Abstract

Anxiety disorders are one of the psychological problems commonly experienced by students, which can affect their quality of life and academic performance. Early detection of this disorder is crucial for providing appropriate intervention. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in classifying students' anxiety disorders, with and without using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) method to address data imbalance. The dataset used was obtained from the Kaggle platform and underwent preprocessing stages such as data cleaning, transformation, and handling data imbalance. The model was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that the application of SMOTE improved classification performance for the minority class, although there was a slight decrease in overall accuracy. Therefore, SMOTE proved to help enhance the balance of classification results in the Naïve Bayes model in the context of imbalanced data.

Abstract

A Public awareness of the importance of maintaining dental and oral health remains relatively low, even though disorders in this area can lead to serious complications such as infections, abscesses, and systemic diseases. On the other hand, limited access to dental health services due to uneven distribution of medical personnel and high consultation costs presents a significant challenge. To address this issue, this study developed an expert system for diagnosing dental diseases using the Naive Bayes method. This method applies a probabilistic classification approach to predict disease based on observed symptoms. Data were obtained through interviews with dentists and collection of real case data at Puskesmas Imbanagara. The system was tested using 50 patient cases, with results showing 48 diagnoses matched the expert's opinion, achieving an accuracy rate of 96%. These results demonstrate that the Naive Bayes method is effective for early-stage dental disease diagnosis. The system offers a practical solution to assist the public in recognizing symptoms independently before seeking professional consultation.

Abstract

Eska Store, as a grocery store business, faces challenges in predicting profits accurately for more efficient business planning. This study aims to develop a profit prediction model using a simple linear regression method, which analyzes the relationship between the number of orders and Eska store revenue for three years, namely 2022 to 2024. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that linear regression is effective in modeling the relationship between the independent variable (number of orders) and the dependent variable (revenue), with an R² value reaching 0.88 to 0.95. From the prediction results, this model shows that each additional order can increase revenue by around IDR 54,482.87 in 2022, IDR 25,163.94 in 2023, and IDR 47,782.64 in 2024. In addition, the results of the model evaluation show that although there are some errors in the prediction, overall this model can provide fairly accurate results for projecting revenue based on the number of orders. This study suggests that Eska Store uses this model periodically to support better decision making in terms of marketing strategy and production planning. It is expected that by using this linear regression-based prediction model, Eska Store can improve operational efficiency and profitability sustainably. Abstract

Neuroanatomy is a challenging subject for medical students due to its complex spatial structures and the integration of multiple functional systems. Digital tools that support active learning, such as the H5P Interactive Book (H5P IB), have the potential to improve student engagement and information retention. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and student satisfaction of a neuroanatomy learning module developed using H5P Interactive Book (H5P IB), which features interactive drag-and-drop activities. The module focuses on the neuroanatomy of the central nervous system presented through interactive drag-and-drop quizzes of anatomical images. 160 pre-clinical medical students participated in the study. Learning outcomes were assessed using pre- and post-tests, while student satisfaction was measured using the validated Indonesian version of the Satisfaction Scale for e-Learning Process. Results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores (p < 0.01), indicating improved understanding. Student satisfaction was high across all domains, particularly in instructional content and usability. Qualitative feedback further revealed that the drag-and-drop activities helped enhance spatial understanding and overall learning engagement. These findings suggest that the H5P Interactive Book with drag-and-drop features can improve the quality of neuroanatomy learning in medical students.

Abstract

Eye diseases are health disorders that can lead to a decline in quality of life and even blindness if not treated early. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system for diagnosing eye diseases using the Naive Bayes method. The system is designed to identify the type of disease based on symptoms selected by the user. Testing was conducted on 30 patient data cases, and the system achieved a 100% match rate—30 out of 30 cases were consistent with the expert's diagnosis. This demonstrates that the Naive Bayes method is effective for classifying eye diseases. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter 3. The results show that the system is capable of providing fast, efficient, and accurate diagnoses and can serve as an alternative tool for early self-diagnosis of eye diseases

Abstract

The purpose of implementing E-Government in the village government environment is to realize an effective, efficient, open, and accountable government. E-government in Lolong Village at the internal level of government organizations has been implemented, as evidenced by the availability of information systems used by village officials. However, the system used only supports part of the business process activities. In the village, administrative bookkeeping services are still recorded on hard or paper, where data storage takes a long time and is less efficient. This research aims to make information system architecture planning using the Zachman Framework, which can provide recommendations for the development of a planned system to help each work unit in the Lolong Village government, so that data management can be integrated with efficiency. The expected result of this study is a Blueprint as structured guidance so that it can be used as a basis for developing a structured information system that is in accordance with the needs of the village government.

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the world of education has often been in the spotlight regarding the personality of each student, which means that the world of education in Indonesia is often considered to have failed in creating a young generation with noble morals, character and morals. There are many problems experienced by the world of education which cause moral values to decline, as well as cases of drug abuse, promiscuity, crime, bullying and various other acts of violence. A healthy school environment can create good personalities in students. Every problem recorded in the Guidance Counseling (BK) book is also varied, but the problems most often recorded are regarding the character and personality attitudes of students who are lacking. So the school, assisted by a psychology teacher, made a decision by conducting a personality test so that the lost character and attitudes of the students could grow again. The method used in this research uses a personality test with the C4.5 Algorithm method. The results of the method used will produce a personality classification from the test given to students who experience problems. So that Guidance Counseling Teachers can handle students based on the participants' personalities

Abstract

Crypto investment is gaining traction with students thanks to the ease of access through digital platforms like Mobee, especially the Flexi Earn feature that offers APR-based daily returns. Unfortunately, many investment decisions are still intuitive without quantitative analysis. This study aims to predict daily returns on crypto investments using linear time series multiple regression models on four assets: TRX, ENA, HBAR, and SUI. Data was collected for 30 days from the Mobee app, with the variables day n and coin price as predictors, and daily profit as the response. Results show that the regression model has high accuracy and meets the classical assumption test, although some assets violate normality within reasonable limits. The findings provide a simple yet effective analytical basis for students to make more targeted and data-driven investment decisions.
