Abstract

The service stroke is a technique with a racket that hits the shuttlecock to another field diagonally to start a game in badminton. In this service training in badminton uses the STAD cooperative learning model which emphasizes the existence of activities and interactions between students to motivate each other and help each other in mastering learning material. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes forehand long service techniques using the STAD cooperative learning model. This type of research is classroom action research. The sample of 33 people was divided randomly into six groups. The research was conducted in II cycles, in one cycle two meetings. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation techniques, observation techniques and student learning outcomes tests that were given at the end of each cycle. The learning outcomes for two cycles using the cooperative learning model stad type in the long service technique for badminton forehand showed an increase in the average learning outcomes of each cycle, the percentage increase in the percentage from pre-cycle to cycle II was 11.30%. The conclusion of this study is that using the cooperative learning model type STAD can improve learning outcomes for badminton forehand long service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning and physical activity in Physical Education with online media during the covid 19. Pandemic is a descriptive quantitative research about learning conditions using online learning. The population in this study SMA Plus Alfatimah students who carry out online learning. The samples in this study were Class X, XI and XII sample using total sampling. There are 346 respondes. The data collection instrument used online learning questionnaire used google form. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The study showed that, students assessed physical education learning with online learning is very effective (8.3%) effective (36.9%) normal (40.2%) although there are also students who think ineffective online learning (11.6) very ineffective (2.9%). Result research on physical activity during the covid pandemic 19 (4.6) students do very high physical activity, (19.9%) in the high category. (69.7%) medium category and (5.8%) in low category. Types of sports activities that are conducted by students (65.1 °%) health sports, (23.2%) recreational sports, (9.1%) sports education, (2.6%) accomplishment sports. The habits of students has changes because this pandemic. Students are more often help parents activities at home. Habit changes due to during the pandemic, students do not live in school dormitories but in school respective homes. During online activities most of the students do not experienced significant impacts both physically and psychologically. Learners tend to be more interested in a mix of learning both online and offline. Students also have a deep level of interest use of certain online media used by educators. Learners also have an interest in the approach to using online learning methods.

Abstract

Starting from the spread of viruses Covid 19 that swept across the world in particular in Indonesia, bringing the idea to create research that contribute in dealing with viruses Covid 19. This study aims to determine the effect of endurance exercise on the body's defenses to prevent transmission of the virus covid 19 for student penjaskesrek Undana. This research is an experimental study of Quasi-Experimental Designs by using Nonequivalent Comparison Group Design which compares the effect of endurance training on the two levels of physical fitness categories of Penjaskesrek students, those who have very Low and Low categories.Samples were 12 female students from Penjaskesrek Undana in semester 2, 4 and 6, where 6 people were in the less physical fitness category, and 6 in the physical fitness category were very Low.The findings of this study include; 1) In the group of physical fitness Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly, 2) In the group of physical fitness is very Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly.So, the conclusion is that endurance exercises are more effective in increasing endurance to deal with the Covid 19 virus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the application of the cooperative learning model in order to improve the learning outcomes of big ball games in class III students of SDN 1 Landasan Ulin Tengah Banjarbaru. The method used in this study is a classroom action research method, namely the researcher as an observer. Observations at the time the teaching and learning process takes place. The subjects of this study were 27 students of class III (three) at SD Negeri 1 Landasan Uling Tengah Banjarbaru for the 2019/2020 academic year, consisting of 16 boys and 11 girls. The process of increasing the ability of learning outcomes in the manipulative motion material of big ball games by emphasizing the cooperative learning model, getting good results based on the predetermined KKM, which is 75. Defined results through cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in motion manipulative big ball game with the following average: Observation of the first meeting was an average value of 70.1 The number of students who reached KKM 75 was 9 students with a percentage of 33.33% and the number of students who did not reach the KKM was 18 students with a percentage of 66.67% . and at the second meeting the average value was 85.5, the number of students who reached KKM 75 was 27 students with a percentage of 100% and the number of students who did not reach the KKM was 0 students with a percentage of 0% so this research was stopped at the second meeting (II).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning motivation of students in the Physical Education subject through online / online learning in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study used a descriptive survey method and a questionnaire for data collection. The subjects in this study were all students of class X at SMA Plus Al Fatimah Bojonegoro, totaling 112 students. The validity coefficient is 0.890 and the reliability is 0.891. The results of this study indicate that through the online learning system physical education subjects in class X SMA Plus AL Fatimah Bojonegoro academic year 2020/2021 the learning motivation of students is in the "high" category which is 14.29% (14 students), the "medium" category namely 73.21% (82 students) while those in the "low" category were 12.50% (16 students). Thus it can be concluded that through the online system students of class X / SMA Plus AL Fatimah Bojonegoro in the academic year 2020/2021 the learning motivation of Physical Education students is in the moderate category.

