Abstract

Millennial has its own character of thinking, because when compared to the previous generation who carried out the process of adaptation to the development of information technology, millennial grew and lived with the technology. They thrive with memes, digital markets, electronic money, and social media networks. Virality makes something quickly famous and quickly forgotten, collective memory is limited to how long digital traces can last on the internet. On the basis of that problem, this study was prepared with the question "What is the character of millennial leadership based on the organizational culture of the natural ecosystems they have built?” The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural character of millennial organizations based on their natural ecosystem so that they influence the lead character. This study uses a qualitative method with close observation within a certain period of time for several millennial adolescents involved in the organization as the main sample, categorized based on their level of exposure to the internet. The expected outcome of this research is a deep understanding of how millennial organizational culture influences the character of its leadership.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the desire of the researchers to find out how much influence the Work from Home policy has on the effectiveness and productivity of work, especially for workers in the Tangerang area The dependent factor studied was the Work from Home policy as the independent variable (Y), while the independent factors were effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2). The resulting t value for the work effectiveness variable is 0.647 with sig 0.519. The results of this significance analysis are greater than 0.05, so it means that individually the work effectiveness variable does not have an impact due to the WFH policy. The resulting t value for work productivity variable is 6.103 with sig 0.000. The results of this significant analysis are smaller than 0.05, meaning that individually the work productivity variable has a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policies. The results obtained in this study are based on the SPSS calculation, the F count is 19.504 with F sig. 0,000 where F sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected. It can be interpreted that simultaneously work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) have a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policy (Y). This calculation also forms the equation Y = 9,112 + 0.108 X1 + 0.681 X2 + e. The R square value obtained from the SPSS calculation of 0.236 (23.6%) can be interpreted that work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) explain the impact of variations in the variable implementation of WFH policy (Y) by 23.6% and the rest is influenced other independent variables amounted to 76.4%.

The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value

The questionnaire was processed using the SPSS 20 program, and from the validity test results it turns out that only 38 statements are valid. From other test results, it was found that the statement was constant, normally distributed and did not occure heteroscedastidity and multicollinearity in the two regression equations formed in each region. The relationship between variables in each region is not very strong. The results obtained are that all hypotheses are proven, namely: Online Promotion and Lifestyle Influence on Purchasing Decisions, as well as proven that there are differences in influencing factors in the two regions. The difference that occurs is in Tangerang City the dominant purchasing decision is influenced by the Online Promotion offered, while in South Tangerang the two factors affect equally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to explain the effect of electronic money on inflation and how much influence it has on the Indonesian economy. In this study the authors used a quantitative approach. The variables used are inflation, electronic money, exchange rate, money supply (M1), and BI interest rate. Result: The previous money supply (LQMprev) and the interest rate (BI Rate) were the main factors affecting inflation. In this result, e-money and exchange rates are not the main components driving inflation. Based on SPPS processing using regression, e-money and exchange rates do not have a significant effect on inflation in Indonesia, but LQMprev has a significant effect on inflation. From the results of this study it is still too early to analyze the effect of e-money on inflation because it is still relatively new in Indonesia.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a planned process and must be carried out periodically to measure the success of the education and learning process. The author limits the discussion in this article to the aspects that must be assessed for educators and education personnel. The current problems are the absence of segregation of the assessed aspects, there are not any standardized of scoring system, and determination of benchmarks used in the assessment. The results of the performance assessment lie with the appraiser who assesses the teaching staff and education staff objectively and not subjectively based on the aspects that must be assessed. The success of the education and teaching process lies in the contribution of the teaching and education personnel performance according to predetermined standards.
