Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDN1 Sukarame, hasil tes formatif belum memuaskan, minat dan motivasi belajar masih kurang karena pengaruh acara televisi yang menanyangkan film yang bagus-bagus. Pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang mendukung, kurangnya dorongan serta perhatian orang tua, malas mengerjakan PR, dan lalai belajar. Sehingga prestasi dalam pembelajaran IPA kurang memuaskan (masih rendah). Berdasarkan soal itu, maka diadakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Dengan diadakannya PTK, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi serta prestasi belajar siswa.Sumber data diperoleh dari aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar dan hasil kerja kelompok. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik, diperoleh dari penilaian aktivitas belajar, tes formatif, dan penilaian portofolio.Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan diperoleh data keaktifan siswa pada siklus I 66,54%, siklus II 77,01%, dan siklus III 84,65%. Hasil belajar siklus I 72,42%, siklus II 81,035%, dan siklus III 89,66%. Sedangkan hasil kerja kelompok pada siklus I 64,28%, siklus II 78,57%, dan siklus III 85,71%. Tampak terjadi peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN1 Sukarame

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada konsep menghitung luas permukaan balok dengan metode inkuiri pada siswa kelas Va SDN 1 Bakung Teluk Betung Barat kota Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Terkait dengan hasil belajar yang dicapai, dilakukan analisis terhadap skor yang mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan refleksi dari siklus penelitian tidakan kelas pada proses pembelajaran Matematika yang pada awalnya kurang mendapat perhatian yang baik dari siswa sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terhadap materi pelajaran Matematika mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini nampak dari keaktifan siswa yang meningkat serta hasil belajar yang meningkat pula. Ini merupakan sesuatu prestasi yang sangat baik dan menggembirakan.Metode inkuiri terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menghitung luas permukaan bangun ruang khususnya pada bangun balok terbukti dengan terjadinya peningkatan secara signifikan hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman materi yakni yang mendapat nilai 70 ke atas pada siklus I sebesar 35 % menjadi 55% pada siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 72,55 pada siklus III. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan tersebut telah mencapai target rata-rata di atas 72,5%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah kemampuan menulis iklan sesuai objek siswa kelas IX Semester Genap SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif mengenai menulis iklan sesuai objek. Sampel berjumlah 30 siswa dari jumlah keseluruhan populasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam indikator Penulisan iklan sederhana mendapatkan hasil yaitu penilaian pada aspek bahasa iklan yang sederhana 63,33% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek tidak terduga 40% dengan predikat kurang, penilaian pada aspek menghibur 66,67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek sesuai dengan isi iklan 66, 67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek menarik 59,67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek bisa diterima 81,67% dengan predikat baik, dan total keseluruhan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis iklan layanan dalam masyarakat yaitu 63,19 dengan predikat cukup

Abstract

This study was conducted by usingexperimental method. The objectives of the study were (1) to find out whetherthere is a significant difference in writing achievement between the eleventh graders who taught by using news broadcast videos and that of those who are not, (2) to find out whether there is asignificant interaction effect of news broadcasts videos and motivation in writing achievement of the eleventh graders (3) to find out whether there is a significant difference in writing achievement between the eleventh graders who have high motivation and those who have low motivation. The population of this study the was eleventh graders ofSMA Negeri 2 Palembang in the academy year of 2014/2015 consisting of 450 from 11 classes. The sample of the study are taken by using purposive sampling method. The totalof the samplesis 60. The results of the study are analyzed by using T-test and Two Way Anova. The results show that 1there is a significant difference in writing achievement between the eleventh graders who taught by using news broadcast videos and those who are not and there is a significant difference in writing achievement between the eleventh graders students who have high motivation and those who have low motivation based on t-test analyzed. Based ontwo way Anova, there is not any significant interaction effect of news broadcasts videos and motivation in writing achievement. Based on the result ofquestionnaire, the students agree that news broadcast videos motivate them to learn English

Abstract

Education is a very important thing in people's lives.As is known that education will never be separated from learning activities, because without learning humans will not be able to do something. Science that a person can shape the attitudes, mindset, personality, views and insights that enlighten himself and others. It is realized that the importance of education for humans is a trigger in improving the quality of education. One effort to improve the quality of education is by giving birth to quality people. In the mathematics learning activities, it was found that most students were not confident about their abilities, and did not want to repeat the lesson again because they got bad grades. Based on the observations that the author did in Mathematics Education Department, self-efficacy (self-confidence) has not become a part that influences students mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses a correlation method with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in the VII semester of the Mathematics Education Department STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon. The research sample was 21 students of Unit B Mathematics Education. Data collection tools are tests in the form of descriptions and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using product moment test formula. Based on the results of research conducted on the students of the Mathematics Education Department at STAIN GPA, then obtained the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and student mathematics learning outcomes in non-parametric statistical subjects of the seventh semester Mathematics Education STAIN GPA students. The results of this study are that there is a significant correlations between self-efficacy and mathematics mathematics learning outcomes of Mathematics Education Department students of STAIN GPA.

