Abstract

Manual monitoring of surveillance video (CCTV) is inefficient and prone to human oversight. This drives the need for an automated violence detection system that is fast and accurate. Existing deep learning models are often too computationally heavy for real-time implementation, creating a dilemma between accuracy and efficiency. This research proposes a lightweight two-stream ConvLSTM architecture to address this dilemma. The method efficiently models spatio-temporal relationships by combining skeleton representation and change detection, which is then packaged through a frame grouping technique. The ConvLSTM layer serves as the main temporal model, supported by a SeparableConv2D backbone for efficient feature extraction. The model is trained on the RWF-2000 dataset and evaluated using cross-dataset validation on the Surveillance Camera Fight Dataset to test its generalization capability. The results show that the proposed model achieves superior performance with an accuracy and F1-Score of 74.00%, and is highly efficient with an inference speed of 518.45 FPS. This research demonstrates that the two-stream architecture combining skeleton representation, frame grouping, and ConvLSTM modeling successfully creates a robust, fast violence detection system, offering a practical solution for real-world monitoring applications.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an expert system that can assist in diagnosing panleukopenia in cats using the Naïve Bayes method. Panleukopenia is a contagious disease with a high mortality rate, making early detection crucial to increasing the chances of recovery. The Naïve Bayes method was chosen for its ability to process probability-based data and provide accurate predictions based on the given symptoms. The system was developed based on information from veterinary medical experts and relevant scientific references. To ensure the system’s quality, validation was conducted by comparing the system’s diagnostic results with those provided by veterinarians. Testing results showed that the system achieved an accuracy rate of 93,3%, indicating that this method is effective in supporting the early diagnosis of panleukopenia. Therefore, the system is expected to serve as a useful tool for pet owners and medical profesionals in making further treatment decisions.

Abstract

Keamanan data sangat penting untuk mencegah berbagai tindakan yang bisa merugikan serta melindungi informasi pribadi maupun publik. Namun, pada kenyataannya sistem keamanan data di Indonesia masih memiliki banyak celah. Dampak dari permasalahan ini mempengaruhi kepercayaan publik terhadap kemampuan pemerintah dalam menjaga data dan infrastruktur digital. Hal ini memicu berbagai tanggapan dari masyarakat yang menjadi perbincangan hangat di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sentimen keamanan data di Indonesia pada platform media sosial X menggunakan Naïve Bayes Classifier serta mengetahui akurasi metode tersebut. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sentimen publik terhadap keamanan data di Indonesia yang menggunakan media sosial X sebagai sumber data dengan 1.500 tweet berbahasa Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui proses crawling, lalu dianalisis menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Analisis dimulai dengan tahap preprocessing meliputi cleaning, case folding, normalization, stopword removal, tokenization, stemming, dan translate. Setelah itu, pelabelan sentimen dilakukan menggunakan metode Vader untuk mengkategorikan tweet ke dalam tiga kelas: positif, negatif, dan netral. Pengujian dilakukan dengan empat skenario berdasarkan jumlah data per kelas. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada skenario keempat dengan akurasi 79%. Kata kunci—Sentimen, Keamanan Data, Naïve Bayes

Abstract

Dental and oral health issues remain prevalent in Indonesia, hindered by limited access to healthcare services and low public awareness. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system for diagnosing dental and oral diseases using a hybrid chaining method that combines the strengths of forward and backward chaining. The system is built using PHP and MySQL, utilizing symptom data and medical records from a dental clinic in Yogyakarta as its knowledge base. Users can perform self-diagnosis by selecting symptoms, and the system provides probable diagnoses along with initial treatment suggestions. The inference process starts with forward chaining to filter potential diseases, followed by backward chaining to verify and calculate the match percentage. Testing on 50 patient records showed an accuracy of 75%. While the accuracy is moderate, the system demonstrates potential as a preliminary diagnostic tool. Further development is recommended, including expanding the rule base, incorporating symptom weighting, and increasing the range of detectable diseases. This system is expected to improve early diagnosis access and public awareness of oral health through digital solutions.

