Abstract

Perencanaan Pembelajaran Geografi Berbasis Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru geografi dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada perencanaan pembelajaran geografi berbasis daring, dilakukan dengan menganalisis program dan menganalisis materi terlebih dahulu kemudian melakukan penyusunan program dan menyiapkan penjadwalan, lalu menyiapkan bahan ajar dan media yang akan digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring

Abstract

Seluma Utara sub-district is one of the areas whose villages are classified as underdeveloped and even quite apprehensive, the three villages that are categorized as quite apprehensive are Sikalak Village, Sinar Pagi, and Talang Banyan Village, based on the results of observations and interviews, the cause of the lagging of these three villages is road access that has not There is still sufficient clay, the low level of public education, natural resources that are not managed properly, and the absence of electricity, this causes difficulties in carrying out activities. The study of physical and non-physical potential is a method that can be used to develop a strategy for developing underdeveloped villages in North Seluma District, especially in three villages, namely Sikalak Village, Sinar Pagi and Talang Banyan Village. The findings obtained are: 1) physical potential: a) the land is used for agriculture and contains mineral coal; b) cold climate; c) highlands; d) the majority of the community, apart from farming, also raise poultry for their daily needs and to sell them; 2) Non-physical potential: a) the distance traveled by people who will travel from the village is very far and there is no transportation that can transport people outside the village but using their own vehicle; b) road facilities that are quite apprehensive are obstacles for the community to enter and exit the village; c) other infrastructure facilities such as education and health are not available in the area. From these findings, strategies for developing underdeveloped villages in the North Seluma region can be drawn up in particular: 1) conduct socialization in various fields; 2) carry out training and empowerment of agriculture and livestock in the community. build 3) village road facilities that connect with other areas; 4) build a power grid; 5) build educational facilities; 6) build health facilities; 7) build a traditional hall.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe trash management in housewives, identify obstacles of managing trash and formulate an educational model in managing trash for housewives at the Koto Tangah District. The type of research used is research and development with a qualitative approach and supported by using ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling) analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) trash management at the Koto Tangah District was still low. In general, housewives in Koto Tangah sub-district have less knowledge in terms of trash management (2) The obstacles faced by housewives at the Koto Tangah District include the development of technology that is still low lack of trash management to improve people's lives, lack of supervision and implementation of regulations related to trash management, lack of community participation in trash management. (3) The design of the educational model in trash management is formulated with ISM analysis. The results of the analysis of the data obtained, there are elements that have greater thrust in the design of the trash management educational model, namely: Independent trash management system, using the principle of 5R + 1FS and product results from the educational model in trash management is a brochure.

Abstract

Training of English Language and Mangrove Management for Youth Empowerment in Mangrove Tourism Object Development Karang taruna is a youth organization in a village. This community service program was aimed to train Karang Taruna member in Sumber Jaya Village, Kota Bengkulu speaking English which can be used to guide foreign tourists and and to educate them about mangroves and its management for ecotourism activities. The activity was carried out in three stages: 1) the preparation; 2) the planning; 3) the implementation stage. In the third stage, an evaluation was carried out through the practice of speaking English and distributing questionnaires about English language skills and knowledge about mangroves. After the service activities were carried out, the results showed that the participants: 1) 100% understood how to greet and introduce in English; 2) 90% could explain the information about interest place in English; 3) 90% could ask and answer in English; 4) 100% could explain about tourism object in English; 5) 100% could explain about the rules of travel in English; 6) 100% could answer about tourism object; 7) 100% could convey likes and dislikes; 8) 100% could hosting; 9) 90% could explain how to make organic fertilizers; 10) 90% could explain the making of handicrafts; 11) 100% understood the function, potential and types of mangrove forests; 12) 90% knew the tourism management based on mangrove conservation; 13) 90% understood maintenance and improvement of mangrove quality; 14) 100% understood management through tourism diversification; 15) 90% understood mangrove tourism infrastructure; 16) 100% understood the potential of mangroves that can be processed into souvenirs. The results of the service can be concluded that the Karang Taruna members have understood about English language technique specifically to tour guide and had an understanding of mangroves.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the coping strategies for scavenger families in meeting basic needs during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Air Sebakul TPA, Sukarami Village, Selebar District, Bengkulu City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study involved 11 people as informants who were selected using purposive sampling. In fulfilling the clothing needs of 11 informants before the Covid-19 pandemic, they were still met, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, of which only 2 informants applied the Coping Strategy of Seeking Social Support and 9 other informants applied the Coping Strategy of Planful Problem Solving. To fulfill food needs, 11 informants applied Coping Strategy Planful Problem Solving. However, in meeting the educational needs of children from 11 informants, only 2 informants were able to meet the educational needs of their children and 9 other informants were not fulfilled. The recommendations of this research are addressed to the Bengkulu City Sanitation Office, which should continue to improve waste management, so that it can help scavenger families in achieving a better standard of living.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the face of education in Indonesia, which seems to have to implement an online learning system and from home. This condition will certainly require adaptation for students to understand the material to be taught. This is because the interaction process carried out by students and teachers is only carried out online. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of understanding of students in online geography learning at SMAN 6 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative, the method used in this study is a survey. The data collection technique was carried out by using multiple choice questionnaires. The sample in this study was 130 students of class X. The data in the study were then processed with descriptive statistics and percentages. The results showed that the level of understanding of students in online learning at SMAN 6 Bengkulu City was in the "Pretty Good" category.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the Covid-19 pandemic which spread across the globe. In Indonesia, especially the education sector has been badly affected by this outbreak. As if having to adapt to a new learning routine, namely the distance learning system. However, distance learning has not been effectively implemented due to many limitations, especially in remote, underdeveloped, and remote areas. This study aimed to describe the implementation of blended learning as an alternative learning method at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu City during the Covid-19 pandemic, including inhibiting and supporting factors. The method used is a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique for determining informants used purposive sampling with research informants from school principals, geography teachers, and students. Data analysis in qualitative research according to Miles & Huberman with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that there are three stages of implementing blended learning, namely: the planning stage by designing learning objectives, preparing infrastructure, preparing learning schedules and face-to-face and online schedules, and compiling evaluation and socialization tools. The steps in carrying out online learning in an independent asynchronous manner, face to face in all subjects, especially learning geography. The stages of evaluating the learning system include teacher meeting activities with the school principal which are held once a month, and teacher and parent associations which are held once a semester. In this study, there are also several inhibiting and supporting factors for blended learning.

