Abstract

This study is aimed at increasing students’ learning achievement with two cycles research plan. The Subject of the study are 31 students. They are 15 male; and 16 female students. The learning achievement data are collected by using observation sheet, multiple choice test, and essay test. The data are analyzed with descriptive qualitative method. The result of the study shows that the implementation of Problem Based Learning Model with ATM technique increased the students’ learning. At the first observation data, students achievement in affective aspect students who are master 51.61%, students who have not master 48.39%; at the cognitive aspect the mean 61, the classical mastery 38.71%; at the mean of psychomotor aspect 68, classical mastery 54.84%. At cycle I the learning achievement in affective aspect 58.06%, students who have not master 41.94%; the mean of learning achievement at the cognitive aspect 89.68, classical mastery 100% the mean of learning achievement in psychomotor aspect 74.84, classical mastery 77.42%. At cycle II the learning achievement at the affective aspect Siklus II 96.77; the mean of learning achievement in cognitive aspect 84.44, classical mastery 97.09;the lmean of earning achievement in psychomotor aspect 81.77, classical mastery 100 Based on the result of the study it is suggested; (1) For Students can use this learning model to increase their learning achievement; (2) Other teachers can implement this learning model by considering the weakness of the result of the study; (3) School can use this learning model to elaborate and solve the learning problem in the class (4) Other researcher can use this research as a relavant study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: Why teenagers choose to drop out. What are the perceptions of adolescents about parental parenting patterns. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was carried out because in wuring village area still found many teenagers who dropped out of school and are still in school age. Teenagers drop out of high school for deviant behavior. The results found that the main factor causing the subject or adolescent dropout in Wuring Village was a family factor. The family background is broken home like a parental divorce. The pattern of parenting applied to their children uses permissive parenting patterns and authoritarian fostering patterns compared to democratic fostering patterns.

Abstract

This research is intended to (1) analyze effect of Ickey Shuffle and Quick Feet Ladder by using the method of interval training in 1:3; (2) analyze the effect of Ladder Ickey Shuffle and Quick Feet Ladder by using the method of interval training in intervals 1:3 and 1:5towards the increasing of speed and agility; (3) analyze the differences between ickey shuffle exercise group and quick feetby using the method of interval training in 1:5 intervals 1:3 and 1:5towards the Improvement of Speed and Agility. This research is a quantitative research by using quasi-experiental with factorial design. In analyzing the data, it uses T-Test paired test and MANOVA. The result of the research shows that all of experiment groups have increasing in speed and agility significantly. It is known by the result of T-Test that shows that significant value of all of experiment groups are less than 0, 05. While the result of multivariate test show that the exercise of ladder ickey shuffle with interval 1:3 more experience significantly towards agility, meanwhile ladder quick feet exercise with interval 1:3 more influence significantly towards speed. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is an increased speed and agility for each experimental group after the training given ickey shufle and quick feet seen from the results of t-test. In addition there are differences in the effect through MANOVA test, and training programs ickey shuffle is more effective than training quick feet to increase agility; quick feet more effective than training ickey shuffle to increase speed

Abstract

This study aims to improve motivation and science learning outcomes through a scientific approach at SDN Ende 1, Ende Utara District, Ende Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were students of grade IV, amounting to 30 people. The procedure in this study consisted of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. Data were collected through observation techniques and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the motivation and learning activities of science through the scientific approach had increased. In the first cycle there were 17 students whose learning motivation was in good and very good criteria with a percentage of 56.7%. And in cycle II learning motivation increased to 86.7%, where there were 26 students who were in good and very good criteria. Learning activities also increased, namely 65.71 in cycle I increased to 79.04 in cycle II with a good category

