Abstract

The ability and activity of children in mixing colors at the initial condition is still very low. Classroom action research was conducted to improve cognitive ability to recognize colors, namely aspects of pointing colors, calling colors and mixing colors. The subjects of the study were 20 people in the group B1 TK Widya Kumara Selat Duda. This study aims to describe the implementation of the demonstration method and the results of learning to recognize colors, designed in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation/assessment and reflection stages. Data were collected by observing the ability of children's learning outcomes and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The indicator of the average success of learning outcomes is in category B (Good). Based on the learning outcomes from pre-cycle 15% improvement in learning outcomes in cycle I showed that there was an increase in cognitive ability to recognize colors from 20% to 50% and in cycle II there was an increase in cognitive ability to recognize. Thus, it was concluded that the application of the demonstration method was able to improve the cognitive ability to recognize the color of the students of group B1 TK Widya Kumara Selat Duda Karangasem.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Class V students at SD Negeri 4 Karangasem in Hindu Religious Education. This is thought to be caused by several factors, the learning method used by the teacher is still monotonous, which only uses the lecture method. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Karangasem with a total of 12 students consisting of 5 female students and 7 male students. Data were collected using the test method. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the application of the team games tournament type cooperative learning model in learning Hindu Religious Education can improve student learning outcomes, namely classically on initial reflection by 42% students complete, cycle I by 75% students complete, and cycle II by 100% students. finished. Therefore, between the initial reflection and the first cycle there was an increase in classical completeness by 33%. Meanwhile, from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase in classical completeness by 25%. Based on these results, several suggestions can be recommended, namely: the principal should seek to provide various learning resources that can support the learning activities carried out, Hindu religious education teachers are expected to continue to optimize learning activities carried out through the application of various innovative methods, especially cooperative learning models. Team Games Tournament type, so as to improve student learning outcomes, students are expected to increase their seriousness in participating in the learning process, so that learning materials can be well understood. That means the learning objectives will be achieved well too, and other researchers should participate in testing this method in learning Hindu Religious Education on different subjects from the subjects in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Hindu Religion Class III SD Negeri 1 Dukuh through the application of singing and storytelling methods in learning Hindu Religious Education. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were the third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dukuh, totaling 16 people consisting of 8 female students and 8 male students. Data were collected by observation and learning outcomes tests. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of storytelling and singing methods could improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the average learning outcomes, absorption and classical mastery of students in cycle I to cycle II which increased. The average value of the first cycle reached 76.25 and the second cycle reached 82.50. That means, the average value from cycle I to cycle II has increased by 6.25. Likewise for student absorption. Classical completeness of students in the first cycle was 68.75% with 11 students completed and 5 students incomplete. Furthermore, in the second cycle of classical completeness 100% with 16 students completed. Based on these data, students' classical mastery between cycle I and cycle II increased by 31.25%. Based on these results, several suggestions can be recommended, namely: Hindu Religious Education teachers are expected to apply storytelling and singing methods to improve student learning outcomes. students.

Abstract

A pandemic period is a period of human transition the spread of diseases that can claim human lives. This is very influential on the nature, interaction, social, economy and affects the restriction of activities between humans in carrying out their mobility. It's spread able to influence activities in the world of education. Education as a medium for delivering knowledge with many can be students is indicated a place spread of covid-19 in the school environment. This problem greatly changed way teachers work in delivering learning to students, which used to be face-to-face, now online. The impact of pandemic on student learning at SD Negeri 4 Dauhwaru such as: students 'reading interest has decreased, students' desire to learn is reduced, tasks or homework are mostly done by their parents. These behaviors continuously ask for help with their duties. The method used in study use librarian research for theoretical studies, references and scientific literature related culture, values ​​and norms develop in social situation under study. The solution that can provided by the government tackling education in the midst of pandemic use online learning such as google classroom. This feature helps teachers in delivering material online without reducing the face-to-face feeling from teacher to student in Indonesian language learning. Learning Indonesian will be more optimally delivered face-to-face and more optimally for students catch. The use google classroom a medium for delivering material, assignments and quizzes for students is expected to be able provide better reading interest and enthusiasm for students during a pandemic.