Abstract

Language as a communication tool is the most effective way of conveying messages. Language is what will give a lot of influence to the recipients of the message. This influence is what will benefit the language users. Among them, telephone network service providers who are competent as creative as possible in making their advertising language. In the use of this ad language, of course there is a style of language. Satire language style is more often heard in the use of advertising languages. This is done so that consumers are quickly attracted to and affected by their products. The satire language style consists of five categories, namely; irony, sarcasm, cynicism, antifrasis, inuendo. this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research instruments, namely video ad network telephone service providers, such as Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, and Axis are the subjects of this study. Notes, recording devices using smart phones, etc. are used as instruments in this study. The results of advertising analysis of telephone network service providers, namely in the operator irony category XL obtained the highest number of 15%. The highest category of sarcasm is 14%, cynicism is 12%, and inuendo 5% is obtained by Indosat operators. Thus, it can be concluded that in each video ad network service providers contain satirical language styles and this phenomenon can be explained in terms of language

Abstract

This reseach aims to get an overview of learning Social Studies with an interdisciplinarity approach at the Junior High School in Bojong Gede Kabupaten Bogor. This research was conducted qualitatively by trying to discover the implementation of social studies learning in an interdisciplinary by means of an interview, observation, observation the documentation and literature review. Based on the reseach done known that the implementation of social studies learning with an interdisciplinarity approach consists of three aspects, first learning planning, the second implementation of learning and the third evaluation of learning. In the planning stage, the steps taken are; 1) review and analyze standards of competence / core competencies and basic competencies, 2) set the themes, 3) map basic competencies and indicators of material achievement, 4) create theme networks, 4) develop thematic syllabus and 5) compossing lesson plans thematic. At the stage of the implementation of social studies learning with an interdisciplinarity approach can be done by submitting material in an integrated manner based on predetermined themes. The choice of themes in the interdisciplinarity approach can be done by analyzing basic competencies, then determining the theme based on the main topic, based on the main potential and based on the problem, so that the boundaries between one discipline and another become invisible and manifest interdisciplinarity between social studies. At the stage of evaluation of social studies learning with interdisciplinarity is to measure indicators of achievement of competencies that cover three aspects of the domain in accordance with the objectives of social sstudies, namely aspects of skill and values

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the SIKSAKLak card and its use on the writing ability of the Class X Pioneers of Bandar Lampung High School students, describing the influence of the use of SIKSAKLak cards on writing skills. The method used is a quasi-experimental method. The sample of this study was 60 students with details of 30 students in class X1 (experimental group) and 30 students in class X2 (control class). The technique used in collecting data is a test technique, while the data analysis technique uses the t test with the help of the SPSS 20 computer program. The results showed that there were differences in test results between the experimental group and the control group. The average initial test score for the experimental group was 62.81 and the control group was 58.61. The final test average score of the experimental group was 75.00 and the control group was 65.23. This shows that there is an influence of the use of SIKSAKLak cards on writing skills in class X of Bandar Lampung Pioneer High School. Thus Ha which reads "There is a difference in the ability to write students who are taught using SIKSAKLak cards with students who are taught without using SIKSAKLak cards" accepted.

Abstract

The research reports on the Influence of Collaborative Writing Towards Student’s Descriptive Writing Ability. Collaborative writing technique was applied in this research to improve the student’s descriptive writing ability. The aims of the research were to know and to describe student’s descriptive writing ability and to know and to describe whether there is influence of Collaborative writing towards students’ descriptive writing ability. The research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental design with pre test and post test. The population of this research are the students at the first semester of the tenth class at SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung that consisted of 49 students in 2 classes. The sample of this research were two classes, they were as control class and experimental class. Control class was taught by Individual writing while experimental class was taught by Collaborative writing. In getting the data, the writer used writing test. The result showed that based on the calculation, the writer got that = 5.54 and = 1.68 and 2.42. It means that . So, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the result above, the writer states that there is significance influence of collaborative writing towards students’ descriptive writing ability of the tenth class of the first semester at SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung

Abstract

The problem of this research is motivated by the lack of optimal thematic learning outcomes of class IV D students of Negeri 1 Sukarame Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to analyze, describe, and know the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of the 5E learning cycle model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The technique of collecting data is done by observation and test questions. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that through the application of the 5E learning cycle model can improve the thematic learning outcomes of students. This can be seen from the percentage of classical completeness in student learning outcomes in the first cycle is (61.5%) with the category "Good" has increased by (25.7%) to (87.2%) in the second cycle with the category "Good".