Abstract

Understanding students’ visual attention direction is essential for evaluating their engagement during classroom learning. Head Pose Estimation (HPE) is an effective method for identifying attention focus, however, its application in real classroom settings is often hindered by low image quality and varied student seating positions, which makes regression-based methods for predicting facial landmarks or Euler angles suboptimal. This study adopts an image-based classification approach as an alternative and proposes a modification of the EfficientNetV2-S architecture by integrating Seat Position Embedding (SPE) as spatial context to improve the accuracy of head pose classification. The dataset was developed from direct classroom recordings and processed into 4,574 head pose images with five directional labels (up, down, front, right, left). Several CNN architectures were evaluated with and without SPE. The results show that the proposed model with SPE achieved an accuracy of 83.25%, surpassing the baseline model’s accuracy of 82.53%. This approach has proven effective in reducing visual ambiguity and providing a more accurate interpretation of students' attention.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, website memegang peran penting sebagai sarana pelayanan publik dan penyampaian informasi, terutama bagi instansi pemerintah seperti Bappeda Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas antarmuka pengguna (user interface) website Bappeda Bangli dengan metode Heuristic Evaluation dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Heuristic Evaluation digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan usability berdasarkan 10 prinsip Jakob Nielsen melalui penilaian evaluator ahli. Sementara itu, metode SUS mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara kuantitatif melalui survei. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan beberapa pelanggaran terhadap prinsip heuristik, seperti kurangnya konsistensi, navigasi yang tidak optimal, serta keterbatasan bantuan dan dokumentasi. Hal ini berdampak pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi. Skor SUS yang diperoleh juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna masih berada di tingkat sedang dan perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian merekomendasikan desain ulang antarmuka dalam bentuk mockup dengan fokus pada peningkatan navigasi, konsistensi, dan aksesibilitas informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan website instansi pemerintah agar lebih ramah pengguna dan mendukung layanan publik yang efektif dan efisien. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan inventory berbasis website untuk sparepart motor di Bengkel Vespa Life. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perlunya sistem yang lebih efisien dalam pengelolaan inventory, karena pencatatan manual seringkali menyebabkan kesalahan, keterlambatan, dan ketidakakuratan informasi stok. Seiring meningkatnya jumlah pengguna motor, khususnya penggemar Vespa, Bengkel Vespa Life menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga ketersediaan sparepart agar tetap mencukupi kebutuhan pelanggan. Sistem berbasis website ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan menyediakan pemantauan stok secara langsung, pencatatan transaksi pembelian yang lebih akurat, serta analisis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara cepat dan iteratif melalui prototyping. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik bengkel dan observasi langsung, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur terkait manajemen inventory digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pengelolaan inventory berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memberikan layanan pelanggan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Business location selection is a key factor in determining the success of an enterprise, particularly for PlayStation rental businesses in developing regions such as Nganjuk Regency. Choosing the right location can enhance competitiveness and profit potential, yet decision-making is often based on subjective intuition. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist in making objective decisions when selecting strategic business locations. The criteria used include accessibility, population density, rental cost, and level of competition. Data were collected through field surveys and secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The system implementation results indicate that shopping center areas received the highest preference scores, followed by areas near campuses and city centers. The SAW-based DSS has proven effective in improving the objectivity, efficiency, and accuracy of business location selection. Furthermore, this method holds potential for broader application in various location-based business types.

Abstract

In increasingly complex computing environments, particularly when multiple servers require simultaneous monitoring, the presence of a monitoring system becomes crucial to ensure IT infrastructure performance and availability. This study aims to address this need by developing an effective, efficient, and real-time monitoring system using open-source software such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, and Telegraf. To solve this problem, a structured system development approach adaptable to infrastructure requirements was necessary. The method employed was the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) model, consisting of three main stages: analysis, design, and prototype simulation. The developed system was designed to monitor server CPU, memory, and hard disk conditions, equipped with automatic notification features via Telegram when device anomalies are detected. Test results demonstrated the system's capability to provide rapid response to critical conditions with an average notification delivery time of three seconds. Furthermore, performance data visualization was presented interactively through Grafana dashboards, facilitating comprehensive monitoring by administrators. These findings prove that integrating open-source monitoring components can enhance IT infrastructure management efficiency and holds potential for further development on a larger scale.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a Telegram-based chatbot system integrated with the Suricata Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) to support real-time network security configuration management and notifications. The system is capable of detecting attacks such as Brute Force and DDoS, and delivers instant notifications to administrators via Telegram, with an average delivery time of less than 2 seconds. The chatbot enables administrators to remotely execute various configuration commands, such as monitoring Suricata status, managing rules, blocking IP addresses, and tracking system resource usage, with response times ranging from 4 to 7 seconds. Testing in a virtual environment demonstrates that the system operates stably and efficiently, even under active attack conditions. The Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method was employed in the development process and proved effective in designing the system's workflow and functionalities. The results of this study indicate that integrating a chatbot with an IPS via the Telegram platform offers a practical, fast, and centralized solution for monitoring and managing network security.