Abstract

Socio-cultural values have shown a transition period of economic, social, and cultural patterns that are constantly changing and shaping the contours of the future. It denotes a structure of feelings within which a series of cultural practices are continually changing. In addition, there is a growing awareness of the centrality of uncertainty in cultural life. This means a greater understanding of the differences between cultures and the accelerated course of life. In order to keep up with the changing globalization trends, we need to work together based on cultural diversity. The purpose of this study was to identify the sociocultural values that exist in the Padang Pariaman community by using qualitative research methods using a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach is used to find out more deeply about the information available to informants. The results of the research that have been obtained are 4 socio-cultural values that exist in the Padang Pariaman community, namely: 1) Objects of Cultural Advancement, 2) Kinship Patterns, 3) Livelihoods and 4) Local Wisdom Values that exist in the Padang Pariaman Community. These socio-cultural values are still attached to the people who live in Padang Pariaman. The use of this value as a guide for brands to live in society and manage the environment.

Abstract

Transmigrasi sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam program pengembangan komunitas dalam mencapai kesejahteraan transmigran. Namun atemuan menunjukkan ini berbeda dengan realita teori dengan aplikasinya UPT Durian Amparan, karena dari 200 Kepala Keluarga (KK), saat ini hanya ada 38 KK transmigran asli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program transmigrasi yang dilaksanakan sejak 2004 di UPT Durian Amparan. Metode studi kasus untuk mengkaji secara mendalam dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, observasi, dan survei, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, program transmigrasi tidak berjalan optimal karena lahan usaha I diserahkan pada tahun kedua dan lahan usaha II tidak diberikan. Kedua, Rendahnya kesejahteraan dan kurangnya strategi penghidupan yang berkelanjutan. Ketiga, pembinaan masyarakat transmigrasi pada umumnya hanya dilakukan pada 2 tahun pertama, karena gempa bumi 2007, petugas penyuluh sudah sangat jarang ke lokasi. Penempatan lokasi transmigran memberikan suatu tindakan yang dipertimbangkan sebagai upaya program transmigrasi dapat menciptakan kesejahtraan masyarakat, oleh karena itu rekomendasi pemerintah perlu memperhatikan dan menekankan penentuan lokasi sebagai standarisasi dalam menempatkan kebijakan masyrakat transmigran.

Abstract

Salah satu desa wisata berbasis alam di Kecamatan Semidang Lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah adalah Desa Bukit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai sosial budaya masyarakat desa bukit kecamatan semidang lagan terhadap potensi pariwisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah masyarakat dan pengelola, serta orang-orang dari dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif untuk pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa A) Deskripsi lokasi penelitian B) Nilai Sosial Budaya Masayarakat Desa Bukit Kecamatan Semidang Lagan Terhadap Potensi Pariwisata.
