Abstract

Development of an electronic book-based fitness education model aims to improve the effectiveness of physical education learning in Junior High Schools by applying the FITT principle (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type). This model is designed to integrate electronic book technology in learning with the aim of increasing student motivation, participation, and overall physical fitness through the FITT approach. This study uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to design, test, and evaluate the FITT-based learning model. At the analysis stage, a needs analysis and literature study were carried out, including sources from electronic books, related to challenges in physical education in junior high schools by considering the FITT principle. The design stage includes designing a learning model that combines the principles of FITT-based physical education with electronic book technology. At the development stage, a prototype of the FITT-based model was developed which was tested in several schools. The implementation stage involves the application of the FITT-based model in real learning, and the evaluation stage is carried out to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and level of student acceptance of the FITT-based learning model that was developed. The results of the study indicate that the electronic book-based fitness education model using the FITT approach can increase student involvement in physical activities, as well as provide a positive contribution to improving physical fitness. This model also shows potential for wider application in schools as part of innovation in FITT-based physical education learning.

Abstract

High-intensity interval training is a form of exercise that involves strenuous activity over a short period of time followed by a recovery period with rest or low-intensity exercise before starting the next workout. AMPK can increase GLUT4 expression through response elements in the bp895 promoter and transcription factors such as guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) and myocyte enhancer factor. This study used the literature review method. Getting 102 journals into 45 journals because through the selection process. The conclusion of this study says that HIIT training can increase muscle oxidation, increase Interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels, and when compared to moderate intensity training, High intensity training is better for weight loss

Abstract

Audio digital Pencak Silat learning maintains traditional Indonesian values and improves physical skills. Students can be more motivated to learn Pencak Silat because this technology allows them to learn in a more interesting and interactive way. It is hoped that this step can improve Pencak Silat learning in elementary schools, encourage a healthy lifestyle, and preserve national culture. This study utilizes quantitative and qualitative descriptive surveys. A total of 65 of them are students, trainers and stakeholders in the field. After the survey was completed, most participants stated that they wanted to use additional media to teach pencak silat. As many as 80% of students, 65% of coaches and all sports education experts say that digital audio can be a great tool to enhance the learning experience. In terms of views on digital audio, 85% of students, 70% of trainers and all education experts stated that in pencak silat learning, 70% of students and 50% of trainers said This shows that although digital audio is not new, there are still opportunities to introduce and teach a wider range of people to use this technology. Learning sports, especially pencak silat, is assisted by digital audio media. The use of digital audio as a medium for learning pencak silat has great potential to answer various challenges, especially in terms of flexibility and attractiveness of learning. This could be applied more widely across schools

Abstract

Athletes often experience muscle pain called delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after strenuous exercise that overloads the muscles, symptoms that arise in the form of muscle pain, muscle cramps, muscle weakness, and even can cause muscle tissue tears. This study aimed Their qualifications and experience intervention was better for reducing DOMS pain in athletes running as far as 3000 meters. The research was carried out in the athletics field, experimental in nature with a pretest and posttest two-group design. Male athletes were divided into two groups of nine each and underwent interventions to assess changes in pain tolerance after a 3000-meter run. Group I experienced a significant increase in pain tolerance after 48 hours following an intervention combining stretching and coldwater immersion. Similarly, Group II showed a significant increase in pain tolerance after the same timeframe with an intervention combining stretching and regular water immersion. However, statistical analysis revealed that the intervention involving cold water immersion (Group I) was more effective in reducing Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) compared to the regular water immersion (Group II).

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of children's activity in carrying out basic pencak silat techniques. The aim of this research is to produce products and determine the effectiveness of basic Pencak Silat technique training through the Pencak Silat Gymnastics skills training model for children aged 13-16 years. This research uses the ADDIE research and development model research method. This research was conducted at the Sasana Terate Jaya Club Indonesian Pencak Silat Padepokan with research subjects being children aged 13-16 years, in March - June 2024. The results of this research using a paired sample T test showed that the tcount was 22.708 with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given the pencak silat training model treatment. So it can be concluded that the pencak silat gymnastics training model for children aged 13-16 years is effective and can be used in training to improve basic pencak silat movement skills.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of coordination of movements in pencak silat athletes aged 13-16 years. The aim of this research is to produce a product and determine the effectiveness of coordination training through a coordination training model for Pencak Silat athletes aged 13-16 years. The research and development model is the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research were pencak silat athletes aged 13-16 years at the Terate Jaya Sasana Club and Batavia Silat Padepokan Pencak Silat Indonesia. This research was conducted from March to June 2024. The results of the research findings using the paired sample t test obtained a t count of 9.277 with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the coordination training model can be applied. Thus, it is concluded that there is a significant difference before and after receiving treatment through the coordination training model to improve coordination for pencak silat athletes aged 13-16 years.
