regulary and intern of repairman. The cleaning out of the facility is never done, damaged facility are only warehoused. Keyword: Management language laboratory, Facility language laboratory.
