Abstract

This study aims to describe the coping strategies for scavenger families in meeting basic needs during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Air Sebakul TPA, Sukarami Village, Selebar District, Bengkulu City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study involved 11 people as informants who were selected using purposive sampling. In fulfilling the clothing needs of 11 informants before the Covid-19 pandemic, they were still met, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, of which only 2 informants applied the Coping Strategy of Seeking Social Support and 9 other informants applied the Coping Strategy of Planful Problem Solving. To fulfill food needs, 11 informants applied Coping Strategy Planful Problem Solving. However, in meeting the educational needs of children from 11 informants, only 2 informants were able to meet the educational needs of their children and 9 other informants were not fulfilled. The recommendations of this research are addressed to the Bengkulu City Sanitation Office, which should continue to improve waste management, so that it can help scavenger families in achieving a better standard of living.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the low learning achievement of students in geography in class X social studies at Sman 6 Seluma. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying scientific learning based on technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK) in geography subjects to student achievement. This research was conducted in class X IPS SMAN 6 Seluma. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The population used in this study were 67 students of class X Social Sciences, the sample in this study there were 2 classes. Where class X IPS 1 as an experimental class using a scientific learning model based on TPACK and class X IPS 2 as a control class using scientific learning. Data collection techniques used pre-test and posh-test. The data analysis technique consists of validity test, reliability test, normality test, paired sample T-test, and independent sample T-test using the SPSS 16 application. ) = 0.000 < from 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Application of the Scientific Learning Model Based on Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) in Geography Subjects Has a Significant Effect on Increasing Student Achievement.

Abstract

Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bencana banjir biasanya sejalan dengan peningkatan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kelurahan Wosi Kabupaten Manokwari Papua Barat. Populasi penelitian merupakan masyarakat Kelurahan Wosi. Pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Responden penelitian sebanyak 42 orang dari Kampung Bugis dan 42 Orang dari Kampung Tanimbar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan penggunaan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencatatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan masyarakat 63,1% terkategori sedang dan 36,9% terkategori tinggi serta tidak ada yang terkategori rendah. Kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap banjir 14,3% terkategori rendah dan 85,7% terkategori sedang serta tidak ada yang terkategori tinggi. Saran kedepannya yaitu untuk pemerintah sebaiknya menanmbah kegiatan penyuluhan, workshop dan simulasi tentang kesiapsiagaan banjir agar ada peningkatan kesiapsiagaan pada masyarakat.Selain itu, untuk masyarakat sebaiknya selalu bersifat aktif terhadap kegiatan kegiatan kesiapsiagaan bencana yang diberikan oleh pemerintah guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran KTH Baruga Bersatu dalam pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan pada Hutan Nanga-Nanga Kelurahan Baruga Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara kelembagaan KTH Baruga Bersatu telah memiliki administrasi kelompok yang lengkap dan memiliki aturan secara tertulis serta rencana kegiatan dalam jangka panjang yaitu untuk mengelola hutan kemasyarkatan dengan tetap memperhatikan pada keberlanjutan dan kelestarian hutan secara kolaborasi dengan menerapkan pola tanam agrioforestry, pemilihan jenis tanaman serta penetapan jarak tanam. Dalam hal pengelolaan kawasan hutan kemasyarakatan, KTH Baruga Bersatu melakukan pengolahan lahan dengan pola penanaman agroforestri dengan didominasi pada tanaman MPTS agar bisa memperokeh hasil hutan yang optimal.. Dalam hal pengelolaan usaha yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran hasil hutan, maka KTH baruga bersatu akan membentuk koperasi yang bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah setempat untuk mempermudah penjualan dan perolehan mitra pemasaran yang tepat Monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anggota KTH memiliki kemampuas dalam melakukakn pengolahan secara kolaborasi 84,56%, melaksanakan dan mentaati perjanjian kerjasama 69,85% dan menjaga dan melestarikan hutan kawasan 80,15%.