Abstract

Gymnastics is a body exercise on the floor or on a device designed to increase endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and self-control. One of them is floor exercise, this exercise also has various kinds of movements that are not easy to do, for example, the movement flick flack. Beginner athletes in PERSANI, Medan City have not mastered the movement properly flick flack due to limited tools and costs from PERSANI so that the coach has to innovate with existing tools. The population in this study were 9 Siahaanathletes Gymnastic Club, 5 Windy's Gymnastic Clubathletes, 2athletesathlete Star Kids Gymnastic Club and 1 QA Gymnastic Club in 2020. The Training tool was flick flack validated first by 9 experts, 3 experts in in sports, 3 experts in the field of equipment / media, 3 experts in the field of coaches, where the average percentage value of validity is 81.8%, thus according to the experts they get the "Good / Feasible" category. The method used is the method of development research (Research and Development / R & D). The results of the small group trial involved 14 athletes, 9 Siahaanathletes Gymnastic Club and 5athletes Wendy's Gymnastic Club  that the development of the training tool flick flack in this study can be concluded that it meets the criteria to be continued in large group trials. The results of the large group trial involved 17 athletes, 9 Siahaan Gymnastic Clubathletes, 5 Windy's Gymnastic Club, 2 athletes. Star Kids Gymnastic Club and 1athlete QA Gymnastic Club concluded that they met the criteria to be used in helping training flick flack. From the results of the validation tool, test a small group and large group trial can be concluded that the tools exercise flick flack is needed in practice flick.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes of students in learning  sports sociology by applying blended learning with  the jigsaw method. The research method used was an action  classroom with two cycles. The research subjects were students of  the fifth semester with a total of 39 students. The results showed that in the pre-cycle students' interest in learning was in the low category, learning motivation was  in the sufficient category. The results of cycle 1 showed that interest in learning  student increases in the high category with a percentage of  70%, learning motivation was in the high category with a percentage of  75%, learning outcomes were in the high category with a percentage of 70%.  The results of cycle 2 showed that student interest in learning increases in  the high category with a percentage of 80%, learning motivation was in  the high category with a percentage of 85%, learning outcomes were in the category  high with a percentage of 85%. So it can be concluded that the  application of blended learning with the jigsaw method can  increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes in learning sports sociology.

Abstract

The coastal area is a space for humans to do activities. The area is a place for the community to carry out various sports and other physical activities. Every sport activity carried out regularly will affect the level of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the acceptance response of the physical fitness visual board and the effectiveness of the physical fitness visual board to determine the physical fitness level of the community. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was Batulicin coastal community as many as 50 people. In collecting data in this study, a survey method with test techniques was conducted. To determine the fitness level, the test used was the 2.4 km running test. To find out the public response to the use of physical fitness visual boards, questionnaires were distributed. The results of this study showed that the body mass index (BMI) was included in the ideal body category of 58%, the category of body fat was 16%, and the category of the thin body was 26%. The levels of physical fitness of the coastal community are 40% in good category, 40% in acceptable category, 16% in poor category, 2% for each very good category and very poor category. The acceptance response to the physical fitness visual board is in the very good category. A sample as much as 94% said it was very good. The effectiveness of using the physical fitness visual board to determine the level of physical fitness of the community is in the very good category. A sample of 94% stated very well.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research in the scope of education carried out by lecturers, researchers in their class or together with other people.Increasing basic dribbling technique skills from before using the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media and after using the homecourt application method through zoom-based media. online in the pre-cycle, it is proven that there has been no improvement because the homecourt application method has not been implemented. 40% of the 12 students who got complete scores with an average score of 67 out of 30 students. There was a significant increase in cycle II, there was an increase in dribbling skills in Handball games with the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media with 2 students who became guards. Evidenced by the results of research with an increase in completeness results to 19 students who completed with an average score in Handball learning of 72.25

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of PJOK teachers who have participated in the MGMP organization (subject teacher deliberation). The research subjects involved the principals of junior high schools in Bengkulu City totaling 24 students. Instruments and techniques for collecting data were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the analysis of the research data above, it can be seen that the Principal's Perception of the Teacher Performance of PJOK MGMP SMP in Bengkulu City has a very good perception of Pedagogic competence with a percentage (77.78%), Principal's good perception of Personality competence with a percentage (76.64%), a good perception of professional competence with a percentage (75.14%), and a good perception of social competence with a percentage (76.14%) So it can be concluded that the Principal's Perception of PJOK Teacher Performance MGMP SMP in Bengkulu City has good criteria with a percentage (76.42%).