Abstract

In their lifes, children will always be influenced by three aspects, namely family, children will always get the impact of three aspects, there are family, community, and school. The family environment is included in the first and foremost educational environment for children or students. In a family environment, parents should be able to set a good example for their children, so that this example will indirectly affect their children's learning outcomes at school. The objectives of this study include 1) To find out the description of the family environment of XI IPS students at 2 SHS Tebas West Kalimantan, 2) To determine the learning outcomes of students in XI IPS 2 SHS Tebas West Kalimantan, 3) To determine the impact of the family environment on XI IPS students at 2 SHS Tebas West Kalimantan learning outcomes. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 75 students. In this study, there are two hypotheses, including: 1) the null hypothesis (Ho), namely there is no impact between the family environment on student learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Tebas, and 2) the alternative hypothesis (Ha), namely there is an impact between the family environment on student learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Tebas. Based on the data analysis, the family environment variable with partial learning outcomes has a correlation coefficient of 0.101. This shows that there is an insignificant impact between the parents' family environment on learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, researchers can conclude 1) The student's family environment is in the lower middle class family environment. 2) The majority of student learning outcomes have a moderate value. 3) The family environment obtained a partial correlation coefficient value of 17.9% with a low level of interpretation relationship, but had a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

To create a great nation, it is not enough to have abundant natural resources and intelligent human resources. The most important thing in building a nation is to have people with character. If the nation's children have intelligence but do not have good character then all of that will be in vain. Education has a goal to educate and shape people with character, especially religious characters. This article aims to examine the values ​​of religious character education in Geguritan Pan Balang Tamak which is carried out through discourse analysis. The values ​​of religious character education found in Geguritan Pan Balang Tamak are Satya Hredaya, Believe in Atman, Believe in death, Believe in Hyang Widhi (Brahman), and observant in praying. Through Geguritan Pan Balang Tamak, people learn religious characters so that in everyday life they can apply Hindu teachings. The contribution of this article is that all Hindus are always obedient to preserve and learn the arts and culture that have been inherited by their ancestors and all of that is also in accordance with the wishes of Hindus in Bali, especially to carry out a steady Bali.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, there is a positive and significant effect of teacher creativity on student learning outcomes, it can be seen from the value of tcount (4.783) > ttable 1.69389 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect of learning creativity variable on student learning outcomes. And the magnitude of the influence value seen from the output coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.43.3 or 43.3%. So it can be said that 43.3% of student learning outcomes are influenced by teacher creativity. While the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as the teacher's role, teacher motivation, teacher attention and so on

Abstract

This study investigates whether increased attention paid to coaching practice affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of learning capability. Data were collected from 61 lecturers of a private university in Jakarta using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on lecturer performance, either directly or indirectly through mediation of learning capability. The results of this study can have significant implications for HR managerial decision-making regarding the process of implementing new tools and training in university lecturers. This study also helps university HR management to seriously assess HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their campus HR strategic planning.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Kerta in grade IV where the ability of students in Indonesian subjects is still low. The purpose of writing this classroom action research is to find out whether the Complete Sentence Learning Model can improve student achievement. The data collection method is a learning achievement test. The data analysis method is descriptive. The results obtained from this study are the Complete Sentence Learning Model can improve student achievement. This is evident from the results obtained initially at 65.75, in the first cycle it became 69.75 and in the second cycle it became 78.25. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the Complete Sentence Learning Model can improve the learning achievement of fourth grade Indonesian students at SD Negeri 3 Kerta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of google form as a medium for evaluating theme learning in sixth grade in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation process in elementary schools is generally carried out through meetings of educators and students in the classroom and in the school area. However, during the Covid-19 epidemic like today, which requires everyone to keep their distance and avoid physical contact, the evaluation process that has been taking place at school cannot be carried out and is replaced by an online learning model. This condition becomes an obstacle in the teaching and learning process, especially for educators to find the easiest alternative solution so that they can still evaluate learning on students. This article was created using the literature study method, which describes in detail the effectiveness of using Google Form as an evaluation medium compiled from scientific articles, the internet and other sources relevant to the topic being the object of research. The criteria for the articles and news that are chosen are about the effectiveness of using Google Form as an evaluation medium. From various sources obtained, then the most relevant was selected and 5 articles were obtained which showed that Google Form was effectively used as an evaluation medium.
