Abstract

This study aims to develop audio-visual educational media in the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) program to prevent stunting in preschool children. The research design used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations). The results showed that most resonances were male, as many as 11 respondents (55%), and the highest was SMA, as many as ten respondents (50%). There was an increase in total food intake, breakfast, and dinner, while lunch intake did not differ. The results of education with videos show an influence on food intake and handwashing behavior with a p-value <0.05, but there has been no change in the nutritional status of children. In conclusion, the development of audio-visual educational media in the PAUD program can prevent stunting in preschool children with indicators of increasing food intake, PHBS handwashing behavior, and children's nutritional status. Abstract

Obesity that occurs in nurses as health workers, which should be a role model in a healthy lifestyle related to physical activity patterns and diet. Obesity is a major risk factor for increased cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and hypertension. One of the factors contributing to obesity is eating large portions of food (more than needed), foods high in energy, high in fat, high in simple carbohydrates and low in fiber. The purpose of this study was to describe the attribute variables, daily activity patterns, BMI and blood sugar levels of nurses. As well as finding out whether there is a relationship between attribute variables, activity patterns on BMI and blood sugar levels of nurses. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational by using purposive sampling technique of 50 respondents who work in Bandar Lampung hospital. Physical activity data were collected using a structured interview guide for the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), as well as BMI measurement and examination of fasting blood sugar levels. BMI results showed that obese I (58%). Obese II (42%), Results of fasting blood sugar levels, pre-diabetes (28%), diabetes (4%). Meanwhile, the results of the moderate physical activity pattern were 80% METs-minutes / week. Analysis using the correlation formula, namely Pearson r and Spearman rho, shows that there is a significant relationship between age and physical activity patterns (METs-minutes / week) with a p value of 0.022 <0.05. There is a significant relationship between marital status (marital) and physical activity patterns with a p value of 0.005. Nurses have an essential role, first, namely to promote health and primary prevention. Provide support to nurses to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

Abstract

This study aims to identify evidence on the effect of pronation position on oxygenation in conscious COVID-19 patients receiving non-invasive oxygen therapy. This research method is systematic review research. Literature searches from 2020-2021 were carried out in the online databases of Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCOhost, and PubMed. The results showed that the majority of the samples were male (69.7%) with an average age of over 50 years and a body mass index (BMI) above average (>23,9). Most of the studies (92%) showed an increase in oxygenation in patients when performed in the prone position. The duration of the pronation position varies from 35 minutes – 12 hours in 24 hours. The pronation position can improve oxygenation in most COVID-19 patients who receive non-invasive oxygen therapy. In conclusion, the pronation position is an intervention that is safe and feasible to implement in conscious COVID-19 patients but with close monitoring from trained health workers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing CPR training on the level of knowledge and skills of PMR members. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design approach. The results showed that the majority of respondents were 17 years old, namely 12 people (48%). Gender, it is known that the majority of respondents' gender is female, as many as 14 respondents (56%). The average value of respondents' knowledge in performing CPR before being given training was an average of 7.56 (SD 2.2) and after training the average value increased by 13.04 (SD 1.46). Data analysis used paired t test with p < 0.00 (p value < 0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of CPR action training on knowledge and skills before and after being given training. With the CPR action training, it will be able to increase the knowledge and skills of PMR members so that more bystanders can be created, especially among young people.
