The benefit of this research is to produce training aids for sprint athletes with visual impairments. This study uses research and development research and development methods. The research was carried out in 2 places, namely the Yapentra SLB-A school for small-scale trials and Karya Murni's SLB-A large-scale trials for the development of blind sprint athletes in North Sumatra NPC. The analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The conclusions of this study are: (1) In using remote control and headsets, athletes focus more on personal abilities without thinking about collaboration, acceleration and communication, (2) Using remote control and headsets, athletes are more confident and more independent in sprinting activities. Using remote control and headsets, guades and coaches are more focused in conveying information and are more efficient in training blind athletes with sprint running numbers by looking at personal abilities and motivation as sprint athletes running norms.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to determine the effect of shuttle run, and zig-zag run training and self-confidence on passing productivity in Futsal players Pumata FC Tanjungbalai trying to improve athlete achievement among teenagers. This study uses an experimental research method by level 2 x 2, so the hypothesis submission is carried out using a two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA). After that, hypothesis testing was carried out using a two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA). This research was carried out at the PUMATA FC Team's training ground which was located at the Tanjungbalai city futsal field. The implementation time is about four weeks, with meetings three times a week. The sample of this research is all Pumata FC players consisting of 20 people who are given shuttle run training and zig-zag run training. Based on the analysis results above, it shows that there are differences in mean in the four groups by giving shuttle run and zig-zag run exercises. The highest mean value was obtained in the high self-confidence group trained with the zig-zag run, which was 8.60 (if rounded up to 9 successful passes). Meanwhile, the lowest mean value was obtained in the low self-confidence group trained with the shuttle run, which was 6.20 (if rounded up to 6 successful passes).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not circuit training had an effect on improving the physical fitness of early age pencak silat athletes (9-12 years) at tapak suci arena college, sd muhammadiyah 18 medan. This research was conducted at the muhammadiyah 18 elementary school medan. This research was started from 14 november to 26 december. This research is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design research method. The subjects of this study were early age of martial arts athletes (9-12 years) at the tapak suci arena college, sd muhammadiyah 18 medan, totaling 20 athletes. The instrument used was the tkji (indonesian physical fitness test), including the straight jumping test, bending elbow test, sitting-down test, 40-meter running test, 600-meter running test. The data analysis technique used t-test at a significant level of α = 0.05. The results of the research on the effect of circuit training on improving the physical fitness of early age pencak silat athletes (9-12 years) at Tapak Suci Gelanggang college, SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. From the analysis of the results of the data that has been carried out by statistical tests, it is obtained t-count of 111.8. Furthermore, this value is compared with the t-table value with dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) at the significant level α = 0.05 is 2.09, thus t-count> t-table (111.8> 2.09) can be concluded that through Application of Circuit Training training can improve physical fitness in early childhood pencak silat (9-12 years) at Tapak Suci College arena, SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan in 2020. These results are interpreted as accepted, so the hypothesis states there is an effect of circuit training training on improving athlete's physical fitness. Abstract

The necessity of power in volleyball is to support the game's technique. Volleyball players' leg muscles must be strong enough to sustain techniques like smashes, blocks, and serves. Proper workouts, such as plyometric exercises, should reinforce the importance of muscular leg power. This study aims to determine the impact of plyometric side-to-side box shuffle and leap to box exercises on leg muscle power and determine which workouts are more successful in developing volleyball participants' limb muscular explosiveness. This is an experimental study with a "Two Groups Prettest Posttest Design" as the research design. The sample size for this study was up to 30 female athletes, with Purposive Sampling being employed as the sampling strategy. The samples were randomly split into two groups. The vertical leap test was utilized to determine the strength of the limb muscles in this research. Normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests are used in data analysis. The results revealed a sig value of 0.918, indicating a difference in enhancing muscular leg strength in footballers between side-to-side box shuffle and leap to box workouts. Jump to box training improves muscular leg strength more than side-to-side box shuffle training, with a ratio of rises of 22.00 percent and 16.73 percent, respectively.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the education system is an important matter that needs special attention, one of which is in Indonesia. This era of globalization also requires the ability that students need to have to develop their academic activities, namely learning and writing a work, whether in the form of poetry, rhymes, books, or scientific papers. That way, the ability to write must be possessed by everyone who is engaged in education, one of which is students. Research can be interpreted as a way to answer problems or questions by collecting data and formulating generalizations based on this data, especially regarding physical education. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of PJKR FIK Unimed students in writing scientific articles. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were PJKR FIK UNIMED students. The sample in this study were 2016-2022 PJKR FIK UNIMED students, namely 1,002 students who were still actively studying. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method in the form of a questionnaire. Data from the results of the test instrument were processed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that 50% of PJKR FIK UNIMED students know about scientific journal articles and get materials related to scientific journal articles in lectures, but more than 50% do not know the steps for writing scientific journals until the publish stage.Key words: Analysis, Knowledge, Health Physical Education and Recreation, ScientificJournals.