Abstract

Citrosono Village is a village located on the slopes of Mount Merbabu, Mount Andong and Telomoyo, precisely in Grabag sub-district, Magelang regency, Central Java province and because it is on the slopes of a mountain, the air can be felt quite cool in this village. Citrosono Village has a population of 5060 people according to the 2010 national population census, while the area of Citrosono Village is 567.87 ha, and the catchment area of the spring with the largest discharge is the Tuk Tlogorejo spring, the Tuk Tlogorejo spring is also used as clean water. by the local community and as a source of raw water by PDAM Magelang Regency. Identify potential pollution in tuk tlogorejo spring catchment area. Analyzing the quality of springs based on Permenkes 416 in 1990 on the standard requirements of clean water quality. To map the potential pollution point of Magelang Regency for the determination of the range category or so-called claiming in three range categories. Analysis of the point map of potential pollution and distance from the spring to pollution is done by scoring. Scoring is performed by combining weighting results from distance and potential pollution. Based on the results of the analysis obtained 3 classes of pollution potential levels in Citrasono Catchment Area, namely low, medium, and high classes. The result of classification of broncaptering condition level is good, moderate and bad condition. With the result of potential pollution as many as 11 low levels, 111 moderate levels, and 73 high levels from citrasono catchment area.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan dan dikeliligi oleh gunung api aktif dan terdapat zona subduksi di perairan lautnya. Hal tersebut memiliki potensi bencana tsunami yang dapat merusak area yang terdampak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, yakni menguraikan infromasi perubahan garis pantai pasca tsunami selat sunda tahun 2018. Teknik MNDWI digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data citra satelit. teknik analisis perubahan garis pantai menggunakan Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) pada Software Arcgis dan hasilnya diolah pada software Microsoft excel. Hasil pengolahan data psang surut menunjukkan pola pasang surut selama bulan Desember 2018 terbagi dalam dua kali pasang dan surut. Pada sekitar pukul 21.27 WIB terjadi tsunami selat sunda tahun 2018. Pada saat itu sedang mengalami pasang air laut dengan ketinggian 45 cm. Hasil dari Analisis citra landsat yang dikoreksi data pasang surut, abrasi pantai terbesar terjadi di Kecamatan Anyar sebesar 89,5 sampai dengan 607,8 m. Hal tersebut karena gelombang tsunami yang menerjang pada saat itu. Akresi pantai terjadi di Anyar dan Cinangka karena sedimentasi sungai dan reklamasi pantai seperti dermaga, urukan tanah dan batu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 Sodonghilir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, masih banyaknya siswa SMAN 1 Sodonghilir yang memiliki hasil belajar yang rendah ditandai dengan perolehan nilai dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa, apakah metode ceramah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa, apakah terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar pada siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan model eksperimen desain Nonequivalent (Pretest and posttest) Control-Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model Cooperative Learning tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa dengan N Gain sebesar 0,34 yang berada dalam kategori sedang, penggunaan model ceramah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa dengan N Gain sebesar 0,08 yang berada dalam kategori rendah, dan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas yang menggunakan tipe group investigation dengan model ceramah, dimana kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 83,39 dan kontrol sebesar 75,82

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the face of education in Indonesia, which seems to have to implement an online learning system and from home. This condition will certainly require adaptation for students to understand the material to be taught. This is because the interaction process carried out by students and teachers is only carried out online. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of understanding of students in online geography learning at SMAN 6 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative, the method used in this study is a survey. The data collection technique was carried out by using multiple choice questionnaires. The sample in this study was 130 students of class X. The data in the study were then processed with descriptive statistics and percentages. The results showed that the level of understanding of students in online learning at SMAN 6 Bengkulu City was in the "Pretty Good" category.

Abstract

The occurrence of flooding in the Upper Cimanuk Watershed has increased in recent years as a result of the decline in watershed quality due to changes in land use. A flood is the work accumulation of various environmental factors in a watershed. This study aims to identify the level of flood-prone and its determinants in the Cimanuk Hulu watershed. The method used in this study is the overlay method using GIS accompanied by weighting and scores determined by the Composite Mapping Analysis (CMA) model of 6 parameters, consist of Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), Land Use, Rainfall, Slope, Elevation, and Soil type. Flood event points as comparison parameters in determining scores and weights. The results showed that the variable land use was the variable with the highest weight of 27.01, respectively, affecting the level of flood-prone in the study area. The very high prone area includes an area of 1.57%, high prone area of 3.15%, moderate prone area of 5.85%, low prone area of 7.75%, and 81.68% are very low prone areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the waste management of housewives in Selebar District, and to analyze the obstacles faced in managing the waste of housewives in the District. The type of research used was qualitative research. The results showed that (1) Waste management in Selebar District is still low. In general, housewives in Selebar District have less knowledge in terms of waste management (2) The obstacles faced by housewives in Selebar District include low technological developments, lack of waste management to improve people's living standards, supervision and implementation related to waste management, lack of community participation related to waste management. So with this problem, education or socialization of housewives is needed. Based on the results of research conducted on proper waste management education, namely an independent waste management system by applying the 5R+1FS principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace, Replant, Final Separation). Furthermore, socialization or education is given to housewives in the form of brochures to facilitate housewives in receiving information related to good and correct waste management and can change the mindset (thoughts) of housewives about waste.
