Abstract

Covid-19 has a tangible impact on the learning process, namely the necessity of implementing bold learning. Bold learning ultimately requires educators to be proficient in using technology, but not all educators are ready to use technology in learning. This condition causes learning during the COVID-19 pandemic to be less than optimal, resulting in low learning outcomes. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the correlation between the pedagogic competence of educators and student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research includes quantitative research. Research data was collected using two techniques, namely questionnaires and technical documentation. Research data that has been collected is then analyzed using statistical analysis of Product Moment correlation. Based on the data analysis, it can be said that the relationship between the pedagogic competence of educators and student learning outcomes is significant and positive. The results of this study can be achieved if bold learning during the pandemic requires adequate pedagogic competence in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine organizational behavior in increasing employee engagement based on religious motivation. The forms of involvement of educators and educational staff discussed in this study are personal engagement and organizational engagement. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study. Collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the researcher used the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and verification to analyze the data and draw research findings. This study indicates that the form of involvement of educators and educational staff in Pesantren consists of personal engagement, which is the motor of organizational engagement and cultural engagement. Meanwhile, the management is carried out by building harmony and harmony, capability, and spiritual leadership.

Abstract

The way of people educate and think of their values affect the educational system; it is found in Pesantren as the Islamic institution that holds norm, belief, and values in education system. Meanwhile, movies is one of the effective devices to promote the society learning process due to its popularity among the society, teenagers and also adults. Many movies produced intended to portray the uniqueness of educational system in pesantren and got a great attention as educational philosophy. This study examined the habits, norm, and values of educational system through the analysis of the movie Negeri 5 Menara. Document review and descriptive analysis method used as a qualitative research methods. Film observation form gathered and the decoding process of it prior to the scene identification was based on education and specific themes. The results shown by the setting, gesture, and action of each character among the other, and some of the quotation based on some verses in Al-Qur’an to improve reliability. The Findings depicted that perennials was identified as the most prominent educational philosophy up to nowadays. The central leading character plays a part of students’ belief in seeking knowledge. It is said in Javanese language as “Ngalap barokahe Kyai”.

Abstract

The subjects of this study were students of MI Nurur Rahmah. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, and the data collection technique used is the method of observation and interviews. The local wisdom that exists at MI Nurur Rahmah is part of the habits that are believed and obeyed by students and teachers at MI Nururrahmah, which are religious habits or practices that occur every day, such as congregational prayers, dhuha prayers, and reading the Qur'an. before the KBM starts. As a source of learning and the cultivation of local wisdom character values that can be instilled in students' personalities,Based on the results of research and discussion on inculcating students' religious character, the management of the learning cycle based on local wisdom applied by MI teacher Nurur Rahmah aims to make students better understand the meaning of piety in religious rituals, so that the religious values contained therein can be instilled in students with the hope of becoming their religious character later by instilling the religious character of students through habituation in the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the primary school level school system in Singapore and Hong Kong, to analyze the comparison of the social studies curriculum at the elementary school level in Singapore and Hong Kong. The research method used is the library method with literature reviews from journals, books and other library sources. The results showed that; 1) The education systems in Singapore and Hong Kong have much in common. The school system starts at Kindergarten for 3 years, continues at the Primary or elementary school level. Then Secondary and College Level. The differences in the education systems of the two countries can be seen from the secondary or secondary school level; 2) The social studies education curriculum in Singapore and Hong Kong also has similarities as well as differences. The Social Studies curriculum at Elementary Schools in Singapore integrates the study areas of Geography, History, Economics and Sociology called Social Studies. Meanwhile, Hong Kong is included in the Personal, Social and Humanities Education group material as General Studies.

Abstract

The operational curriculum of Sekolah Penggerak program is part of the Sekolah Penggerak program that the Ministry of Education and Culture has launched. In this curriculum, there are changes in the curriculum structure that impact the preparation of learning plans and the implementation of learning activities in the classroom. Thus, this study aims to determine the perspective of teachers and school principals on the functional curriculum of the Sekolah Penggerak Program, the form of learning planning prepared by the teacher, and the implementation of learning activities in the classroom. The research method used is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers and principals welcomed the operational curriculum of the Sekolah Penggerak Program because it opened up creative space for teachers and schools to develop curriculum according to school needs. Meanwhile, there are formats and terms with the 2013 curriculum in preparing learning plans. Learning activities are carried out separately between subjects in the practical aspect of learning. There is no visible learning innovation because learning activities are limited, so the teacher focuses on strengthening the material.

Abstract

This study describes character education in developing the affective domain for students, especially for junior high school students. Important character education is instilled in junior high school children who are intensively looking for identity, this character education is expected to form students who have morals and noble character in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. Teachers can develop subject matter through a local wisdom approach, which is owned by the area. One of the local wisdoms in Balaraja is the saga Nyimas Gamparan, which is packaged in an interesting picture story book. So the benefits of this study are; 1) Providing creative and innovative ideas for teachers in developing learning materials based on local wisdom through the saga of Nyimas Gamparan; 2) Motivating schools, teachers, parents, and the community to direct students who have positive attitudes towards the surrounding culture; and 3) motivate students in the formation of characters that will be useful in their lives.

Abstract

This article describes parenting through the STIFIn method in building the confidence of students in the Al-Mawaddah area of the Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton. Self-confidence in this case is more about the students' belief in their ability to deal with something. This is certainly very influential on the development of its potential in the future. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data in this study obtained through observation and interviews. Sampling of informants used purposive sampling technique which was then determined to number five of them were administrators as well as guardians of Al-Mawaddah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. This study obtained the results that the application of the STIFIn method in building self-confidence in students through several stages, namely; 1) Genetic potential test; 2) Classification of the relationship between foster guardians and foster children; and 3) Determining Potential Genetic-Based Parenting Patterns.