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low participation and student achievement. In learning, students are less enthusiastic, quickly bored, less participating, because the teaching method is dominated by the lecture method. Researchers tried to apply the question and answer method through recitation in learning to improve learning achievement of Cultural Arts students of class XII IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kediri in the 2017/2018 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 2 cycles. This research procedure includes several stages of activities, namely planning, implementation, observation evaluation and reflection. The data collection method used in this research is by giving tests to obtain data on student achievement which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research in the first cycle, the learning method applied had not achieved the expected target, where the average learning achievement reached 70.57 with classical learning completeness of 42.86%. In the second cycle the target of the average learning achievement and classical completeness was achieved with a mean of 76.80 and classical learning completeness of 90.48%, respectively. The results of this study indicate that the application of the question and answer method through giving assignments can significantly improve student achievement. So, it is suggested to teachers of Cultural Arts subject to implement the question and answer method through recitation in learning to improve student achievement.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in almost all countries in the world has caused restrictions on human interaction. As one solution to reduce the spread of COVID-19, learning that was previously carried out offline has switched to utilizing e-learning, this is one of the methods used as a medium to reduce the risk of being infected with COVID-19. This study aims to determine the perceived benefits of using google classroom for students in accounting learning. This research was conducted at the Gde Pudja Mataram State College of Hinduism, majoring in Hindu Economics for students who taking Accounting courses. Data collection was carried out by providing a questionnaire consisting of several questions and described using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) construction. Based on the results of the analysis, this study found that the variable performance expectancy, social factors, and use behavior had a fairly good acceptance. On the other hand, the results of the effort (effort expectancy) show significant results, especially regarding the ease of student acceptance of accounting learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students find it difficult to understand and apply accounting practices using google classroom learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 63 samples of teachers from a Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banten. The results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the climate of psychological security and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological security climate has a significant direct influence on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also finds evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of a psychological security climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research based on the problem of mathematics results in class VI SD Negeri 1 Pesedahan. Class VI which has 22 students who are subject to Mathematics subjects shows incompleteness in classical learning. From the pre-cycle data obtained an average value of 50.00 with a learning completeness of 32% which is very low compared to the KKM SDN 1 Pesedahan which has been set at 55 with a learning completeness value of 85%. From the data above, it can be identified problems including students feeling afraid of mathematics, students not being motivated to learn, teaching aids used are not motivating to learn, the approach used is not in accordance with the standard and the examples of questions presented are not contextual. Seeing this fact, the researchers tried to make learning improvements according to the CAR title taken, namely the implementation of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to improve mathematics learning outcomes for class VI SDN 1 Pesedahan semester II Academic Year 2017/2018. For this study, the authors chose the action research design presented by Mc. Kernan which consists of 2 cycles. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of this research, the following conclusions can be drawn: The use of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of students in grade VI SD N 1 Pesedahan which can be seen from the learning outcomes of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II as follows: 1) The pre-cycle average score is 50.00 and the percentage of completeness is 32%. This is due to the fact that the appropriate learning model has not been used. Obtaining the value of the first cycle, namely the average value of 53.86, completeness of 50%. This is due to the use of a jigsaw cooperative learning model. 2) The average value of Cycle II is 69.55 completeness, which is 91%. This is because the material has been given using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model appropriately.

Abstract

The reality in the field is that it is found that many teachers have not made a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the Permendikbud, this is because, among others: (1) The teacher does not completely understand how to compile the RRP, as a result of the lack of information they get, (2) the teacher not able to describe the syllabus into the main lesson plans in preparing learning activities, (3) Meanwhile, many teachers use ready-made lesson plans that are not suitable for school situations and conditions, (4) There is an assumption from the teacher that the lesson plan (RPP) is a complement mere administration. This is evident from the results of preliminary observations with teachers regarding the preparation of lesson plans, it turns out that the results are quite low, namely Productive Teachers in the TBSM Expertise Competency score 54, in the TAV Skills Competency the score is 48, in the AP Expertise Competency the score is 59 and in the TB Skills Competency the score is 61. Objectives This study is to determine whether clinical supervision can improve the ability of productive teachers at SMKN 1 Bebandem to make Learning Implementation Plans. The method used to collect data follows the steps used in clinical supervision, namely: interview, observation, question and answer, discussion and document study. The data analysis method used to analyze the data is descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of research that has been carried out for two cycles of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem, it shows that there is an increase in the ability to compile a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through a clinical supervision approach. Based on the assessments obtained in cycle I and cycle II using the clinical supervision approach, the implementation of the actions taken can be said to be able to improve the ability of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The conclusion from this study is that the clinical supervision approach can improve the ability of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). This is evident from the increase in the ability of Productive teachers in the TBSM Skills Competency from an initial value of 54 to increase to 84 in cycle I and to 96 in cycle II. Productive teachers in the TAV Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 48 increased to 75 in cycle I and increased to 93 in cycle II. Whereas Productive teachers in the AP Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 59 rose to 81 in cycle I and rose to 95 in cycle II, and for Productive teachers in the Catering Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 61 in cycle I and up to 95 in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning motivation and initial writing skills of second grade students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem in the even semester of the 2017/2018 school year. To achieve this goal, action research was carried out in two learning cycles with 20 students as research subjects. The object of research is the application of the Contextual learning model to improve motivation and initial writing skills. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) The application of contextual learning models can increase the learning motivation of second grade students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. This result can be seen from the motivation data of 77.90 in the first cycle with moderate qualifications and in the second cycle it increases to 83.8 with high qualifications. 2) The application of contextual learning models can improve Beginning Writing Skills in Grade II Students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem Even Semester of the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This result can be seen from the student's average score of 63.5 in the first cycle with 75% classical completeness, and in the second cycle it increases to an average value of 75.5 with 100% completeness. Thus, the motivation and initial writing skills of second grade students at SDN 5 Karangasem can be improved through the application of the Contextual learning model.
